Good food, clean and well served
My Foodie Wanderluster meetup group had dinner here on Friday 04 Oct 2019. Mary and her team put together an amazing menu for 31 of us to taste traditional Thai food. Every dish was outstanding as was the service. Thank you Mary and your team
Nice place
as an allergic to nuts I didn’t find much to choose , then I took chicken pad kra pao and it was beyond yummy ????,ordered mango salad no nuts ????I couldn’t stop eating . The place is nice the staff are so so friendly .definitely going again.(my allergies is not so bad that’s why I can eat here, if you have any bad allergies for nuts this place is not for you)
Good quality food
Great location, pleasing decor, nice staff, fabulous menu -- I adore Thai food. But Burlington prices, and I also have three other Thai places that are dear to my heart, so I couldn't give it five stars. I tried a new-to-me dish, and it was delicious with a big serving: Pad Kra Poa. Get the fried egg atop the rice too: perfect! That yolk stirred into the rice really makes it. My SO really enjoyed his meal too!
This establishment is newly renovated and very cozy. Absolutely love the calamari. Also, our lychee passion type fruit punch was really good as well. Looking forward to spending quite a few evenings on the patio this summer.
Everything is so delicious! Omg can’t believe that we missed this place all the time. Will definitely recommend!
Unfortunately the service and the quality of the food here seems to get worse and worse each time I visit, and yet the prices have gone up. This visit will most likely be my last. I had the Khao Soi, and although the broth was very good and there were 3 chicken drumsticks, the noodles were not very hot and were stuck in a clump, so had clearly been made earlier, not fresh, and had been sitting around and then just added into the hot broth. If you want good Thai food in Burlington I recommend Bahn Thai instead, each dish is at least $4 less and larger. Much friendlier service there as well, at Pintoh it's hard to get a smile from anyone.
Delicious food and great service! Coming back with another group for a second night in a row. Would highly recommend!
I had the coconut chicken and fresh rolls. They were amazing, fresh and high quality.
Ordered Pla Muk Tod, Nam Prik Ong and Chef Keng’s Pad Thai(large portion, enough for 2). All taste great!
By far the BEST Pad Thai I’ve ever had. The veggies are always fresh and the tofu is always cooked so nice. Their portions sizes are generous and perfect for sharing or to have leftovers. I also really like that there is always tons of tofu in my Pad Thai, unlike some other places who don’t put very much tofu. I also purchased a jar of their chilli sauce and it is absolutely delicious. When we order delivery from here, the food always arrives hot and super fast.
We tried it for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, the service by Jose was excellent. The pad thai was tasty, a bit greasy, but we still liked it. What made it stand out was adding the panage curry on top. Excellent curry. The tom yum was spicy and flavourful. I did not love the chicken/beef fried rice but my husband enjoyed it. Would go back again.
Love the food from this place. Great authentic Thai food that never disappoints. I asked them to recommend some typical cuisine so that I don’t keep ordering the typical Thai food and the photos I took were what they recommended. Don’t recall the name but it was sooo good. Have gone there a few times and I typical order for delivery.
Best Thai food in Burlington. We’ve been to all the Thai restaurants in the area and there are some other really good ones but Pintoh takes the cake. Amazing flavour, great portion sizes, and friendly service.
Well put together dishes with great flavor, but some dishes could use a bit more spiciness.
Held our friends reunion party here. Was lovely. Tons of delicious food! Vegan and vegetarian options. Was even able to accommodate someone with a peanut sensitivity. We had a family style meal and enjoyed not feeling rushed to leave afterwards.
*VEGAN* this place is definitely vegan-friendly and it was a great alternative to Lettuce,Love Café since it's closed on Labour day. Service is very friendly. Nice view of the waterfront from their terrace. The Mango salad was scrumptious.
the foids rly good
Food and drinks were amazing! Our table got the experience and shared all of the entrees - every one was sooooo good. Will definitely be going back
Nice flavors except everything we ordered was inappropriately laden with sweetness - ruined the dishes. Seeing this more and more in Asian restaurants.
Food is sooooo good! Flavours are bursting and ingredients are fresh. Also love ordering the Thai milk tea or Thai iced coffee! Service is great too. Have yet to be disappointed. :)
This is probably the best Thai food in terms of authenticity and deliciousness in Burlington. The pad thai is not covered in that sticky, ketchup-y sauce but actually tastes like fish sauce! The Thai iced tea is so so sweet (as it should be) and delicious. Would definitely come back to try some of their curries!
