Not clean. The sandwich counter looked like it had never been cleaned and there were flies eating the meat out of the meat trays. Horrid, never ever seen a subway franchise in this despicable manner.

Staff here, specifically the manager Amanda & a blonde haired teenager who had no name tag on are VERY rude & FULL of attitude!! I witnessed some behavior from them today towards a customer & after what I witnessed, despite being a regular, I'm not sure I want to come back & support this business anymore :( Granted the customer was being "challenging" however that is no reason for staff, especially a manager (Amanda) & blonde hair teenager not wearing your name tag to be so rude. The teenage blonde even gave this customer the middle finger, rolled her eyes MULTIPLE times & put her hand in their face saying "Whatever".....I could not believe what I was witness too

Careful when placing an online order.... It will tell you Ready Today @ time selected, but in your email and online order status it will be for the next day at said/chosen time. I got there to get my order, and they said they never received it. We checked my email confirmation, and the staff was correct. the order was placed for the next day?? They told me i could cancel the order via the APP or online... I can not! Now I have to argue with my credit card company to dispute the online order. However, the staff recreated my order on the spot & I was there less than 5-min "quicker than McDonald's FF drive-thru or curbside pickup VIA there APP" - APP/Online orders be careful, i've never had a problem with the in-store staff or service. Would have given more Stars, but the fact that I now have to dispute a CC charge because I cannot cancel an order for tomorrow via the APP or online site.... Why did I already get charged for an order that hasn't even happened yet?

I’ve frequently been going to this location in the past few weeks and even showing up at 06:58 when they open at 07:00 with only one person working, I was in and out as expected within 5 minutes. Very happy with the service and recommendations of the sandwich artist. Would absolutely return again.

Great tasting food and good timing. Although I ordered two subs very similar to each other but one with jalapeños on it. I asked to have it labeled so I knew which one was hot. The other sub ended up getting mislabelled 'hot'. I know it's just one word written on paper but I know someone with severe pepper allergies in town. Could of been dangerous if that happened to them or others with food allergies.

You know, you can throw shade all you want at Subway, but this particular location on the west end of town in Trenton Ontario is a great location! Family owned and operated, the staff is fast and friendly! They will make your sub better than you have ever had at any other subway! They also have a sauce that I have not seen at any other subway yet - garlic aioli! ....Try it, put it on every and any sub! I promise it will change your life for the better!!!

The staff really doesn't care. No one tried. Bought a salad. One of the staff thinks one teaspoon of dressing is enough for a salad. The chicken was also about to go bad. Lettuce was old. Tomato was old. Not fresh at all. Had to tell them multiple times what we want and she just never listened. Got a watery salad. We just gave up giving instructions like chopping the bacon or adding more dressing as she wasn't listening. Never going back here. I think it was the manager sounded rude to the staff.

I woke up on Sunday morning hungry and thought why not order Subway sandwich, and so I did. Drove down to the store and it was packed! So I waited in line, for over 30 mins. When it was finally my turn, the guy said they haven't even touch the mobile order yet. WHY NOT?! Isn't mobile order suppose to be quick, that means everyone who got to the store in person was ahead of me even if I did sent in my order way before them. So then the guy proceeds to make my sandwich after standing in line for over 30 mins and he makes the wrong sandwich. I know they had been busy and trying to filter through as many customers as they can BUT they aren't even organize as the guy shuffled through receipt to find my order. Got home and my sandwich folded open and everything fell out. They clearly need to be more organized! I don't mind waiting a bit longer if my sandwich was packed in nicely. Instead they chose quantity over quality. Not good!

Had one person working on a Friday night to start! They don't have half the items they advertise and stop selling soup at 6pm?? Employee made several mistakes while making my 2 subs. Attempted to give me a foot long when I asked for 6inch. Almost put meat on my fiances VEGETARIAN sub, then proceeded to make his sub after touching meat. Messed up almost every topping we asked for and was not very friendly. We ended up getting our order correct after many times telling him no not that topping. Tasted fine but service was bad.

This store is the pits!! They skimp you BIG time on toppings and you very rarely get your order right.....even after u ask for lots and lots and lots of spinach....but it was still only a little bit of spinach???? What are you gonna do, go all the way to Liskeard for a sub... In Kirkland, they aren't very professional. While the guy at the counter was taking my gf's order, the other guy that was there bailed on him, and left everyone waiting in line, wth Could have been our guys attitude but it's not supposed to be the customers fault.

