Wasn't my intention to eat vegan food. I drove to the downtown looking for good sea food restaurant but realized that all restaurants along the shoreline are closed for the winter. I stepped into this food Hall due to lack of options. But man I was glad that I tried this Stir It Up Vegan place. I 100% enjoyed the crispy tofu burger and the split bean soup made it to another level. For my short two days stay in town, I have attempted to come back for the second time but the building was closed. 100% recommended regardless if you are vegan.

Would give 6 stars. Every dish was delicious and super fresh. Loved the meatball sub and smoky tofu sandwich, not to mention specials like chikn and waffles and the breakfast burrito. Everything is packed with protein and plenty wholesome but never skimps on flavour. Nearly everything is available gluten-free too, which really impressed me.

Go early (Really early). As soon as they open actually. Try Mobster roll, have to. Everything else on the menu is fabulous as well. Everything vegan, Customer next to me said, '"I'm not even a vegetarian but this might even be better than actual lobster roll" I couldn't agree more. Great menu, great service.

The new menu is genius. The KFC made with seitan an Asian mayo and red cabbage is out of this world. Also new and fabulous is the mobster roll that really tastes fresh and has more flavor than a lobster roll. Its served on a toasted white bun. Well done on turning out a great new menu. Glad you kept the moonless mac burger that I crave weekly.

Delicious Dottie burger. Message promised. Huge tomato slice, dill pickle, lettuce, sauce and oatmeal/walnut patty in a sesame seed bun. House salad with maple vinaigrette and a magic bar that was sticky, gooey coconut, chocolate and nuts n a yummy crust. I had a pumpkin spice donut yesterday that was delicious. Lovely people, delicious food st reasonable prices. I will be back.

Delightful gem, so glad I found it. Delicious vegan fare. Highly recommend their salads and the Mooless Mac - I dream about that burger all the time. Do not go to Charlottetown without trying it. Best burger ever - hands down!

This little spot is the real deal. The food is top notch and locally sourced whenever possible. Everything is super flavorful and saucy delicious. I haven't had one thing from here that I didn't like. And I tried everything on the menu. Great food, great people.

I had a very tasty Smoked Tofu sandwich that really hit the spot. The server was willing to help me go through the menu to find an option that would work with several dietary restrictions I have, and modified it as needed. This is also the first place where I've seen GF and egg-free buns/bread! It was so nice to have something other than salad, and the cost was super reasonable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the terms "cafe" and "market" are deceptive. It's the only cafe I have ever seen that does not have a place to sit and eat (except outside in the summer), and the size of the market is just a couple shelves on the wall and a small refrigerated display case at the cash. I thought it would be more comparable with the Kent Street Market just a couple blocks over. It is more accurately a great option for vegan take-out.

As far as vegan burgers go.... ours were great!!! The burgers were loaded with other delicious organic ingredients... worth every penny for high quality food! Would love if the city gave them rights for a patio... somewhere to sit would be great. Only criticism is your machine asking for a tip before continuing with payment... you don’t have tables to clean or dishes to wash... if you are serving as take away only there isn’t really anything to be tipping for. I’m sure if I had looked closely I could have skipped the option. A tip jar on the counter seems more appropriate for your current set up or if the machine had given an option for dollar amount vs. percentage... and I could have chosen. 15% for taking my order and making it seems steep. All that said, the food was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Stir it Up is amazing! So happy to have found this vegan lunch spot while in PEI. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Mooless Mac burger (what flavors!). My only regret is not having enough time to try everything on the menu...

Holy smokes this place is so good. The mooless Mac was really close to a real big Mac with no animal products. Kombucha was on point. Hard place to find unless you know where to look. 11/10

Tried this restaurant for the first time today... As a regular carnivore, I didn't even miss the meat. I don't think it could have been prepared this well with beef or chicken involved... Delicious.

Stellar food and great customer service. My favourite food in Charlottetown. The Crispy Jerk was crazy delicious and The Mooless mac is reallly good. Also tried Lil darlings (their location next door) and it was fantastic. Burrito was just what I was craving!

We enjoyed the delicious, flaky, rich pastry on a really tasty Jamaican patty. Then we devoured two burgers (the Dotty and the Crispy Jerk), which were both amazing. If you’re looking for an authentic fast food burger done vegan, then the Dotty is the answer! We finished off our meal with the chocolate brownie, which we could have had a whole tray of! Really appreciated all the different mylk options for their coffee. Hope they expand and get a seating area, and continue to make amazing innovative food!