Great food, big portions, fast service - surprised its not busier! Hidden gem I think.
Tasty food in a cosy atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.
Outstanding food and super nice service! Looking forward to coming back here again :)
Absolutely amazing food. Take out or dine in, always excellent! Consistent and delicious!!!
Amazing Thai food! Authentic flavours and dishes. Must try, when in Burlington.
Best service, best pad Thai around!
Not bad at all.
Service was great, meal very tasty and satisfying. Pleasant experience.
Love this place. Great food and Service! So friendly!!!!! ♥️
Absolutely amazing Thai cuisine!
We ordered from Pintoh for the first time tonight. It’s awesome that they don’t use styrofoam takeout containers! The food was also impressive. Really tasty pad Thai and pad see ew. And I love that you can order a side of Chinese broccoli! We’ll definitely be ordering from Pintoh again.
Absolutely fantastic, fresh Thai food. Plenty served and excellent consistency for the sauces and curries (I strongly recommend the green curry!). Staff were knowledgeable about the menu and quick to answer questions about potential allergens, and offer suggestions and substitutions. A friend also recently had their wedding reception there and everyone loved the meal.
Yummy food, friendly service in lovely downtown Burlington, close to the lake!
Great Pad Thai! The service was quick and friendly and the portions were huge!
We ordered take-out on a Saturday and it was so tasty. We ordered quite a bit of food and it only took about 25 minutes for it to be prepared. Staff were pleasant and the food was of such a high quality. I cannot recommend the Tom Yum Soup enough, I know this is a common Thai dish but don't turn up your nose because Pintoh does this soup amazingly. Everything was beyond our expectations and held up well as take-out. I just have to note that I have read a couple of reviews stating that this place is "expensive for Thai food" and I think that's an absurd comment. Pintoh is high quality, flavourful, delicious food, they have every right to charge the prices that they do. I have definitely paid more for simple pasta dishes at Italian restaurants, dishes that I am almost sure are not as complex as the food offered at Pintoh. Just something to think about.
Food good
Wonderful vegan options, super friendly staff, beautifully decorated atmosphere and pet-friendly patio! Thankyou for an awesome first experience! Can't wait to come back!
If I could give it less than one star, I would. I am not sure what these other reviewers have based their opinions on, but this place should be embarrassed. The spring rolls were bland, and the accompanying dip was terrible, like syrup. In the Khao soi, the egg noodles were pitiful , and this restaurant should actually be embarrassed for serving them. The curry portion of the Khao soi was watery, diluted, bland, and void of flavor. The Tom yum was sweet. Yes you heard that. The famous Thai Tom yum sour, spicy savoury soup was sweet like sugar. I'll never spend another dime in this establishment.
This is my go to in Burlington, try the coconut soup!
Delicious!! Nice to see frequent feature dishes. Funky, hip place right downtown!
I found that the food was nothing short of amazing, the atmosphere was great, Many vegetarian options, I loved how they decorated and the service was well done.
Awesome pad Thai _large portions, good food, fun. Ask about the reusable containers.. Neat idea
Super authentic food, especially for Burlington!! I'm not usually a fan of Pad Thai, but I have to get it here!
What a fantastic restaurant! Great food and excellent service. We'll be back!
Wow! This is among the best thai I've ever had. I highly recommend the coconut soup and khao soi. The coconut ice cream is also excellent. It's a wonderfully light way to finish a meal.
I love Pintoh. It's honestly really good Thai food, especially considering it's located in the heart of Burlington. Pad Thai was flavorful and noodles were not overcooked. Curries were also delicious and authentic. Service has always been attentive though it hasn't been busy the times I have gone in.
Restaurant accommodated us (party of 4) for dine in 30 mins prior to close. We where served by Emily, she was very welcoming, friendly, provided great service! Restaurant was clean and followed excellent Covid protocols. $15 bottle of local wine available. Food was tasty and priced well. I would defiantly recommend a visit!
I really like the Pad Thai, huge portion, and ready in 15 mins for take out. Dining in is really nice too, staff are friendly but don't hover around your table.