I'm not too sure why I keep giving these guys more chances, I've always been disappointed in both the food, the quality, the service, etc. Most recently, my boyfriend and I were in for lunch. We got the sub of the day (Turkey Breast, 6"; $4.39) as a salad (+$2.50). 4.39 + 2.50 = 6.89 each. $6.89 x 2 = $13.78. Plus tax (13.78 × 1.13 = 15.57). Our total should have been $15.57. It was over $18. Which no, isn't much, about $3. But when we brought it up to them, they just looked at us like they didn't understand and shrugged. We tried explaining, but the kid seemed to not care. It wouldn't have been an issue if they cared to fix it, but they didn't. We didn't want to make a big issue about $3, so we gave up, paid, and left. (It's also only half full and very sad looking...). Another time I ordered a sub with green peppers, but they put green olives. I ask if they can remake it, and the girl gives me attitute about it and says, "You asked for green olives." ....... She was completely unappologetic, and incredibly rude. For these reasons, and the constant disappointments, I am rating 1 star.

Thank you Subway, for being one of few fast food chains that offers Gluten Free Sandwiches. It's a Blessing to have when being GF is not a choice. I can't wait for you to have a Gluten Free Soup to offer with Sandwiches. Sandwich Artists are always so helpful and quick to tell me what meats to stay clear of for my allergies. All staff helped look into soup ingredients for me, although I thought it would be okay, they didn't feel it was safe so I honoured their recommendations. I always order what is recommended Gluten safe at each location. I've yet to visit a Subway where the Sandwich Artist was unfamiliar with Gluten friendly ingredients on hand! Most places make me feel bad for asking questions.

The subway itself tasted exactly Like Subway should. What boggles my mind was the lack of service. We ended up having a trainee have to figure stuff out without any assistance to try to get us served while to experience people stood there and didn't help her at all. Disgusting hygiene. Not going back and i wouldn't recommend. The girl that served us had very long acrylic fake nails that were poking through her gloves. She then went to make the client pay while wearing the same gloves, touched the computer screen and then the atm, then cane back to add the veggies to my sandwich, she digged in the veggies with those gloves and thats were it hit me and i saw how dirty looking the computer screen was and that she has been touching so much with those sane gloves with her poking through nails. I was too shook to say anything. Should have.

The worst subway making ppl ever.!! Not kidding.. every time I go there, I always have the same experience. veggies are always outside of sandwich. To the Manager: Mostly there is only one sandwich artist working and hence sometimes it’s very hectic for him/her to maintain the hygiene and because of that I’ve seen them working continuously without changing their gloves. Kindly take care of this issue. Thank you.

I noticed there a quite a few complaints, but my family and I had an excellent experience. The subs were good, no complaints about the amount of toppings on them. The restaurant was outstandingly clean, it must have been built recently. More importantly though the staff was exceptional. I regret not getting the names of the 2 guys working, when we came in, they really deserve a shout out. After 2 hours in the car, this lunch break was exactly what we needed.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Plenty of toppings, and everything was fresh. Shop is inside a gas station. Hand sanitizer is laid out for customers to use. Will definitely come back to this restaurant if I'm in town. We'll done!

I visit this Subway several times a month; the entire staff is great; today I was served by Raman, a regular sub 'chef'; always attentive to orders and prepares the food well. And kudos to the manager D.K. for running such a tight ship! Efficiency, quality and more!

Subs & quality of food aren't bad. Most the staff are friendly. Listed prices are not always honoured and advertising is misleading. Some staff unwilling to honour prices as advertised leading to issues. Often long lines at lunch that back-up quickly. 3 out of 5.

Good food. But every damn time I go in and the same chick that first takes my order, never listens to what my damn order is and it’s stressful. She constantly says “sorry, you said “tuna”? Or “sorry, you said no cheese?” Or whatever the case may be. I first asked for a 6 inch tuna today. And she had to re ask my order like 2 or 3 times. And then I notice once the sun gets out of the toaster, is that she gave me a foot long!! Listen to my damn order for Christ sakes. Fire the damn woman who never listens and find someone that’ll listen to your god damn order and doesn’t have to keep asking for re-assurance. Sickening.

I have been to this Subway quite a bit years ago and just recently started going again. I am so pleased with the service i have received both times i've been recently from one of the employees named Karianne. She is great with the costumers, always smiling with warm energy and really quick with getting your order ready. She definitely makes this one of my favorite Subway locations.
