Be careful of undercooked chicken. I had strips that were stuck together and when pulled apart the batter wasn't even cooked. Threw the food out and called to complain. I was offered 50 percent off the next order which I laughed. I allready paid for this once. Ended up calling back the next day to talk to a different manager and got the issue resolved . I dont know if I even want to try again. Poorly trained staff and it shows in the quality and service.

If you're looking for the friendliest people, both front and back of the house, Lee's is the place. In 10+ visits, I've never encounter a team member that was friendly, helpful, and totally into satisfying the customer. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. It is a delight to visit and highly recommended.

This place is located of the Inland Island Hwy near the Shell gas station. It is easily accessible from both directions of traffic and has good operating hours. We've been here nearly a dozen times in the last two years and absolutely love it. It's not healthy in any way, but when your hitting up a fried chicken restaurant, what do you expect. My favorite part about this food chain is the staff and the customer service they bring to the table. Each and every time, I'm greeted with a smile and a personal touch. Keep up the good work Lee's

I love grabbing their lunch special. Avail 11-4 no exceptions... They have a nice large breast of chicken, and the bun is always fresh, sometimes you want mashed potatoes n gravy instead of fries... The ALWAYS make sure to give you what you need to eat, napkins s&p ketchup, they have a system that works and Debbie (manager) runs a good ship and thus she has a reliable team backing her, great consistent service. That part that won my business as first choice is the fact that they switched their wipes to sterilizing wipes to have you wipe your hands before eating their food. So now they are doing their part to keep us safe. That is a big sign of respect and appreciation for your customers... Me and I hope anyone reading this goes to see for yourself its worth the drive up the hill to quinsam or an easy stop into town at Willis road.

First time customer and thought the Chicken Burger lunch special was exceptional. The battered chicken breast was very tender and moist and the batter crisp. Unlike most other fast food chicken burgers, this was not processed meat, but a full half chicken breast. It was very filling.

Always a tasty option. Fried Chicken gets a bad health wrap but I can't help it and when I crave it I go here. Fast, good portions. And if you are on a trip, you can get cold pieces to go for less, great for sandwiches or a snack off the bone. Lots of parking for RV or boat trailer.

The prices are quite reasonable, especially for breakfast, but their breakfast sandwich is on a scone with crispy chicken and no sauce. This results in a very dry, crumbly experience. The chicken is reasonably good, not not exciting in any way. Essentially think a better value version of KFC

Stopped to get some chicken to bring camping. Got the "meal" which comes with 3 sides, and choose 3 x potato wedges. It comes with gravy and they threw in a bunch of ketchups & vinegar. The chicken was really good and flavorful. The "breading" almost looked like they were using whole Corn Flakes, and is used on the potato wedges as well. You can order spicy if you want. We had leftover wedges and used them to make camping hash browns the next morning which turned out really good. A nice change from KFC. Actually, we tried to go to KFC, but they must have been operating on holiday hours cause they were still closed after their posted opening time. Their loss as we have found a new spot !!!

Pretty pathetic Lee's chicken branch. Says they're open until 9:00pm every night online and on the doors of the building. And yet when we went in to order takeout at 7:20 yesterday evening they basically refused to make us any food and said in a unfriendly tone that they closing at 8:00 which even if that was the case should have still had plenty of time to cook for us they're supposed to be open until 9:00 even.. Won't be going there again..

I stopped a Lee's ordered 4 pieces of Chicken, thighs if they had them. I said I pay extra because I've had skimpy orders before. I also ordered 1/2 rack of ribs. $25.00. I checked out the bag on the way home. I got 2 backs 2 humming bird wings and cold fries. The ribs were 3x3 inches .I had to stop at McDonald's on the way home. $10.00 MORE. I'm not working but I thought I'd have some thing special. So much for this week's dinner out. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you wanted to loose money and weight.
