Drive thru was crazy waited 30 minutes in line, then decided I would go inside to order, the doors were locked and they hadn’t been letting anyone else in, I saw people go in earlier they had been in there since I drove by the first time while I was running errands, I even watched them leave the building while waiting in the drive thru the first time, nobody was inside the building except for the workers, I then waited another 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. In my experience of Restaurants and Coffee places I have never had a worse experience then this

I'm giving this place a 3 because the morning staff are absolutely outstanding and offer the best service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. The night staff however are horrendously lazy, the place is 24/h but as of 9pm they are OUT OF EVERYTHING?!? This is really frustrating, you cant even get a donut or a bagle, they don't make sandwitches at night?!? There is someone working everynight, usually just hanging out in the back, doing pretty much nothing. At least if they were cleabing or something I would understand, but having worked for Tim Hortons when I was younger; I know how easy it is to pop donuts, muffins, bagels or bread in the oven. Managment needs to do something about this because you are losing out on so many sales.

This Timmies is inside Couche-Tard and quite busy most of the time. Masks are mandatory. They have almost everything that is advertised. Usually there is a wait time as the place is crowded. The breakfast wraps are pretty good but not consistent as the employees keep changing. The cheese croissants are tasty. Compared to other tim hortons that I have visited, this place have very few varieties of tim bits. Overall nice place to have quick bites and coffee.

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. A drink I had ordered wasn't too my liking. I had brought this to the attention of the employee who served me to get it refunded or replaced. They were immediately offended, rude, and said I couldn't get a refund so I'd have to order something close to the price of my drink. I ended up losing money and no compensation or accommodation was made. I'd strongly encourage not giving this store your business as certain employees will try to intimadate you. I left feeling very unwelcome.

This Tim Hortons is very busy. The takeout window is quicker than inside. Very clean restaurant and restrooms.