Went for the Taste of Burlington menu and recommend it without hesitation. Pricing was great considering serving size and quality. Service was friendly and attentive. We'll be going back.
As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed myself! The drinks are fun and unique and the food was delicious. I had no idea morning glory is edible - and it was so delicious! Highly recommended. Perfect for a date night!
Great foods, very good service
Love the authentic Thai cuisine at PinToh. Great that they're not afraid to present the food the way it's meant to be and not some toned down North Americanized version of Thai (no ketchup or neon coloured sweet and sour sauces). So happy that they chose Burlington, so I can pop in whenever the craving strikes me.
Service and food was good but we still left disappointed. We were a party of 3 and opted to try the "Thai Experience for 4" -- any pick of 4 main entrees served with a bite sized spring roll. We were disappointed because the portions were very, very small. It's not nearly enough food to feed 4 people -- and there were only 3 of us! We had to order 2 more sides of rice and a noodle dish to be satisfied. Interestingly enough, the noodle dish that we ordered after was a big portion and we realized when looking at other tables who did not get the "Thai Experience" that their portions were also big for the same food. The "Thai Experience" works out to be $20 a dish, I believe, but most of the dishes on the menu are priced below $20. You may as well order 4 dishes a la carte for less and get bigger portions than try the "Thai Experience" or you'll leave hangry!
very poor quality. good location. fine service
Really good thai food! Their portions are huge and the food is delicious. The service was a bit slow, but nonetheless it was still a nice place to eat.
Omg I LOVE this place! The green curry chicken and veggie pad thai are my favorite dishes. The place looks super nice inside too and the music is the perfect volume. You need to try this place!
Ok I am really not one to leave bad reviews ever. Especially of restaurants because I have been a server for 8 years and I understand not everything will go perfectly. But I was just kind of shocked at how this guy was. We booked a reservation 5 days in advance for my moms birthday. There was 7 of us and the reservation was at 130. We got there at 130 and he said the table wasn’t ready yet. Which is fine. Doesn’t take long. My boyfriend and I sat and he offered us water but never came back with it. The rest of my family came and we all sat down. We never got greeted or anything. 15 minutes in, my uncle went up to ask if we can order drinks and he said he’ll be back soon, but never came. My mom went up and asked again and he was pretty rude to her ( and it’s her birthday lol we just wanted water and to order ). It wasn’t busy either Like 4 or 5 tables maybe. One of which hadn’t been greeted either. Finally after 30 minutes of no drinks and no hello we decided to leave. The guy said “sorry about that” on the way out. It was really weird. I don’t know if it was an off day for him ? Just strange. Fortunately boon burger next door was super nice and set us up with a table right away. We were lucky since we had my 78 year old nana with us and obviously walking a long way to a new place would have been tough. It’s a shame because my family comes here often and I am unsure if we will be back. The way the people were at Boon burger really turned our day around though and even gave my mom a free birthday dessert ????
Food is phenomenal. Many items on their menu aren't available elsewhere and when they are aren't nearly as good.
First time trying Thai food. Better than my expectation. Really tasty food.
Decided to take 8 friends to this restaurant for my birthday. Huge fan of Thai food and this place did not disappoint. Really great flavors, really good menu! We will definitely be back!
Incredible atmosphere and food! The staff is super friendly and personable and I look forward to going back!
Great food
Great food. Affordable friendly. Authentic. Can't go wrong here!
Best Thai food in the west end. One of the best in Ontario for that matter. Curries and soups are rich. The noodles are fresh and flavourful. The pad kra pao is to die for too. The portions are generous and great to share. I only stumbled on this place a couple of weeks ago and I'm now a regular.
A decent Thai experience, but you don't get a great deal of value. It is very expensive with chincy portions. We had the Chef's pad thai, which was ok, the Pad Grow Paw, with pork belly. The pork belly was good, but needed to be crispy. It was also missing the fried egg on top. Overall, the food was just average, but you pay through the nose. Will not be back.
Here for the chef’s table. Love all the flavours, dessert might have been my favourite
Had a fabulous lunch today. So delicious and a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
Really enjoy their pork Pad Kra Pao.
