Breakfast is usually good although a little overpriced even considering the portions you get. The service is always fast however the waiters seem to have trouble listening to requests with the same problem of asking for no cheese on two different occasions and receiving it anyway (other than that have nothing bad to say, would have rated it 5 stars if not for this happening TWICE).

Compared to other local breakfast restaurant near by, this place is a terrible choice. The portions are gargantuan and the quality of the food is mediocre at best. I have been a few times, hoping it would get better, but it never does. The eggs benedict is watery. They drown the plate with sauce, so you can't taste anything else. Maybe that's the plans. I cannot be sure. Also, don't take the cheese on your potatoes. You get a cold pile of cheap cheese for 3$ extra (and we weren't told of such an outrageous additional cost). I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

Satisfied with the food. The place is great and has alot of space. Everything is clean and upon entering the place, you have someone always greeting you and the wait time isnt too long. The only downside is that when I ask for the bill, it takes forever to get it. I literally have the time to order and eat again. Or maybe its just my bad luck. Other than that, everything is great.

2018 July, 3 stars: Disappointed, service has gotten slower to take your order and the staff has gotten less friendly. Server we got today (Theo) was very curt, not nearly as friendly and didn't pay attention to my order (I asked for white toast and scrambled eggs, I got brown toast and over easy eggs). I also asked for a mimosa, only to have him tell us they ran out of alcohol. Our orders came quickly though, so that was nice. Overall the food was good as usual. It'd be nice if maple syrup was included when your dish includes a pancake. The "pancake syrup" they provide is terrible. 2017 July, 5 stars: Incredibly quick and attentive service with very generous portions. The service staff (Sabrina served us, she was awesome!) is always on top of things, and rarely did we are our coffee or water empty for too long. I ordered The Logger, and it was very good and very filling. Generous portions of pork and potatoes, and our order was fulfilled very quickly after placing it. Definitely coming back!

Katiana does a great job. Ordered the bacon Benedictine. Large portions for everything. Big bowl of fruit. The fruit was really nice. A lot of bacon on the Benedictine. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Great mashed potatoes. I took them with extra cheese shredded on top for an extra charge. It was worth it. I also replaced the swiss cheese in my Benedictine with Brie, also for an extra charge, also worth it. I was just short of needing a defibrillator by the end of the meal.

Disappointed in what they charge for potatoes mash they call hash browns. The meal was well presented but I felt it did not hold up in taste. It is a lovely restaurant and waiter was pleasant but l seemed unable to accommodate my request to remove a portion of my meal. I will give it a second chance. First visits are always more critical.

I used to.love this breakfast spot, and used to come a couple of times a week pre covid lockdowns. This visit: Took 55 mins to get our food. Both plates were wrong. Sent them back. One still came back wrong. Not a sign of an apology in sight. What is most disturbing is the 0 following of covid health restrictions when it comes to spacing. The dining room was to pre covid level. No spacing. No plexiglass. No restrictions. Mask worn under nose. While many restaurants are doing their best to stick to the rules, it is sad to see one completely not caring. Unfortunately I no longer recommend this breakfast spot.

I love this chain, the food is plentiful, reasonably priced and there is unlimited coffee. We ordered the special, and I was surprised the pancake had banana in it too. The Bacon was perfectly cooked and crisp. So why did the place lose a star? Well it's not special, it's consistent, good, reliable. You go there to know what you are getting. And the coffee it's not very strong either, but it's unlimited. So why go there? You need your breakfast fix and don't know where to go? Go here you'll get consistent quality.

Mother’s Day and we thought it would be a good idea to support a local restaurant. Ordered online at 7:30am for 9:30 pickup since the branch in Laval West had closed unfortunately. Arrived at 9:25 and line of 3-4 patrons with 3 waiting indoors. At 10am employee comes outside to ask who had ordered online. Uber/Doordash drivers jump ahead and are upset about waiting time. My order was apparently lost in cyberspace so employee takes photo of my email receipt. 10:30 get my order and drive home hungry ???? but in a good mood having helped a local business to survive the continued lockdown. At home we see that half the order isn’t what we initially had asked for however everyone just ate since we were so happy to have a different breakfast. Conclusion: yes - it takes more time, yes restaurants have still to learn how to manage online vs walk in orders and yes you may not get what you wanted because it’s not business as usual. Recommendation to franchise procurement team: make it optional to replace 9 tappers for a family with a more environmental solution since 1-2 would have been enough. Or even better start using packaging that can be reused/composted for a nominal fee. Merci ☺️

