Mediocre at best. This just got added to Uber eats in my city so I thought I would give it a chance. What a mistake. The spanakopita plate was missing the salad (Uber refused to help) The calamari was soggy and tasteless, and the shrimp au gratin was like sludge. Overall the food was good and exceeded out expectations for a chain restaurant. We ordered for an appetizer the escargot which also was good but not enough garlic for our tastes but other than this aspect very good and tender. The atmosphere is good and seating is comfortable but if you are not in a booth it would be cramped and tables close together. Good value for the price and our server was very attentive and was bilingual no language problems as mentioned in other reviews. Overall quality of the food was good for the price.

During our last visit, that is to say when the restaurants reopened, one of the large lampshades detached from the ceiling and fell on the chair next to the one my mother was sitting on and almost knock over one of the protective PVC dividers for COVID-19. The staff did not even apologize for this incident; my mother could have been hurt. They didn't even think of offering any compensation. They simply picked up the shade, with no more regard for us. You talk about customer service. Then our waitress was the type to avoid us every time we wanted to ask for the bill (you can imagine that we wanted to get out as quickly as possible). Le personnel ne s'est même pas excusé de cet incident; ma mère aurait pu être blessée. Ils n'ont même pas pensé à offrir une compensation quelconque. Ils ont simplement ramassé tout bonnement l'abat-jour, sans plus d'égard pour nous. Vous parlez d'un service à la clientèle. Puis notre serveuse était du genre à nous éviter à chaque fois que nous voulions demander l'addition (vous vous imaginez qu'on voulait décamper le plus vite possible).

Comment le tout peut être réservé alors que 2 heures plus tôt il me fut mentionné que les réservations n'étaient pas nécessaires??? En bref, cette mauvaise, pour ne pas dire exécrable, experience s'est poursuivie lors de mon depart alors que l'employée ne voulait pas accepter mon paiement en me disant que je devais payer à la table alors que nul part il est mentionné de payer à la table!!! I ate there twice and have to say that the food was very good. The problem was that the upholstering on the seats was all stained. It was not very appealing. I now go to the Vieux Duluth in Ville St. Laurent where the food is delicious, the service fantastic and the seats, carpets etc. very clean and no stains.