A very nice Thai restaurant by the lake. The prices are quiet high but I guess you pay for the location and the good food. I have only visited the place once but have liked every dishes I tried. I recommend their papaya salad! Very authentic and tasty. The staff are very nice as well
First time eating here, we ordered off of Uber eats. It came in great timing, food was hot. Everything was delicious, was blown away by the flavour. Have lived in the downtown Burlington area for a couple of years and I can’t believe we’ve never been here, especially since I work right down the street. Great place! Love the food, will definitely try to dine at the restaurant.
3.5 stars. It's alright.
Food is absolutely excellent. They have a great deal with four spring rolls and four entree for 65. Service is a bit lacking, but the staff is nice, just a bit inattentive at times! Worth a visit for sure!
The food was excellent! I would have given them five stars if they hadn't messed up on my order. I ordered green curry with tofu instead I got green curry with chicken.
Amazing food!!! Finally a place where you can get papaya salad ????????
Favorite Thai place in the area. The Panang is so fragrant and beautiful, you'll want to put it on a hot plate in your home, and just live with the aroma 24/7.
Excellent service and awesome authentic Thai cuisine! Bonus was 1/2 price appetizers on the day we went! One of my favourite Pad Thai dishes to date.
Great value! The food all tastes awesome. Excellent take out option! Their new simplified menu is much better.
Best Thai food in Burlington. They'll make a variety of dishes vegan upon request. Friendly service
I admire this restaurant! They give awesome dishes, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that place is a professional, I like very much trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the attitude towards the customers is nice. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.
Looking for Thai food and don’t wanna go to downtown Toronto? This place is it! And I don’t mean it like “it will do” I mean this is equally as good. Food was honestly on par with pai or some other famous Thai restaurants and made with love. If you’re accustomed to the “Thai spicy” of spiciness then ask them make your food extra spicy. They have two types of pad Thai and both of them were equally good, slightly different in taste. If you like a little coconut after taste you’ll love the chefs special pad Thai. Panang curry was also very good and super flavourful. Pad kee mao was a little too salty for our taste but it was tasty as well.
Great Thai food ! Quick takeout times, really efficient kitchen.
Nice place friendly staff, delicious food
Great food
Food is great! Ambiance is nice. Quiet place
Very very good Thai food. On par with Toronto and far better than anything else I've had in Burlington.
Beautiful decor and delicious food. This was my first time here under this name amd I really enjoyed my Pad See Ew. Was therr at lunch and had enough left over for a nice snack later on the day ????
Great food, generous portions, true import Thai beers. Would go again!
very bland
Super fresh & tasty food with great flavour, served fast! Will be back for sure!
Best place to have delicious, yummy, tasty Thai Food. The best in Burlington.
Great location & atmosphere was nice, good parking in area and close to Spencer Smith Park. Staff was friendly and prompt with service. Food portions were small for the price but tasted good & well presented. Men's bathroom needed a few repairs and a better cleaning.
Super food tonite at Pintoh.. cashew nut stir fry, mango salad were delicious. Thai wings and spring rolls were tasty too!
Awesome food. Great service and pleasant atmosphere.
This is one my my favourite Thai places in town.
Good Thai restaurant in a nice downtown location. Service is a little slow.
Delicious food, great service and some nice vegan options. This is my favourite restaurant in Burlington.
I've been ordering from Pintoh every weekend for almost a full year. The food is incredible! The restaurant is very nice inside, and staff were very friendly.
Just had dinner. This restaurant had very authentic flavour Thai food, looks like the chef has changed, the authenticity is not there anymore.
My pad Thai had literal thin pieces of metal, look like they're from some sort of scouring brush. Sharp ends. I had to pull them out of my mouth. This was deeply upsetting, I felt like I was going to choke.
Nice ambience, friendly staff, great food.
Excellent! Tried a variety of dishes, and all felt fresh and authentic! Friendly staff, and a place where the spice ratings actually mean something!
Good food, well decorated with an nice vibe. Vegan and gluten free options. Lost a star for lack of spiciness, but I'm sure most people don't mind. Best Thai I've had in Burlington so far though and the patio is nice!
Delicious! The pad thai is my favourite. I love that they have vegan options, so the whole family can enjoy something. Friendly service as well. Can't wait to order again!!