Overall fine, a few issues in this high volume location. Party of three around noon on an August Saturday, seated quickly. Service was friendly. Meal arrived a bit hapzardly... My entire breakfast and most of my daughter's showed up, then at least five minutes (probably seven) my husband's appeared, then my daughter's pancake, then she finally got jam, then finally syrup. My two poached eggs were cold (obviously precooked but not reheated), and my husband had ordered cheese on his potatoes, which was forgotten, so the meal was whisked back to the kitchen for cold grated cheese to be plopped on the potatoes. Overall the food was fine, but I feel the menu needs a cleanup, with photos next to the actual items, and more of a mix and match approach rather than meals grouped roughly together. For example, pick an egg, pick your meat, pick your pancake/crepe/french toast plus topping, not multiple sections with different versions of the food packaged into plates. Not sure why my Belgian waffle also had toast with and potatoes... carb overload!

Terrible. It wasn't my first experience at this chain, but by far my worst. Walked in. Got greeted by the most depressive hostess in history. She literally took to menus dumped them on a table and walked away without looking back. Then the waitress. Gets drink order then vanishes for 15 minutes, every time were trying to flag her down she looks the other way or is nowhere to be seen. Finally takes our orders. Says there are soups. 15 minutes later of trying to flag her down, she remembers the soups. Gets them. Literally 1 minute later the main course arrives which she just leaves there. Then another vanishing while chewing on the dryest club sandwich in history. Will definitely never go back there. It's been a while I haven't seen such poor service. My first and only 1 star rating.

Probably my top 2 favorite breakfast-spot in Lasalle. Portions are more than generous and the inside is really beautiful and modern,lots of tables and service is overall great. Beside the Breakfast, They have a great lunch menu as well, prices are a bit high but you get the portions and the quality for it. They offer egg whites omelette. Lots of parking.

Great food at a decent pricd and friendly staff, but that's about it. From my experience this was the lesser 'Allo! Mon Coco', my experience with other locations was much better. The LaSalle location seems disorganized, with long lines while staff try to figure out seating and no wait time estimates given. Waitress dropped my beans, hitting my table, my bag, and the floor, and took about 10 minutes to clean up. Another waitress kept bumping my table every time she passed, about 6-7 times without apology. We had about 4-5 wait staff serve us, barely knew who I was tipping in the end.

If you ever like the franchise restaurant Chez Cora comma then this one is much better, cleaner than most Chez Cora restaurants that are now old. The staff are well-trained including a constructive and positive bilingual disposition and a positive attitude period regardless of the location of which I have attended four of their restaurants, they have always made them very attractive and comfortable. I have been more than pleased with the four that I have gone to in this newer franchise of breakfast lunch restaurants here in the province of Quebec in the city of Montreal and surrounding areas. The food is abundant and the prices are more than reasonable.

Tried to make reservation for 15 people as a surprise breakfast, wouldn't allow reservation, showed up early to get table and servers wouldn't serve us until the entire party was present. 10 people 30 minutes early (allow for wait time) for nothing, then another 25 min to actually get seated, as the servers paniced to find us appropriate seating. Hostess serving was also unilingual French, and waitress couldn't take the entire order in English either. Been to Allo Mon Coco in different locations and it's always been an enjoyable experience. It was our first time at the Lasalle location and as soon as we were waiting for our table we knew right away it was unorganized. Such great space but not utilized the best way possible. Most tables seated for 4 with only 2 guests placed. The food was okay but not as fresh as when we eat at the downtown location....I ordered the Good Morning and my husband ordered the Bucheron and wanted everything well done (eggs and pork) and nothing arrived "well done". The Good Morning comes with English creme sauce and I didn't get it with my meal. My brioche was flat and hard and not at all fluffy as it should be. My eggs were rubbery I couldn't even eat them. The food didn't feel fresh at all. We also asked for water and DECAF coffee and she brought no water and regular coffee. When we asked for water the second time we were told very rudely it was "On demand only". Usually we go to the Allo mon coco downtown which comes with exquisite service and great food but it was nothing like it! We were there at 8:45 am on A Sunday Morning and by 9:15 there was a line coming out the door. I feel as if they prepare items in advance and not fresh on the spot because of the rush. Hope you get to enjoy your next visit, I don't think I will be back at the Lasalle location again....

