This is my favourite place for Thai in Waterloo Region. The Pad Thai with the peanut sauce is my favourite dish here. The atmosphere and decor is perfect and cozy!

Amazing restaurant! Service is always good, the food has so much flavour and the menu isn't overpriced. You get a good amount of food and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming here. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the emerald curry with a side of rice, pad thai, thai coconut soup and the cashew chicken and of course the spring rolls.

I LOVE this place! I have come all the way to Cambridge twice in the past two weeks to devour the lime leaf seafood curry. My friends thai basel beef is consistently amazing too! We both cannot stop thinking about this slice of heaven. The interior of the restaurant is charming and the staff are very helpful when it comes to making decisions. Even though the seafood ingredients change, it is consistently soft, tender and fresh. I love how they mix up the vegetables as well.

I'll have give this place a second chance. Steamed rice, panang curry, fried thai springrolls. I ordered the beef panang and I had about 6 small slices. I was disappointed at the portion that came. The curry did taste nice and the spring rolls were crunchy and good. Again, slightly smaller than like. It was very very expensive for what I got. $30 inc tax n tip. Overall, tasty but not worth it. I will try again, maybe it's a one off.

Always a pleasant experience. Both in person and takeout. Definitely a gem in Cambridge. Sad to find out the Waterloo location closed but glad the cambridgr location is going strong. Sweet soy noodles are excellent as is their pad thai and eggplant delight.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a few years now and they never fail to impress us. The pad thai is definitely one of the best items on their menu and I highly recommend it. In addition, the staff are always super friendly and it just makes the experience that much better!

The food is okay, and the service isn't fantastic. The atmosphere is really nice and trendy, however the quality of everything else is quite low. The dishes your food and drink are served in are plastic, therefore giving your meal a chemical taste. If they just switched to regular dishes, the meal would improvement immensely. I have eaten here many times and each time it seems to be less interesting. The menu has become stale and boring over all these years, since they haven't changed it once. What I do like about this place is that there are a lot of vegetarian options and healthy dishes to choose from.

Great food, good service, limited bar options. Not a high end restaurant, so factor that in, but by no means a dive. Very clean and fairly modern feel. Thai food well executed. We we there on a Saturday evening and made a reservation in advance - lots of seated customers and lots of take out happening as well.

Poor service. WORST Pad Thai I've ever had. Save your money. Go to Red Basil or Ben Than. Not once during our meal were we checked on by the waiter. If we would've been I wouldve taken my time to voice how GARBAGE the pad thai was and how the lack of service was the worst I've seen in years. ✌ Wont be back here again.

I was honestly about to post a five star as I was recommended the place and it’s clean and the glass noodles looked and smelled fantastic. I was about to overlook the fact that I called and placed an order for pickup at noon and somehow they thought t was 2PM so my order wasn’t ready when I arrived but they cooked it right away. I guess in their haste they did not check to make sure that pieces of rope weren’t thrown into my order?? The meal tastes good but now I am put off entirely with rope that was in my meal and I actually took a bite of it. Restaurant staff need to be more careful when cooking. Check your meals everyone!

The plates were passed to me last night and the grime felt an inch thick, please do something about that, this has happened more than once so i know its itt a one time thing

We dropped by after lunch on Fathers Day, June 17th. We ordered an appetizer sampler combination. It consisted of satay, coconut shrimp, calamari, and a spring roll. Combined with the sauces provided it was fantastic. Our mains were Pad Thai, Massaman Curry, and Emerald Curry. All agreed that our mains were also 5 star. We will come back.

Great place to have a nice lunch after shopping in the Southworks Outlet Mall. I believe their menus can be consolidated (3-4 depending on the time you go) and the place can be tidy up a bit. Food was great, a bit on the salty side but most curry dishes are like that. Waiter was attentive and not overwhelming. Love their wall photographs (panels).