Yesterday my wife and I celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed a meal at Pintoh. Typically speaking the Thai food we have tried so far in Hamilton has been JUST a step above what you could typically get in a mall food court. But our meal was a huge step above! We started with Chicken Satay, which where a bit on the small side, but probably the best I’ve ever had. Maybe I just wanted more? My wife had the Gang Ped which was very tasty and had complex flavors. I had the Tom Yum Soup which was the best I’ve had and also had some very different flavors from what I’ve tried before. We bought their DIY BBQ kit, that we are very excited to try and the server was kind enough to sell us their amazing Brown Jasmine rice, which they import. A great experience!
Food was amazing! Will definitely be coming back as often as possible ????????????
Over priced for Thai food and not the usual menu
a little eggy but rlly good
Pleasant service, good food.
Really surprised, my dish was gross.
Excellent food. Great atmosphere. Second visit here and just as good both times. Highly recommend. A hidden gem.
Great food and ambience! Very good service!
Friendly service, good food, a fairly large menu, and a casual atmosphere.
We went for lunch and had a fabulous time. The food was delicious and the flavours were so unique! Every plate on the lunch menu came with its own spring roll as well. Would definitely recommend this place for yummy food and a beautiful view of the lake!
Really love their khao soi! It was delicious. Our server was also very nice!
good food, great vegetarian options, great ambience and good service!
Good food, no real wait would have liked to see a larger menu
Food was decent but definitely over priced for what you get.
excellent food..nice ambiance. my mom and I had a great time
Truly authentic, truly delicious, Thai cuisine.
Fantastic, authentic food and lovely customer service. The Chef's Table event provides great value for what you pay and was an amazing experience. Will go back again and again.
Delicious food!! Will be going back again.
Came for lunch. Quick and delicious! Panang curry was scrumptious!
Great location. Big windows with lots of light. Good sized portions. Definitely try the coconut rice dessert
Best Thai food in the area. Incredibly authentic menu and flavours. Glad to see real Thai food in this neck of the woods. Love the Nam Khao and the Som Tum platter!
Clean, good food but the service, though friendly, was slow and dismissive.
Very good Thai food. Consistently good. Fair prices. A lot of food. We order take out during covid and always have enough fo 2 meals. Nice staff. I see the have eat in as well.
Food is amazing - best Thai food in Burlington. Prices are a little high and pick up is difficult as there are no parking spots outside, but the food is worth the extra effort.
Oh man! Sooooo amazing! Service was wonderful and their chicken pad Thai was everything I ever dreamed of. Their decore and atmosphere is classy, cute, rustic, and homey. I definitely recommend you try this place!!!
Very enjoyable meal, appealing menu choices. Pace of service was a bit slow but not enough to deter from going back.
Authentic Thai cuisine....the duck is very good..all of the food so far has been tasty!!
Ordered two entrees, an appetizer, and soup. All were subpar and overpriced. I've had better Thai food from less trendy restaurants, and have learned that Pintoh is no longer delivering on flavour, quality or value.
I think I found my new favourite Thai place! Loved the vibe and atmosphere, portion sizes were good, and the food was amazing! Drove 45 mins to try out this place. Well worth the drive!
Always order here for takeout. Pad Kee Mao and Penang curry are both consistently delicious.
Loved the food we ordered! The portion sizes are enough and filling! I am usually trying the red or green Curries to compare Everytime we go to a Thai restaurant and actually this one is really good! Would recommend this place for delicious Thai food.
Been here a few times when it was My Thai and it was good then but now it's great. Tried out the new menu and had the spicy beef salad, rare. So much taste and tanginess at the same time. You can really taste the toasted rice in it. Unique and delicious. Mixed drinks here are next level!
Great Thai food - only negative is they could do a bit better with rice portions for curry dishes
Best Thai place in Burlington
Food isn't bad but the service is horrible. I think they might be cheap on the weekdays so I would say only go on the weekends when food is better at least
When it comes to Thai cuisine I am always eager to try. A warming atmosphere and delightful service. Although the presentation is uneventful the exploding flavors of each dish make up for it. A delight to have such a gem in the city!
Good food!
Would you like some thai food with your MSG? Terrible food, tasted like all the sauces were out of a can. Vegetables were soggy and bland. I've never tasted so much MSG in food.
