Very good option in Caraquet for seafood. We tried the Promer platter so we could taste a bit of everything and it was all so delicious and perfectly cooked. I would have liked more greens but its a common problem in many restaurants. The view is also nice and must be quite a view if you go there when it is time for the sun to set.

Lovely casual patio overlooking the fishing harbour. Very clean and modern inside. Great food! Friendly, easygoing staff. Lobster Club and Sweet Potato Fries, Yummy! Fresh seafood sold next door. Grab an ice cream at the other end of the building and stroll along the harbor for a beautiful day.

We came to Caraquet in part because of this wonderful fish market which was an incredible discovery by the quality and the choice of products available. The recovery is a dismal failure. The clerk even had the nerve to tell us that the tourists were responsible for the lack of supplies…. Blame the high demand? OK! Blame the tourists? It deserves reconsideration. What kind of business sends this type of message ?! It was our last time, signed; loyal customers for 6 years. (Original) On a perdu notre poissonnerie. Décevant. 2 ans sans pouvoir visiter cette ancienne poissonnerie « Pro mer » (covid oblige!). Et bien si les anciens propriétaires lisent ce message, de grâce, ne vous blâmez jamais de votre gestion. Nous venions à Caraquet en partie à cause de cette formidable poissonnerie qui était une incroyable découverte par la qualité et le choix des produits disponible. La reprise est un échec lamentable. La commis a même eu le culot de nous dire que les touristes étaient responsables du manque d’approvisionnement…. Blâmer la demande élevée? Ok! Blâmer les touristes? Ça mérite reconsidération. Quel genre d’entreprise envoie ce type de message?! C’était notre dernière fois, signés; de fidèles client depuis 6 ans.

Nous en avons fait part à la serveuse qui nous a dit que c'était tout à fait normal et que le homard était servit de cette façon à Caraquet. Que ce serait beaucoup trop long de le faire bouillir afin de nous le servir chaud. Je lui ai répondu que toute nos autres expériences de homard nous avait été servit chaud. Elle n'en a fait aucun cas. À 30$ l'assiette c'est une total déception. Avoir su nous aurions été en acheter un à la poissonnerie.
