The Chili & Soups here are AMAZING!!! The Chef here Won 1st place???? in the local Chili Competition. The Chili is currently not available until the full menu returns. I highly recommend it once it's available again.

BEST CHICKEN WINGS in town!! Hands down, if you want wings this is the place to go (Pricing is amazing and flavor will knock your socks off) In regards to the atmosphere I love it, there's a mix of people on the family side and a great group of people on the "Bar" side. The service is always good and if you get something not quite the way you want it the staff is great for ensuring its fixed with no complaints. My go to place.

The service was great. The food was hot and fast, large portions...but I had the breaded veal cutlet with mushroom gravy, mixed veg and fries. The cutlet was lacking in taste...I am assuming it was a frozen product thrown in the deep fryer. My husband had the fish and chips, the fish was overcooked. My friend had the taco chicken salad and she said there was no seasoning on the chicken. My other friend had the wonton soup and it was just nasty. The wontons were tasteless, the broth tasted like green peppers which were in the soup. Everything was presented well, just to many flaws in the taste.

My wife and I decided to grab a bite here before going to the movies. It was great! She had a steak, which was delicious and cooked exactly how she ordered. I had the Chicken Club sandwich and it was one of the best club sandwiches I've had. Service was very fast and very friendly. We would go back in a heartbeat!

In the Pub part, just ok. Had the $10 personal pizza. Came just warm, pineapple still cold. Tomato sauce was tasty. But the craft beer is good. Rode up from Courtenay just for a pint of Village Nut.

we had dinner and a movie tickets . we called ahead to see if we could see movie then lunch. we were told NO PROBLEM. we went on sunday and were told mgr not in and could only honor if we had dinner after 5pm first then movie after that. No manager on site and waitress tried to text one but no reply from manager. we get this every xmas for the last 10yrs or so and had lunch then the movie 5 out of 10 times had movie then lunch/dinner 5 out of 10 times. I told my nephew dont get this for us again ever. very unhappy for this rediculous treatment.

Just driving by and saw it was a pub & restaurant, thought we would give it a try. Was surprisingly good. Had taco salad and a large order of tacos. Both were very good. Glad we stopped.

I honestly thought it would be better based on the online menu selections. Prices are not current on the website menu. Service was friendly, but needs more experience or training it seemed. Food was not what we hoped, the wonton soup was not a good version and I don't think anyone tastes it, totally bland and dumplings' dough was undercooked.

Average place the décor is terrible and plan the bar area is really noisy (why we chose to stay in the restaurant area) I order the American burger which was good the service was ok and fast. Nothing great to tell about this place but nothing has either.

Came alone. Got strange looks but good service. Was fairly quiet. Excellent Mojitos and delicious food. A+ Edit: -1 for paper straws, and using them in a water glass. I dont need a straw to drink my water.

I used to like coming here for a beer and pizza and a few rounds of pools but I've had to get up and leave the last few times coming here and I won't be back due to the fact of having to wait for minutes on end for someone to come and ask us if we'd like something to drink and eat! We'll needless to say no one never did come to ask us and they know we were there because we said hello to them and told them that we'd be over on the pool table side, i guess they just choose to talk amongst themselves while preparing the pizza dough and who cares about the customers! This was the second time this has happened so won't return!!!! It's a shame because I do like their pizza.....

I like the food, the decor is kinda bland, service is ok but nothing special, portion sizes are big, but the prices are a bit high, I would recommend this place for a celebration, or go to the pub side and get a beer instead.

The food here is pretty good, pricing is pretty decent, and they have pull tabs along with other gambling. The service however is slow so if you are in a rush for dinner you may want to consider going somewhere else.

The burgers are the worst I have ever had. The salad didnt even have a crunch to it.. all the lettuce was wilted. The managed to make good onion rings. So maybe only order deep fried food from there. The service was ok.

Burger\fries were pretty good, but beef dip wasn't up to par. Being as it was opening with only 4 other customers, I was hoping I would have been asked if I wanted another drink (water). Will give another chance after seeing other eateries in the area.

Never done a review. BUT, went over after an afternoon old timer hockey game. Place was fairly busy. Tells you something. Maybe we caught some happy hour. Service was prompt and casual as preferred, selection on tap adequate, and cold, food was universally enjoyed, tasty, and also prompt. The prices were where you could enjoy the food even more. Solid performance. Most Valued Pub.

I went to this restaurant with my family of 4. When we arrived we were brought our drinks and food. Our server didn’t not make another appearance after that. Our drinks we completely empty since the beginning of our meal and we did not receive our son’s dessert with his meal. Our server did not ask us if we needed ketchup or anything else. Our meal was completely unsatisfactory because we did not have the condiments that should have been with it. Our experience there was horrendous. I phoned to complain and instead of refunding me per my request, they offered me a gift certificate for half my bill, as if I would like to return to that restaurant with their poor service. I do not recommended this restaurant.

Lots if variety in the pub food here. We are regulars and the meals are very consistent in their quality. They don't stay open late so plan on being there well before 9 weekdays. Our teams that show up any later get turned away so that's my only issue. Nice location, lots of seating and plenty of Tv's to watch. They have keno and poker as well as pull tabs for the gambling junkies.
