If you want some delicious home food this is the place! I'm vegetarian and the options were great and what is normally heavy food like curries and stirfys were delicious and light, full of love and good spices! Highly recommend it.

If you're looking for authentic ethnic food then you're in luck. We had the butter chicken and it was delicious. This is what Campbell River needs more of. There's small tables if you want to dine in or they do take out. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Everything about this place is amazing! The food is so fresh, the staff is so friendly, and the prices are really good! I will be stopping in here next time I’m in Campbell River for sure. Great vegan options which I really appreciated. I had a vegan samosa, the vegan potstickers and the vegan curry - all so good!! Highly recommend to anyone :)

I saw this place on Facebook and it looked amazing. We got the 12 potstickers wow! You can taste the freash ingredients, the hand made potstickers warping is the best I have ever had. The pork is my family's favorite. We each had one. Even my picky 8 year old LOVED them. My husband and I can't wait to try the curry next time. First time having Himalayan food. AMAZING!

I was not expecting much when I ordered from this little place. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Restaurants have almost stopped caring about the food they serve but clearly not the case here. We ordered veggie potstickers soup and palak paneer. All super delicious. If you want quality food with flavor give em a shot... :) great job!

Cannot figure out these reviews. We were excited to order the potdtickers bit couldn't eat them. Mushy and no flavour. I'm assuming just an off order. Will try again given all the fantastic reviews.

We went here after reading all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I am baffled. We tried the vegan and pork potstickers. We also tried the vegan curry and shrimp curry. The flavours were lacklustre. There was spice in the curry but not much flavor. The accompanying naan appeared to be a grocery store variety and not made in house. The vegan potstickers were alright with a light dance of flavor. The pork ones seemed nearly unseasoned, and the first one I ate was bright pink and I think uncooked but I didn’t realize until I tried the others. Just thought it was a strange rendition. The potstickers were also covered in grease. I definitely have no interest in returning and wish I would have went elsewhere.

Love this place. I tried their potstickers, chicken chowmein, chicken soup and fried rice and all of them were excellent and don’t skip on the samosas. At this point we are on first name basis with the owner. Pemba is always happy and the food always exceptional.

This is our first experience. The spicey curry chicken is very, very hot, and very good (need Kleenex because your nose will run)! Chicken fried rice is a meal in itself, and worth every penny... delicious!!! And last but not least, the Pot Stickers are fantastic! Excellent dinner if you're looking for something fresh and new! I totally recommend it!

This place is the best. The head chef's knowledge and training is impressive, and it sounds like the chef taking over the place has been carefully trained under her as well as having her own great experience as well. I love the staff. They have the best momo's I've ever had.

Food was under seasoned. Pot stickers were large but rather chewy and dense. Not at all like Chinese pot stickers or Japanese gyoza.

This place has some of the best food on the island! I've driven a lot from Victoria to Port Hardy and was tired of the usual fast food I would stop to get in Campbell river. The food here is always ready in under 15 minutes, it's absolutely delicious and such different flavours! The Tibetan dinner for 2 easily lasts 2 people 2 meals, the potstickers are fantastic, lamb keema is spot on and they even have gulab jammun. Love it!

We had take out tonight, and we had heard great things about the place. We were all disappointed with our food. Nothing we ordered was good. It was very oily and 3 of us couldn't even finish our meals. We were very excited to try the food, and perhaps we just ordered on the wrong day or with a different chef, as the reviews are all good. Oh well, I am glad we tried it for ourselves, but sadly disappointed. Nothing looked like the pictures did either.

What a find! We had a short weekend getaway to Campbell River..we live mid-island in a small town where I often miss diverse ethnic foods. Imagine our delight to find a Tibetan (!!) chef right near our hotel with handmade (!!) dumplings! I had these once before but these were the best I have ever had. We had one order of vegan and another pork, and after 4 dumplings each packed with flavour (of the sauce!) we skied all day with our bellies full! What a gem to find this in little Campbell River! We also had two vegan curries both delicious for super. I found the food tasted extremely packed with love: well prepared, extremely healthy, high quality super nutritious ingredients. The owner and other chef took time to explain the food to me and were so gracious. I can not recommend this place enough and we will be back! If you are visiting CR, a must try. you can't even find food like that in Vancouver!