Took #3, with a strawberry smoothie. Very nice presentation, just the right amount of sweetness. It's only supposed to come with strawberries and bananas, but I found a wayward piece of honeydew under my fruits. Beware to those who have allergies! I was pleasantly surprised, but had it been cantaloupe, there would have been problems as I was sharing my dish with someone who is allergic to cantaloupe. The waffle was good, though I did find it a little dry towards the end. The person I was sharing with, took philly cheese eggs Benedict. It was a good combination with my dish. A bit of salty and sweet. There were potatoes on her plate, those same garlicy ones that I didn't like at the St-Leonard Allô Mon Coco, but these were well done. A nice subtle garlic taste, nothing overpowering. They are yummy! I'd have eaten more, but I was overstuffed! The eggs are served upon steak, cheese and bread. The bread isn't the best to dip in your egg yolk. One side has cheese melted on, the other is a crust. I was a little sad with that, so much yolk left on my plate. Sacrilège! I even tried sopping it up with potatoes, no success. It's a really big plate, so a side of bread might overkill, but if the order of ingredients where switched, to have the eggs on the bread directly, it might work better. I would go back to this Allô Mon Coco, definitely, with reservations as the line up is crazy! The service was nice, friendly and on point.

The food was good for quality/price. We were seated against the window near the bathrooms, but man was it hot. I will update the review when I go back for another visit at this location. Overall I recommend this breakfast place in Chateauguay as the service and food was good. I’ll be honest in saying that the heat has skewed my review. But I promise to re-review them soon...!

I went with my son to this restaurant cause he likes the food from this chain, this location thought manage to send our day to bad start. We got there at a good time and we waited an hour, we called a server at least twice to have our order taken and without any explanation they just keep telling us to wait while people that came after us had their breakfast already. How is this possible ? My wife called and ask to speak to a manage cause I told I server it’s been to long we’ll have to leave, and he went to speak to a girl and she looked at us and did nothing, I’m guessing it’s the same girl in the phone with my wife that said that she was sorry but that’s all she could do, be sorry! Since they didn’t have staff cause people don’t wanna work, it’s hard to fine staff, yes we know, my wife actually works in a restaurant but that doesn’t mean they don’t have staff they are just bot organized, and they are careless and have zero experience in customer service since if at least someone would have come an explain that they were under staffed and they were sorry but they will take cate of their order just wait it wouldn’t be that bad, the fact that they served other people before that came in way after and also that nobody cared to come and give a tiny explanation or so it’s unacceptable. Not letting a side that the person on the phone who was supposedly the manager told my wife that there was a huge line, and if we come back will have to wait in line not even get inside and have an order taken… she offers 10 percent my wife didn’t even ask for a percentage she just asked if we could go inside now that they were OK and be available to order, and she could only say no cause the other clients are in line first, they won’t be happy! Then explain that you took an hour and totally dismissed a client!!! Terrible experience !!!

This all-day breakfast restaurant is so popular that there's usually a lineup to get in, but the food is definitely worth the 10-minute wait. The menu has lots of tasty options to choose from, and the portions are really big. Their mashed potatoes are some of the best you'll find, plus you get unlimited coffee refills. No matter at what time I come here, my meal arrives surprisingly quickly. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My wife and I tried this place based on a recommendation from work friend and we were not disappointed. Very large menu that spans from the basics to more creative options. Bright and modern decor, spacious interior--didn't feel like we were packed in like sardines unlike some other places we have been. The wait was a bit longer than what we would have liked, but there was a looking for workers sign on the front door, so I guess that is why. Definitely worth the wait and would absolutely go back!

First, The hostesses passed by when I was waiting for 20 min. I actually stopped her to take my name down. And she was so upset because I spelled my name as she could not pronounce it. Got there around noon, it was busy. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce was as it should be, Eggs were poached perfectly. The English muffin was flat, not leavened and had a funny taste. It made me think of a crumpet rather than an English muffin. The bowl of fruit was a nice touch; the acidity helped cut the richness of the dish. The atmosphere is loud with lots of echo. It makes conversation difficult as well as communicating with the wait staff. However, The staff is very nice and super helpful. They easily accommodated my wheelchair. I would go back again.

Allo mon coco is my favorite brunch restaurant and I'm so happy it opens in Chateauguay! This place is bright and vibrant, exactly what you look for to start the day. Food is great as expected. Always LOVE the big bowl of fresh fruits that come with Eggs Benedict, their signature potatoes (yummm!) and also the cream topping on the waffle is so airy and delicious. Staff are all pretty nice. You can see their smiling eyes as they all wear masks. It still feels strange having to wear mask when you are not seated but people all seem getting used to it and respecting each other’s space. Overall very nice experience. Highly recommended!

