Our server Nikola was absolutely amazing. Food was outstanding! We ordered the soup of the day: Cream of Broccoli and Cheddar, the Fish Sandwhich and the Dirty Burger. All were out of this world delicious. Prices are not too expensive, but worth it for the quality of the food. Photo attached is the fish sandwhich and soup. Service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!

I've never had bread pudding before, but theirs is absolutely delicious. It's warm and gooey and so good! Our waitress was good, she was friendly, and was attentive to our table. First time I've ever been there and it was on my birthday and I will definitely go back

Every week throughout the pandemic shutdowns my family and I have made it a point to take out from locally owned restaurants, and Thirteen is one of our favourites. We’ve tried most of the sandwich options, all of them very good, and are now enjoying the Detroit style pizzas and grilled flatbreads. The fish and chips are excellent, too - fish filets are large, and coating = potato chips, not a greasy batter. Always really happy with the takeaway.

My favorite place in Cambridge. Service is excellent. The fine fellow that owns it comes to the table to make sure everything is the way you like it. 20+ local craft beers on tap and really good food. You can't go wrong here

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. First of all, get the nachos. They are friggin fantastic. 2nd choice, get the French dip, also friggin fantastic. Service is great, friendly and attentive. In the summer, I'm here multiple times a week w/friends. Beer options are always great—they always have something new to try, or something you've had that you know you like. Great location patio wise for street action. Inside is also nice. There's also never any weirdos here, which is a bonus. 10/10 I'd recommend to a friend.

We're frm out of town and found this place while we were stopped at a red light. We couldn't dine in at the time so we ordered the Fried chicken and potatoes, and the Dirty bird fried chicken burger to go. We enjoyed them so much that we placed another order the next day on our way out. Definitely will be back...for dine in.

Great food, great staff and great atmosphere! I really love the vibe of this place and would recommend Thirteen in a heartbeat. It is definitely a local gem. My only complaint is that it took me a while to realize how to get to the Local Tap Room upstairs.

Main Gripe is that the "Classic French onion soup" looked like an onion soup packet with chunks of bread and completely unbrowned cheese on top. This might've been a fine dish, had it not been labeled French onion soup. I wanted a bowl of caramelized onions and I got a bowl of onion broth with bread and melted cheese on top. Otherwise The dining room is somewhat small, and the chairs a little uncomfortable. Coffee is decent, and the atmosphere would be nice if it were slow and a bit quieter. If you like a more excited atmosphere, this should be great for you.

I had lunch and dinner here a few times in the past several months and quite enjoy it. Get a flight of beers; they have probably 15 or so on tap. Whatever sour beer they have on tap is awesome. For lunch I’ve had the beef dip and also the veggie burger. Good stuff. I’d have them again. Looking forward to my next flight and a bite to eat.

While the beer was fantastic, the same cannot be said of their food and service. Ordered a Fried Chicken Dinner (at $25) and a regular burger ($15). I mentioned to the waitress that I saw plate pass by with 5-6 pieces of chicken on it and asked if this was the Fried Chicken Dinner. She nodded her head in agreement and said yes. So I ordered it and got the attached picture. To my surprise, I asked the waitress to confirm the price and my order. She right away asked I wanted to speak to the owner. I spoke to the owner and asked for confirmation that what I order is what I got and asked about what I saw originally. He was very dismissive and denied that the plate that I originally saw with 5-6 pieces of chicken on it existed. They refused to exchange my order or make any changes. This plate in most restaurants would be $10-15 for 2 pieces of chicken, or more accurately 2 chicken tenders. On top of it all we asked for some hot sauce and they charged $2 for that cup of hot sauce. Would not recommend.

I had a poutine craving and decided to look up local restaurants and this suggestion was the closest to me. I got the $11 poutine as take out and when I got home I was shocked. The amount of fries was abysmal. I immediately emailed my complaint and got a reply within 24 hours offering another poutine on the house and the owner (it was either the owner or manager) said he would speak to the staff in regards to consistency. The second poutine I got was much better. Good amount of fries and cheese curds for the $11 price tag. The beef gravy was also delicious and flavourful. I haven't had anything else from their menu, but I keep hearing from patrons how great their fish and chips are.

We stopped by this place during our visit to Cambridge. Cute place. They have outdoor patio as well. Being a vegetarian, I didn’t have many options for main dishes but I got the tomato + herb pan pizza. I would say it was 7/10 however, my friends loved their burger and pesto chicken pasta! :)

Great selection of beer, food, & desserts! Super clean environment. Well looked after. The staff are knowledgeable& provide great guidance when looking to put together a flight of local provided beer; 21 to choose from (will probably vary in numbers & companies). We have never been disappointed when stopping by this place. Worth it when in the downtown Galt area. Parking is plenty.

