We were with a large group a few days ago for supper and the place was very busy, waitress was run off her feet practically - but did an excellent job. Had fish and mashed potatoes. Fish was okay, mashed potatoes were not good. Carrot cake for dessert - it was amazing. The next morning we had breakfast there and everything was very good.

Good, solid choice for breakfast. Family restaurant with plenty of seating both inside and out. Friendly service, and it was fast too. We had an omelette and an eggs Benedict. Exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy, just a good straight forward experience.

Gorgeous restaurant with a smoke free patio overlooking the harbour. Their menu is varied and reasonably priced. Their staff is also friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant. The waitress took time to let us know all the gluten free options and did an excellent job guiding my girlfriend through her options. I regret not getting the fish and chips since someone at the next table got them and they looked incredible

Four stars for food quality but the service was horrible. Was only allowed one glass of water. I would have asked for another but never saw the waitress again. If service is not important to you, the fish and chips is certainly worth going back for.

Food was delicious and the scenery on the patio is unlike anywhere I've eaten before! The waiter did criticize our beer choices though which I found a bit rude, calling it water. If it's all the same as water to you why didn't you give it to us for the same price as water? Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars completely. The other waitresses were super nice though and you can tell they are very hard workers.

You cannot possibly get seafood any fresher than this unless you fish it out and cook it yourself! This place is tiny inside, but has 2 huge terraces outside. I love the idea of everyone writing on the walls; so many people from so many places have visited this resto in the northernmost tip of new Brunswick. The owner of the restaurant is a fisherman and catches all the food consumed in the restaurant everyday. Specialty beers are made for this restaurant like a blueberry beer made by a local distillery which was the best fruit beer I've ever had.

Based on a single visit with a clearly overwhelmed waitress. I ordered the "fried clams" price should have clued me in that it would be clam strips. Was not what I wanted, and they weren't very good. The place looked pretty clean and the staff was friendly enough. Give it a shot but don't expect anything special.

First order placed was for Seafood Spaghetti, it was suppose to be made with a white sauce. It turned out being made with Cream of Chicken Soup which over powered the dish to a point where you couldn’t taste any seafood. The second order was a grilled Fisherman’s Platter, the Scallops where not seared and flavorless, the shrimp was okay and a piece of haddock that was a tasty piece of fish which none had any grill marks. The platter aslo included fried Strip Clams, complete RUBBER and had no place being on the dish. The waitress was friendly and did her job well.

What a disappointment. I always love going there. The atmosphere, the food, but today....yeeesh! It took an hour to get my soup, which was cold. Then it took another 30 minutes to get my sandwich, which was toasted too much and tasted blah! My husband's cheese burger was burnt, and his fries were dark brown. Glad I didn't order any seafood - would have been heartbreaking to destroy seafood like that.

Went there with family. One person ordered the fish platter with a baked potato and sour cream. When I asked the waitress for tartar sauce she said, you have sour cream already!! Very rude. I ordered a side of mushroom for $3.99. It came directly on my steak. I had 4 pieces. I asked the waitress if 4 pieces ( not even one full mushroom) was my side. She replied that mushrooms were very expensive. The food was blah, cold and I am not sure that I would feed it to my dog. Worst service by the 3 waitresses that served us and I would never recommend this awful place.

Where to start....beautiful day out, wanted to go outside on the terrasse for our meal, couldn't because our waitress was allergic to the sun. My husband and friend ordered fish and chips, the fish came out of a box, was definitely not fresh, very disappointed as the restaurant is next to a wharf. First and absolutely the last time we will be there.

Our 25th anniversary was well complimented by a perfect dinner such as halibut for the Miss's and for me the Arctic Char. Our entrée was a delicious soup and escargots which was like more than other restaurants we've been at (double the serving) followed by a blueberry herbal tea and a desert of maple cake with home made frosting which tasted like marshmallow. Ordered escargot as part of my meal, it arrived cold, the cheese was not melted. Instead of a baguette to dip in the butter, it was 1/2 a slice of store bought bread.The caesar salad was more like a soup than a salad with too much dressing on it. Won't be back.
