Mom took me to Casa Grecque today for my 44th birth day...the place was clean, the food was really good and tasty l had crevettes papillon and mom had the chicken with mushroom sauce, it was at lunch time and all came in good timing ... our server John well he is the nicest person I've met in quite some time and in my opinion we showed him our appreciation...we will return.

First the good points. The food quality was good. Although I think it was just good for the price. You can find much better greek restaurants in the city. In this restaurant, only the promotions are tempting. The atmosphere is nice and it is a good place for groups. BUT, the service was awful. We were there on Sunday noon. It wasn't that crowded but there was only two waiters to serve all the tables and it took us at least 30 minutes to order each course. It was even more awful at the dessert course. The coffee was served then 30 minutes later we had our cakes and we ate them with cold coffee. The cutlery and dishes were also old.

We went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday and we got food poisoning. I was sick whole Saturday. Happily, our daughter hasn't eaten the same appetizer coz she doesn't like it. I have to say this is one place I simply love going. The food is always fantastic. The soups are delicious, warm bread served to your table and you can bring your own wine. They have a special for 2 for 22.00 certain days of the week as well and its really nice inside. A gorgeous place to sit and chat with someone or a group. I am always happy at this restaurant and if you like desserts I strongly recommend the cheesecake. it is simply divine!!

Food is good and prices are reasonable. Usually we don't need a reservation to be there and never had a problem just showing up. Some days ago we called on our way to ask if they had place to seat 12 people. The answer was positive so, we arrived at the time they said. It was so crowded! We were standing up waiting to be seated. Half an hour later we decided to leave. They said they will have a free table in 1 minute, they just needed to clean it up. We went back but still waiting around 10 minutes. We saw some people still eating dessert in the table it suppose it was for us. We decided to leave. They should have told us since our call that they did not have space for us.

Went there on Saturday with my husband. We get to the front wait about 8 minutes no one comes to sit us, so we go by ourselves and sit down. Waiter comes by, drops 2 menus on the table, no hello, nothing. Not a word. Pours water, makes a spill and leave it there. Finally, my husband, waves at himto tell him what entrée we would like, no suggestions, neither for food or drinks.... appetizers show up. We have to wave him down again to order our main course. Comes back to pour water asks if everything is alright, I dont answer, my husband answers nicely and says its ok. By then I had enough. Finished my plate, paid our food and left. Didnt even want to be there for dessert. What is sad is that we had our wedding reception at a casa grecque a gew years ago. And we always come back to one on our anniversary but i think we will change traditions... we still tipped well. And the reason my husband and I were so disappointed in the service is because we work in that field as well. On the plus side, the food was delicious and served promptly.

The flesh was hard and inedible. After 10 minutes of waiting for the waiter or even the staff, I decided to run after someone from the staff, I had to go to the kitchens and again I had to spot the boss that I ran after him . Explanation of the situation he remade us the entire plates in less than 20 min. because we have already waited 45 minutes for the first cold plate. Great we can eat! we now have a half each of lobster and not a full lobster, (cooking mistake the first time it seems for the whole lobster). So half of 1 lobster with steak a shovel of rice and carrot in cane at $ 29.99 the plate phew !. and moreover it was still overcooked in the meantime a spider descends from the light and went straight down to my girlfriend's plate she took it on her hand to show it to the waiter and even our table neighbor find her weird enough. To finish the whole thing we ate nothing except the claw of man, took out the rice and steak only and we had free coffee and dessert that we also took away. Note that I still pay my bill and tip the waiter who was not present and who gives me my receipt by turning on his heels to say that I did not give him enough tip. Nice bill of $ 51 before tip for a pretty disappointing experience. On the other hand the boss is present to listen but his staff as much cooking as on the floor ouch! (Original) Pour le souper de fête à ma blonde qui voulais manger du homard c'est un échec total. Pour commencé il fait froid dans le restaurant, la salade grec n'avait pas de salade seulement tomate piment rouge et vert olive et concombre avec une tranche de féta quand sur la photo du menu on en voit 2 gros. Entré principal pour moi homard et steak et l'autre homard et poulet, dans les 2 cas tout était froid poulet trop cuit et sec et les hommards était entier mais couper en 2 avec au milieu pas de chair mais remplacer par du brocoli et choufleur gratiné. La chair étais dur et non mangeable. Après 10 minutes d'attente du serveur ou même du staff, j'ai décidé de courir après quelqu'un du staff il a fallu que je me rendre dans les cuisines et encore la j'avais spotter le boss que je lui ai couru après. Expliquation de la situation il nous a refait les assiettes au complet en moins de 20 min. car nous avons déjà attendu 45 minutes pour les première assiette froide. Super on peut manger! nous avons maintenant une moitié chaque de homard et non un homard complet, (erreur des cuisine la première fois il parait pour le homard entier). Donc la moitier de 1 homard avec du steak un pelleter de riz et carotte en canne à 29.99$ l'assiette ouf!. et de plus il était encore trop cuit entre temps un araignée descend du luminaire et descendait direct dans l'assiette de ma blonde elle la prit sur sa main la montrer au serveur et même nos voisin de table trouver sa assez weird. Pour finir le tout nous avons rien mangé appart la pince de hommard ,fait emporter le riz et steak seulement et nous avons eu café et dessert gratuit que nous avons emportez aussi. À noter que j'ai quand même payer ma facture donner du pourboire au serveur qui n'était pas présent et qui me donne mon reçu en tournant les talons en voulant dire que je ne lui ai pas donner assez de tip. Belle facture de 51$ avant pourboire pour une expérience assez décevante. Par contre le boss est présent à l'écoute mais son staff autant cuisine que sur le plancher ouch!

