Not what you get if you think this will be "fast food". I have gone here several times, each time thinking the pace would be quicker. The food is exactly what you expect from A&W, but this has to be THE world's slowest drive thru. It's like they make every order after it has been placed.

The Beyond Meat burger tastes so good! It really tasted like a Beef Burger (although you can feel in your mouth that it is less oily). Staff in this location are very nice, too, especially the drive-thru staff. They are very polite and all smiles everytime we go here. Food has always been perfect. I like how they make steps to take care of the environment, too (plastic straws, grass-fed cows). I like A&W. :)

Every time we've gome to A&W they've always been more than accomodating, even though I have strict dietary restrictions. The staff at this location were particularily great. We went in early and even though we ordered things that weren't tradionally ordered in the morning they still made it no problem and it was +100% correct. Would definitely recommend A&W over any other fast food joint.

It's difficult to quantify a rating for this location. The same is warm and kind but on the other side, they rarely get my drive-thru order correct. Typically the manager will go above and beyond to rectify the mistake but I wouldn't mind having to make just one trip for a single meal.

I'm not partial to cheese or bacon. But I like lettuce, tomato and pickle. But they don't have any burgers that have lettuce, tomato and pickle, but without bacon and cheese. Yes! You can order a burger without those two items, but your paying the same price. They should have a burger with the toppings but without the bacon and cheese.

A&w restaurants is my favourite place and i usually go their twice a month. Love their food, its always tasteful and fresh. You get full when eat there . A&W has such a good variety of burgers. However My favourite is chubby chicken and spicy habanero chicken, onion rings and root beer as well. I also appreciate the fact that the company is environmentally conscious. Staff is very friendly and polite. Nicely maintained and spacious place with a lot of parking on site. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Even Newer Review: I just tried their plant-based nuggets that are supposed to be like chicken nuggets. They are so so delicious!! Wow! New Review: So I just tried the veggie burger that they have beyond meat and it's not bad it definitely does not taste like meat and I would never ever ever give up meat for this no way. It tastes like those Burgers those fake veggie burgers from the early 1990s that you could buy at the grocery store remember in the 90s when the vegetarian cult started? Yeah these are the same kind of veggie burgers but do not taste like meat. But the service at A&W is excellent. And the fries are delicious Old Review: I had their new Habanero Chicken Sandwich, it was SO good! The bun was perfectly toasted, the spicy sauce was so delicious, the chicken was fresh not dried up, the lettuce and tomato was fresh and perfect. So good! The service was very fast in the drive-thru, where I got my order.

Normally A&W is always a win! Was just ok, onion rings were not that great! Was super lined up today. I assume they pulled stuff out early to deal with lineup hense the not crispy onion rings. Mozza burger did not hit the spot either. My wife's same combo same for her also. The ice cold root beer is always great tho. Maybe next time hit the trifecta of goodness from all 3 sides!

You know, I have a hard time giving bad ratings to places because I know that one experience does not make the venue BUT tonight was a nut show. The staff were either short staffed or new or something but it took over 20 minutes for French fries to be made. Then when fries came up, they gave them to someone who ordered 3 people after my party. I walked up and asked for a refund. The one woman seemed to understand she was losing the battle and was apologetic and gave a refund. The other front of staff girl was miserable, rude and glared at everyone in the place. At any rate, one experience doesn't make a restaurant but damn... Definitely not a good experience

At 10:30 am on May 30 2018, I walked in the restaurant and tabled seats that had no one sitting in them were filthy. I placed an order for 1 egg sandwich on a sesame seed bun (no meat, no cheese) with guacamole combo with hash brown and 1 egg sandwich stand alone on a sesame seed bun (no meat, no cheese), also with guacamole; I also ordered guacamole fries and a root beer in a frosted mug. I received the fries which were delicious. The root beer had some problems, it was either diet, or the soap in the frosted mug had not been properly rinsed out. My sandwiches came with bacon on them and on English muffin. When I complained they took the sandwiches, removed the bacon and reserved them to me cold. I got sick from the sandwiches. This review gets 2 stars because of all the money I'm now saving by not eating at A&W anymore and for the yummy fries.

Usually never have an issue here but it seemed we came when your b team was on. Current promotion is the teen burger so the buddy burgers I ordered were cold. So cold the cheese didn't even melt. The buns were also stale. As for the staff, it's not hard to listen to orders instead of pointing fingers at the customer because you're too stupid to understand part of being a cashier means listening.