Too Sweet for me....I've had better Thai. This is not a great place to eat Thai food and perhaps I could request no sugar added. Sometimes Thai places just add too much. We came here Friday for dinner. I could not eat it. Our friends however seemed to somewhat enjoy themselves.
It's fantastic. So unexpected but the restaurant is just a jewel. Authentic, real, so tasty. And personnel are all just great and genuinely friendly and professional. Exceptional overall. Best pad thai. Everything is unexpectedly delicious, authentic and fresh. Bravo
Ordered take out but condiments are not included..... $53 for noodles and rice but no fork... very expensive for the amount of food you get
Really like Pad Thai here... yumm????????
Chicken Satay was the best. Chicken cashew was good.
We were only here for a drink and some appetizers. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is nicely decorated. The food we tried was okay, nothing spectacular. Do try their shrimp satay.
We were on the way to the falls and decided to check out this Thai restaurant for lunch. It is worth the visit and it turns out they serve the best Thai in Ontario. Highly recommend to order the Tom Yum because the broth is well made and would make you smile after each spoon.
No complaints whatsoever. Was very impressed with interior. The food was delicious. Best tom yum soup I've ever had!
Really tasty, well presented and our server was very friendly and accommodating, even with children. Loved the spring rolls, calamari and red curry with fresh hot jasmine rice. So delicious
The food was amazing! Very authentic like what you would have in Thailand. Our server was great and went out of her way to make my boyfriend's birthday special. Will definitely go back!
Food just okay , service so so I prefer funky Thai
Very tasty. Quality is obvious. Lots of room for groups. Plenty of parking within a couple of blocks. Good central location between Toronto and Niagara.
Had the papaya salad platter and it was good. Sadly forgot the noodles but it was not a huge deal as I had some and they even fixed it for me right away. Had a wonderful experience my first time! The place was also so pretty inside, of course due to covid could not sit in but excited to do so when this is all over.
Good food, nice ambiance, friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
Excellent authentic Thai food!! Pad Thai was excellent. Very tasty and fresh. Was there once before when it was My Thai and never went back. Food was less than memorable. Great job Pintoh! You've gotten it so right????
Most authentic Thai food around.
The quality of food is unmatched. Best Thai in Burlington!
The best Thai restaurant in the area, no competition. I tried all Thai restaurants in Hamilton and Burlington and I can tell you Pintoh is #1. My wife likes the Shrimp Red Currey and I love the Chicken and they never disappointed us. Service is also great with very friendly staff. Keep it up guys.
Pintoh cuisine has some of the best Thai food I've ever tried. Hands down. Our experience was fantastic! Amazing food presentation, the food was absolutely out of this world and our waitress Emily was delightful! Will be coming back again!
Try the Butterfly Pea Flower tea, it is magical. I went on a Wednesday and they had half price apps and soups, got so much delicious food for cheap !
I was in this restaurant for the second time yesterday. I brought my friend as the first time I was pretty happy with my food. I did not feel welcome right away when I entered the restaurant but I can understand with Covid and proof of vaccination maybe it is stressful. I didn’t realize that my friend was allergic to seafood. I asked the server for advice and basically they didn’t have anything to order for us. As soon as the server realized that we will be ordering only couple appetizers and 3 juices she lost her interest in our table. The place was not very busy when we came.2 appetizers and 3 mango juices came to $43. The portions are extremely small and I think the prices are pretty high for whatever you get. The food was just ok . The service should improve as well and they should have more menu options and be able to accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Previously I order pad Thai and it was ok. They should definitely be more welcoming at least. I felt like it was a waste of $42…maybe not too much but I prefer to spend elsewhere and was quiet disappointed with the whole experience.
(Translated) Very rich and good portion (Original) Muy rico y buena porción
Went on a Tuesday night, outside temp was 30 degrees, inside the restaurant was the same, I feel like they were trying to save money by not running the AC with not a light on in the dining area. I ordered the Pad Kao Prao which was supposed to come with an egg on top.. no egg, otherwise the dish tasted good. The icing on the cake was when the server brought me the bill and the 9oz glass of Autumn Reisling I ordered was billed as the Chardonnay which is $1 more. Maybe this was a genuine mistake but judging by how dead it was I feel like she tried to put an extra buck in the restaurants pocket. Be careful, always check your bill. Wouldn't come back.