I tried to eat it anyway I didn't want to complain it was my husband's 65th anniversary and we had waited for hours the waiter came to see if all was well he clearly saw I couldn't eat that 45$ charcoal burned meat. He offer to change it I said no I wasn't going to have everyone wait another 2 hours to get my meal , so I tried to cut it and eat around it nope the waiter came back and insisted to take it back saying it's simply how well done is prepared there . I gave him my plate and left he had ruined the evening. I was clearly distraught he apparently brought another fillet mignon much nicer moist and tender in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable we where charged our meal my family took my meal in a doggy bag and met me in the parking lot. It took us 3h hours to be served and 30 min to eat .They day we whent myself and my husband we where served right away in a nice both for couples I had ordered steak well done again it wasn't charbroiled a very big difference between the two times . No I don't recommend this restaurant with kids and no wine. Horrible experience I gave it one start cause I can't give it no stars because if I could I would or minus 5 stars

I had the unfortunate opportunity of visiting this establishment for a second time. I was unaware I could have a worse experience than the first, but alas, life is full of unfortunate surprises. We arrived at 6:30 with our reservations and were seated then we waited 40 minutes to have our orders taken while the rest of the tables were served and attended to by our "waitress". After finally taking our orders we had to wait another 20-40 minutes for our appetizers to slowly trickle out of the kitchen in random order. Our entrees did not arrive for another 30 minutes after our appetizers and if that wasn't enough the food was cold and three orders arrived late and one was admittedly forgotten. The plates are bear, bland, and are begging for a scarf to keep them warm. While the servers are unattentive and barely crack a smile. Nearly two and a half hours later as I listen to some blaring music vibrate my chair from the basement I've had plenty of time to formulate and write this review. Absolutely terrible. I hope I never have to endure another meal at this establishment and I hope you don't either. Don't eat here.

Food was good. Place is big enough for groups and it seems like they would always find u a seat. They have private rooms for reservation too and those fit a good amount of ppl. Good was good. Order brought within a reasonable amount of time. Everything on the menu is the same, youre basically just choosing which meat you want to go with the sides. The food quality is ok, but my chicken did not taste like it was worth $20. Also, 3 people in our group (including myself) has to send our plates back. My plate was pictured in the menu, and it did not come as it was pictured. It was supposed to come with a mushroom sauce on the chicken; instead it came with the sauce on the side and a mustard sauce on the chicken. Since I despise mustard, I told them I was allergic and they gave me another plate. My friend had the same thing happen, but she didn't tell them she had an allergy so they just rinsed the chicken off and gave it back to her. She could tell because the taste was still on the chicken. My other friend ordered his steak medium and received it very well done. The only positive thing I have to say is that they were good about refilling our water glasses. I've been to Casa Grecque before and didn't care for it last time either. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Worst place I've been to in ages. I don't give bad reviews usually because I used to work at a restaurant, but here the food was barely edidable, the service quite not existing and the overall ambiance doesn't make your evening enjoyable. Chiken was overcooked and the shrimp undercooked, there isn't much choice for side dishes and I don't see the Greek part of the name in the menu besides the spanakopita. when we tried reporting our comments to the manager and the owner, they weren't receptive at all and barely apologized or tried to make it better.