Waiter mixed up our order. He placed my order with my husband and my husband's order with me. I was surprised as my first bite was a huge piece of unpeeled orange. Turned out it was cashew chicken with any cashews. He briefly apologized, brought missing cashews and then disappeared for the rest of the meal. Cashew chicken with no cashews did have big huge chunks of unpeeled orange, yuck, which took up better part of the dish. Curry was very spicy hot even though we ordered mild. Ginger Thai was good. No rice is included with the meal and must be ordered separately. Spring rolls were good. Disappointed with this new Thai restaurant in town. Glad there are others.

We just picked up the pad Thai and cashew chicken, and it was amazing. We ordered the lunch special, which came with a spring roll (the sweet and sour sauce is insanely good). The portions were great and everything tasted amazing. We are new to the area and will definitely be ordering again!! We have been to Thailand several times and this is closer to authentic Thai food, rather than the North American version you get at other places. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Order take out. 2 dishes of Pad Thai, one dish dish of dish of fresh spring rolls and lemongrass chicken. Pad thai was terrible, both just thrown in the take out containers and when we went to eat them the noodles were over cooked, so it was all one clump. Spring rolls says (4)- it was two cut in half. Basically all lettuce, and the wraps were so sticky they fell apart when we picked them up We only live about a 5 min so it was not sitting long will not orord from here again!

We are new to Cambridge, and I found a My Thai closeby. Ordered for pick up and it was ready when I arrived. The food was so very disappointing...to say the least... sweet & sour shrimp tasted like vinegar (watery too). Coconut rice came in a plastic bag?? Pad Thai was also a bit sour?? I usually love Thai food but will never eat at or from My Thai again.

Fantastic food! And reasonably priced. Have lived around the corner from this place for almost a year now and didn't try it until tonight. Omg delicious! We shared the calamari, it was perfectly cooked and tasty great! we then had the pad thai and the massaman curry, both were incredible and so flavourful, I would highly recommend them! Definitely worth the visit!

Do not go here!!!! I placed an order and came home to find the food cold, disgusting and missing half the ingredients. I have never had Massaman the way they make it. It looked like a can of pork and beans! It had NO ingredients but peanuts and two potatoes with bland tofu! My spouse got a seafood dinner which was chewy and had only TWO Shrimp. I called to complain and they never offered to remake the food; nor did I want that. I asked for a refund. The workers there acted clueless! They stated they were not able to refund but they would have the owner refund me. I had to call back five more times to actually speak with the owner next day who was completely RUDE. She stated due to the Pandemic and their lack of business she would not refund me. I was appalled because she said just because you don't like the food doesn't mean I will refund you! I stated to her that I asked them to come back and get the untouched food since it was horrible! I've never heard of not getting a refund if you advise about the quality and the food had not been eaten. Needless to say I will never go back and I will advise to anyone seeking Thai in Cambridge; BEWARE!

We have gone to My Thai at least 7 times and have enjoyed the food every time. We had a family gathering of approximately 12 people on one occasion for lunch and they were able to accommodate with advanced notice. It's location near the river means that you can go for a nice walk afterwards.

This was our first experience of take out food from My-Thai Cambridge. We will not be ordering again. Most of it went in the trash. Thai Ginger beef was watery, mushy and too salty. Calamari was dry and tough. Do not order the sticky rice. It was a big gluey blob. Needless to say, it was a disappointing experience.

Called the restaurant they said they would refund us (which is cool but doesn’t solve the issue with family members now not being able to eat a dish for dinner) and then didn’t seem to know how to go about refunding us (we ordered through Skip the dishes) In addition we didn’t receive soy sauce etc etc and with the price being so high don’t expect your curry to come with rice you have to order that on its own.

The portion size is laughable. I paid almost 6 dollars for the worlds smallest soup. Main dishes not that much better. Disappointing. Should have went to Ben Thanh.

It’s ok. The reviews are over rated. The food is restaurant version of Thai Express. Don’t expect something outstanding, if you regularly enjoy Thai food. Good service and clean restaurant.