Amazing Pad Thai, we had the Chefs Pad Thai which was fantastic! Highly recommend it.
Best Thai place. Travel to Burlington just to eat here with friends and family. Great friendly service to go with the amazing food! You have to try their Thai iced tea!
I love their food! I always order from Pintoh using skip the dishes and I am always so happy. I love that even on skip the dishes you can check a box for certain items that you want to make vegan. I am always so worried I am not going to actually get something vegan, so it gives me a little piece of mind.
Ordered a green chicken curry for takeout and the dish was mostly rice, all served in one container, bland, dry (mostly rice). Never seen that before from a thai place (generally the curry and rice would be separated) Also asked for the curry to be extra spicy, was still bland. Calamari was chewy and greasy. Small portion of curry, smaller portion of calamari. Terrible value for 30 bucks, food quality was not good. Surprised by the high reviews here, will not be returning, small portions of bad quality food. Definition of a rip off. Gave it 2 stars since the food was edible though.

The food was delicious! Good service with friendly staff. Very reasonably priced
Extremely disappointing. Based on the top dollar I paid for the 3 dishes I ordered, the food was extremely bland and dry. Something I could have easily tossed up at home for a fraction of the price. Tofu tastes like they didn't even bother seasoning or cooking it. Just tossed raw in the pad thai and other noodle dishes. The Pad thai noodles came in one huge dry clump. I wasn't even given any cutlery or napkins. I would expect more from a cafeteria... let alone a restaurant selling dishes for >$20
Good food, nice place, perfect service
Always delicious and the service is always friendly! Came in recently with friends from German, and had one had a crazy onion and garlic allergy. The chef and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Will always recommend Pintoh!
Great food, great service !!!! Best Thai in Burlington :)
We have ordered out and dined in at Pinto many times and this by far the best Thai food in the area. The authentic dishes are loaded with flavour and always full of fresh veggies. We particularly love the mataba, khao soy, pad sew ee and Kong caree with calamari. Can’t wait to visit again for the great date night special.
nice place, good food and service. the servers are helpful and honest too, and would explain certain things as best as they can when you have questions.
The restuarant was okay, food was decent but not the best thai food I have ever had. I wouldn't go back again.
I went to My Thai for dinner with my friend and had high exceptions for this restaurant because of all the great reviews, was I ever wrong. The Pad Thai was a great portion but it tasted extremely bland and had no flavouring. My Thai has a 10% on their website which when our server came back to give us the bills I asked, are we able to use the coupon as well? She rudely responded, "Let me know next time if you wanted to use it" and walked off very rudely. Once coming back with the bills, she didn't say anything to us and basically hit me with the machine. I would not recommend this restaurant for food or service. Extremely disappointed.
Amazing vegan options. Great staff as well.
I've had this place on my radar for several months now. Finally stopped in for a late lunch this week and I'm very happy I did. The restaurant is much larger than I anticipated. I had the Khao soi for lunch and chicken satay for an appetizer. Both were delicious but the Khao soi was incredible! I loved it! So much flavor. One of the best Thai places I've eaten. Can't wait to go back and sample more dishes off the menu.
I finally tried this restaurant out after months of only thinking about it on Monday’s when they are closed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The food was great! My dish was delicious and had a good level of spice to it. I wish the rice portion had been a bit larger for the amount of curry served. I also prefer more vegetables, or different vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas vs green peppers and green beans) but it’s possible their vegetables are more authentic to the dish. Drinks were amazing and some of their signature drinks are incredibly creative and tasty! I’ll definitely be back.
Good food and sitting area. Calamari was a bit rubbery but the main course was good and spicy. Overall happy to find a good Thai restaurant in the area. Would love to try other dishes in next visit.
It is very nice thai restaurant..
While it's delicious food (takeout) the portions are very small and it's become very pricy. Not worth it anymore.
Substandard Thai food that is heavily overpriced. After changing the My Thai menu they went very wrong. We tried three different dishes on the new menu, all 3 were worse than their My Thai predecessors to the point that we will no longer eat here. Coconut Thai will now get all of our business.
Tasty food but on a pricier end
Very slow to receive order, after not receiving our food (3 soups) for 40 minutes we had to walk out.