We had a great meal. The selection of craft beer from Ontario was excellent. They accommodated our request for a deep dish pickle pizza which was awesome. We also shared the cauliflower tacos and a pepperoni pizza. Would definitely recommend and would come back another time to test out more options.

We popped into Local 13 today for lunch. After we'd been served our drinks we placed our food order which took 45 minutes to arrive, during which time both waitresses looked like they were trying out for the Olympic 'avoiding eye contact' squad. My daughter eventually managed to catch the attention of our waitress who said she though our order should be out of the kitchen next - marvellous! My wife and daughter said their food was nice but at this point they were both so famished I suspect they'd have eaten a scabby horse and asked for seconds. Ironically my burger looked as though it had been cooking for the entire 45 minutes since we'd placed our orders. In fact if it was any more over cooked it would have qualified to be served in an urn accompanied by a touching eulogy. However, given I was starving I ate up the meat 'puck' and we left. The bar/restaurant itself is a really nice space and when we did interact with the waitress' they were polite and friendly. Here's hoping ours was a one off glitch for the sake of the next hungry souls who venture in there.

Just went there for crew lunch with about 30 people and the service was fantastic. Food was delicious, staff was friendly, polite and prompt. Would definitely recommend this if you want to grab a bite in downtown Cambridge, Ontario. Thank you Matt, you and your staff were amazing.

Great spot for beers and good food. Stopped by for lunch today and was greeted warmly by the lone waitstaff. She was friendly and service was great. Had fish tacos which were delicious. Husband had the kimchi fried chicken sandwich with fries and gravy, he really enjoyed it. I snuck a few fries and they were so good!

Terrible service. We waited 45 mins before we even got our drinks. The server gave us some long-winded excuse without even apologizing. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend, look elsewhere if you are in the area.

I ordered the smoked brisket Sammy and I was nothing but disappointed. The brisket itself tasted like it was expired and had so much oil dripping from it. I’m not a picky eater so the fact that I didn’t take more than two bites tells a lot. The sweet potato fries and chipotle were decent though. The service wasn’t great as the waiter just threw the receipt at our table and proceeded to walk away and talk to other customers. I do not recommend this restaurant.

What a great place. Glad it reopened. We were looking for somewhere outdoors for dinner tonight and had the happiest waitress on earth (ok maybe the KW region) because she was serving tables again. The food was really good, tasty and delicious. If you go, make sure you try the bread pudding for dessert. It's amazing. It's more than enough to share too, so ask for that extra fork to share with whoever you're going with.

During this period of self-isolation we are doing our best to support local independent restaurants. We had take-out dinner tonight from Thirteen and it was wonderful. Pick up was easy and contact-free. We had fish tacos and mac and cheese and both were fabulous. Their take-out menu is extensive enough that we will be doing this on a regular basis for the foreseeable future.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. My boyfriend and I come here frequently and the waitress Charlotte remembers our orders. I'm a very picky eater, and I can't say I've have a bad meal here. If there are any issues, Matt is quick to rectify the issue. Do yourself a favor and eat here. Also, get the fish tacos, you won't regret it.

Service leaves something to be desired. Of the 3 visits I’ve had each came with disappointment or issues. The restaurant didn’t notify us they were out of wings and after we already ordered drinks, we order them only to be told they’re out.. I’d expect the waiters to have the kind of organized professionalism to tell customers immediately what they’re out of. On another visit, they were out of hot peppers so one of their sandwhiches couldn’t be ordered and the burger was way over cooked.. On my third and final visit, it took an extremely long time to get service after being seated and the food was brought out cold and over cooked. Let me say at least this… their fries are great and the blue cheese dip is tastey … but common, it’s pitiful that the service is so bad for such a popular place.. take some tips from beer town and get with the program..

Made a last minute dinner reservation and even showed up early. The server was very accommodating and even aloud us to change our table on a busy Sunday evening. We asked for drink suggestions and were pleasantly surprised with the choices made. The Dirty Burger was a hit as was the Chicken Penne ordered. The food was hot and the service exceptional. We will return.

Food was good, nothing to really rave about but it was decent. Atmosphere is nice, waitress was courteous and prices are fair. But then when I asked for mayo, I was warned it costed extra. First, seriously? I even get free mayo at any fast food, but ok, I need mayo for my fries. Second, when the check comes, I pay pay those $2 extra, no big deal, but when I give my very polite feedback to the waitress regarding that they shouldn’t charge for mayo (I mean, it was not blue cheese or ranch, just simple mayo), she got all defensive and walked away while I was still talking, so all her manners went out the window!