Love love the food and the employees and it has never disappointed me. I went last Sunday, at the Chateauguay location, with a friend and even though the food was excellent the service was not ????‍♀️ Our waitress name was Ashley and frankly she should not be serving at any restaurant as customer service is not in her adn. The only thing she did was take our order. She did not pour our coffee, we had no sugar or cream and had to ask another server. We had been waiting for 45 minutes for our plates with no more coffee and we had to call her, she could have told us its coming soon or asked us if we needed something while waiting but never came to us. Once we got our plate brought by another server, we had to ask her for syrup for our pancakes then had to ask for more coffee then jam & peanut butter. We had to ask for water to another server because she was never in our section to someone else. She never came once to see us. Then at the end she just brought us the bills without asking if we needed something more. We were paying by credit card and my friend wanted to leave her tip in cash, she actually stayed there and waited for the tip, my friend felt so uncomfortable so she gave her some. I personally did not leave her a dime as this is not the service i am looking for when i go to A restaurant. I know that the waitress’ work hard and i am usually very generous when i tip but this was unacceptable ???? bad experience all together with server Ashley S.

Mediocre breakfast experience at best. Banana pancakes were undercooked as were the strawberry crepes. Portions were generous but the potatoes were a hot, greasy mess and they brought my daughter's milk in a cheap styrofoam cup with takeout plastic cover. The imitation maple syrup comes in little disposable containers like McDonald's. The entire staff looked miserable and unfriendly with our waitress being particularly cold and unpleasant. Her only smile was when she brought the bill (Jonesing for that tip) and it was so forced it looked like a grimace. My first and last visit there.

Wayyyyy too much food - chicken and waffles come with eggs, potatoes and toast plus they ask if you want cheese on your potatoes and there was so much you can't even see the food. Fairly cheap (20$ + tip, coffee unlimited and included with the meal) but the staff barely came by, we asked for coffee and water 2-3 times to get it, and the staff including the owner spoke almost no English. (One of the patio umbrellas - which are not secured in any way - flew up from 2 tables over and hit my friend in the face, it took a solid 10 minutes to get across to the manager what had happened. Our waitress, while friendly, did not seem to pay attention enough to remember simple things. And it’s not like it was busy compared to usual. We asked details about a menu item, after 5 minutes she comes back with no answers, and forgot about it. My plate came in at least 10 minutes before my girlfriends. Unacceptable. Fries were dry and cold, had to send them back. This is my first time going and there are couple things that I'm disappointed of, although the food was great! 1. Service was not good at all, while I was still eating, they were rushing us. And 2.They do not tell you that there are additional charges for certain things.

This place has changed, as soon as i sat down waitress keep pushing for me to get extra things like extra cheese on my potatoes or orange juice. After turning her down when she offered real syrup i said ok,she poured the syrup into a small bowl next to my pancake. Whic by the way didn't taste good. When my bill came she changed $2.95 for the poured syrup. Their potatoes taste too salty (too much seasoning). Am disappointed as i used yo to love going there for breakfast. Carefully when they offer you the extra stuff it's a ripe off.

The food is super flavorful that the chefs gave their own twist, everything is very fresh that you can tell the owners really care and proud of their food. Worst customer service I ever had at any restaurant and worst breakfast. I went there once and the meal was horrible. My eggs were wet, the toast too dry and the potatoes they served me were far from satisfying. I told the waitress it wasn't good. I had the beans and the coffee, that was okay, but the rest was not acceptable. The manager of the place did not want to accommodate me and forced me to pay the entire bill. I was okay for the beans and the coffee which is reasonable. I was being told : it is not our fault if you don't like the food. This a sign of a dysfunctional restaurant. I was very angry. Now, it has been more than year and I am still frustrated about this episode. I never saw a manager being that arrogant, unprofessional and I sincerely hope that this manger has been fired. The worst food come comes with the worst service. Will never go there again, unless this company is serious and professional and want to help the customers. Otherwise, stay away from there.

Waitress is nice always asking us if we need to refill the coffee. But I still need to say the menu is not as special or unique as I imagined, it’s all about bacon, smoked meat, toaster, eggs,bagel and so on. What’s more, the price is relatively higher than others. What I could recommend is eggs Benedict and pancake with maple sirup. Mashed potatoes are well seasoned, it’s definitely recommended too.
