Excellent Pizza and good service. Only hassle is they should keep change for the parking meters available to purchase as Charlottetown still has the old coin meters.

Great place for soup and pizza. Its clean, server was great, full of smiles and very helpful. Ask to sit at Jen's tables Oven pizza, good dough, good sauce, fresh ingredients cant ask for anything more.

Weird but interesting pizzas, would definitely recommend checking this place out if your in the area. Only downside being really long wait time for food.

I had placed an order for lunch, and when I went to pick it up it had taken a little longer then they had initially told me. I had no issues at all with this but they insisted on giving me a full refund for my food; resulting in a delicious free lunch!! 10/10.

Visiting Charlottetown for a week we managed to visit this stylish and service oriented Italian eatery twice! In a city filled with fantastic food options, Piatto stands out from the crowd. With fantastic service and and authentic Italian pizza, this place is a must visit! Highly recommended: meatballs (with or without spaghetti), arancini (deep fried rice balls stuffed with cheese), and the white prociutto pizza! See you next time!!

This place is PERFECT! To start with, the ambience is amazing. The exposed brick wall adds so much charm. My server (Jen) was one of the friendliest I've ever met. But the highlight has to be their food. I had the Sicilia pizza and a Tiramisu. Both were absolutely amazing! Plus, on Fridays they have live music (gotta reserve a table though otherwise good luck getting in). Definitely the highlight of my PEI visit as far as food goes and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wow I can't say enough about this place! It's such a rarity to have such a well done proper wood oven pizza in most cities big or small but this place ticks all the boxes. Great atmosphere, well stocked bar, veg and vegan options. Staff are great aswell. Looking forward to many more visits. Thank you Piatto!

I've had a lot of pizza over the years.. and this folks by far is the BEST of the BEST. Piatto Pizzeria in Charlottetown! The two of us ordered an 11 inch pizza each and we finished them both! Also had some Gahan blueberry ale to wash it down. We had the VPN Margherita which had a base of San Marzano tomato sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, fresh basil, EVOO and Grana Padano. VPN Pizzas are officially certified by the AVPN (L’Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) from Naples, Italy. These pizzas use select ingredients and follow the true Neapolitan process developed over 200 years ago.. if it ain't broke, don't fix it and we were not disappointed!!! We also had the Panna Pancetta bianche pizza which had a garlic cream base, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, pancetta, minced garlic and oregano. Everyone needs to experience pizza like this! Add it to your must try lists!

The restaurant layout is spacious and nice, but the service was very slow (45 min from ordering to food arriving) at the end of the evening outside peak times. I’m not sure what happened to the Stephanie since I was last at one of their locations, but it’s now canned pears and too much balsamic vinegar… making for a grainy and salty pizza.

A must try for great pizza, Friday night had live music. It was a bit busy but clears out early so, get there after 9 and skip the crowds.

Great customer service. We were greeted by Dan with a welcoming introduction. He made sure to find us a seat even though it was fully booked. The food is beyond delicious. We specially enjoyed the wood fire pizzas. We came here on a Friday night which was great. They had live music of the singer, Mike. His music was so pleasant and professional. Our servers Meghan and Andrew was just excellent. That includes all the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place.

We looked forward all day to having some pizza from Piatto and unfortunately we're sorely disappointed. We ordered 2 pies. A Marguerite and a Mushroom pizza. 7 slices of mushroom does not constitute a mushroom pizza. , Both pizzas were undercooked and on the whole pretty underwhelming. If it's one thing that's consistent about Piatto, it's they're inconsistencies. Shame as it used to be really good.

Wood fired pizza. Could be so much better! The sauce needs so much work! It is very plain. You can tell they use good tomatoes but man they need oregano and italian spices in that sauce. It is very plain and the pizza becomes plain. I would give the pizza a generous score of 5.1 This pizza could be great but it needs a lot of work.

Enjoy the setting of restaurant. Ordered the featured Siciliana pizza. Loved the cheesey topping and the hot sausage. The chilly oil also made it very unique to my experience. Recommend.

We have been in Charlottetown all weekend and Nikki was by far the best server of our whole trip! She recommended the perfect wine and the pizza was fantastic. Very impressed with the service and quality of the food. Whenever we come back to Charlottetown we will definitely be back

Nice atmosphere, staff were good but my pizza was burnt. This isn’t my first time coming to Piatto Pizzeria and when I told the waitress that the pizza was burnt, she told me that it was suppose to be burnt.. I could only eat half of my pizza.

We picked this place based on Google and weren't disappointed. Everything was nearly perfect. Jen, our waitress was fantastic and all food was delicious. The house wine went very well with our pasta dishes and the dessert was very light and tasty. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite!

Awesome spot for authentic Napolitan style pizza. They even have a couple of VPN pizzas (certified by the AVPN) on the menu! I had the lunch special which includes a salad of your choice and 9" pizza of your choice. They also serve Illy coffee from an old school espresso press. Of course had to finish with espresso and some grappa! Would love to come back some day. Thanks to Dave and Natasha for the great service and conversation.

We were lucky enough to eat at Piatto in Charlottetown last night. What a delightful experience! The house red was great and the pizzas were wonderful! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better crust in my life and, believe me I’ve eaten and made 1000’s of pizzas.I’ll be telling friends and going back. We’re an hour away but it’s worth every minute of the drive.Thank you for being there!

The food and atmosphere alone give it five stars. But the above and beyond moment was when my daughter forgot her purse on her chair and the floor manager chased us a quarter of a kilometer up Queen street to return it to her before we got to our vehicle. I didn’t get your name Pal, but thanks again…. you’re 100% class!

The restaurant was full and busy but this did not affect in any way the quality of service from the staff. Our server Blaire was attentive and on point with taking care of us. The kitchen staff were amazing to be able to handle the amount of food prep considering how busy it was. And most importantly the food was delicious and hot when it arrived. We were a party of 10 and everyone loved it.

Great food, terrible server. I went there for dinner in a great mood and left feeling like I was a terrible guest. There was a missing item in our food order and the whole interchange around that was not handled well. She should not be serving people if she's having a bad day.

After hearing about it on “You gotta eat here”, I had high hopes for this pizza place. It didn’t disappoint and has become one of my go to restaurants when I am in PEI. They also have one of the best lemon tarts I have tried that almost beat home made ones!

Piatto pizzeria was a magnificent experience. The atmosphere was modern with a vintage feeling twist and a nice feeling of home surrounding it. It felt comfortable and fun to sit with friends. The pricing was beyond fair as these pizzas are VPN certified. The flavor was perfect and rich, with the portions being fair. All in all I think this location is a great place to eat and would recommmend it for any casual dining fair.

Piatto has such awesome pizza! All local and housemade products, woodfired pizza and awesome staff! A few family members from Nova Scotia were recently over to visit and said that when they received their pizza the waitress had said it wasn't good enough so they were making a new one, the pizza was just slightly off in size but they were awesome enough to make a new one and give my family members the other pizza as well! It is a higher end pizza place with a different variety of pizza, not what you would usually see around the island. The Margarita is one of their most simple yet delicious pizzas! I highly recommend this place to those pizza lovers out there looking for a higher class pizza joint with an awesome staff!