Great Tom Yum Soup! Best I've had in Burlington
We were a family of 6 that went here for dinner last night. First of all the lady who served us was in no mood to help us & she was in no mood to serve us. We were a group of people with some dietary restrictions (Vegan and Keto). I tried hard to ask her but she was not ready to go back to the kitchen and check with the chef! Then I asked her to bring chilli sauce and she completely forgot and I had to get up from table to get it, as no one was around to see if we needed anything. Food was v average and too pricey. It was hurting me to pay 160$ bill for absolutely bad service. I have tried better places & it is definitely not a restaurant that I would recommend to anyone.
Been coming to this restaurant for years, including back when it was my Thai. It used to be very good with an extensive menu but the menu has become very limited with options. They do offer some gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options which is nice. The quality of the food is decent but it does lack some flavor. Recently I had the pad Thai and green curry and was disappointed with the flavors. Prices have increased too which I can understand as most restaurants have had to do that during the pandemic. The service was great and friendly but it’s not my first choice for Thai food in the area.
Don't listen to the negative nancys below. I came here for lunch with my girlfriend and we both had gluten free chicken pad Thai. The service was fantastic and the pad Thai was just right and not too sweet like many other pad thais. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a solid lunch under 15 dollars per person
Loved every dish! Great flavours and quality. Appreciate the extra care they took as two people in our group have severe food allergies. Would definitely make a trip back to Burlington for this.
my favourite place to eat in burlington!! the staff here are amazing as well as everything on the menu!!
It was not good pad Thai at all! There were no veggies, no color, nothing was mixed or cooked together and it was dry and one big clump of noodles. The shrimp looked like it was from a frozen cocktail ring and the peanuts were just piled in the corner and tasted like they were from a McDonald's Sunday. For 15 bucks! Junk never again!
Delicious food
Good vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu. The pad thai is the probably the best thing I've tried. The waiters are a little absent- I had to go to the front of the restaurant to get someone's attention. But otherwise very nice vegan options in a nice setting.
Good thai food!
This is my "go to" spot for Thai in Burlington! Not only is the food delicious but the staff and owner are super friendly! I foster service dogs and was always treated just like any other customer. With the recent events in the news about a restaurant denying a service dog, this prompted me to remember the restaurants that treated us the best with our service dog. Thank you Pintoh for your great food and service!
This place is delicious, and they've been steadily increasing their prices, but 2 veg spring rolls (cut in half for "4" pieces) for 8$ seems excessive.
Nice food
Excellent food! We love the mango salad, so refreshing!
Amazing food. Love the massaman curry!!!!!
Wonderful service, great visual presentation and fantastic food. Looking forward to our next visit and experiencing more menu options!
Pretty generous portion sizes, super yummy Thai food! I made a mistake on an Uber order and I called the restaurant to see if I could change it and they did that for me no problem. Super happy with the service and the food quality!
The food was very bland. No seasoning or flavour in any of the dishes we ordered. Reading through reviews I see they do not take these review seriously. The pad Thai was dry, bland, clumped together and inedible. The cashew dish was watered down. I feel mislead with all of these good reviews because what I got for dinner tonight was pretty much what the negative reviews have been saying for the past 7 years. Blacklisted.
Everything excelent. Food, service, price. All
My favorite Thai place in Burlington & Hamilton. Wine selection is awesome the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Green Curry with Chicken and Sticky Rice. I also would say the appetizer menu is great if you want to try a little bit of everything. Hope this helps!!!
This place is amazing, fantastic food.
Delicious Thai restaurant in Burlington! The overall atmosphere is an inviting modern space with hints of fun tin lunch boxes and other Thai decor. The food was delicious! They had unique Thai items on their menu that is not otherwise found in the typical Thai restaurant. The service was excellent. I LOVED how they served our food in those stacked tin lunchboxes (in my photos). The server came to the table with one stacked together and then opened it and each canister had our different dishes.. what an experience! So much fun. What we ordered: Chicken satay skewers - good! But not the best I’ve had. Gang ped (toast duck curry) - delicious curry broth but definitely lacking in meat. Khan soi - good but doesn’t compare to Khao San Road’s (still my all time favourite!) Lychee alcoholic drinks - delicious and refreshing! I would recommend this for the summer time!
The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life hands down. Our server Emily was amazing as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My favorite authentic Thai food!! Highly recommend.
Great customer service
