Nice chain of Italian restaurants in Quebec City. Lots of variety of food in the menu. They even have vegetarian menu. Plan ahead before you go. Make sure to reserve the table. There are restrictions to just walk in due to Covid. Also it will take a good 2 hours to savour the meal as they make fresh dishes. Finally, just 1 downside is that it is quite pricey. Expect to spend at least $25 CAD per person including tax.

Laver les feuilles de salade, c'est la base. Tout le monde sait ça, sauf à ce resto visiblement. Pizza au saumon fumé: excellent Pâtes au pesto et poulet: beaux morceaux de poulet, bon goût de pesto, bonne quantité de noix de pin. Plat correct. Pâtes au canard fumé: plat correct.
