Don't waste your time or money, go down the street to Montfort's. mediocre food, terrible customer service. Girl at the counter, who is obviously related to the manager, argued with us over every little thing. After drenching our chicken shawarma dinner, which wasn't at all what was pictured, in their garlic sauce, we asked for the sauce on the side for the other dish. Got barely 1oz on the side, when I asked for another, she tried to charge me extra, where clearly there was 4 or 5 oz smothering our other meal. Then she argued. Apparently this "franchise" doesn't do things like their other stores she dared to tell us. It was apparently OUR responsibility to tell them how we wanted our meal even though it clearly WASN'T what was pictured. Won't be back, ever! Learn how to run your business!!!

Beware...using same tongs for raw chicken and other toppings. This practice is unsafe to customers health and frankly is not acceptable within health standards set out by our Government. Please treat the food as you would be preparing for yourselves. We requested a refund upon seeing this happen as we were going to feed our kids. Completely unsafe and harmful actions. Train the staff on SAFE practices, thank you.

One of the worst scumbag services I’ve ever encountered. Would highly not recommend, got my order completely messed up, called them to discuss it, got only a “sorry”. Had to leave work again to get there for them to fix the order they screwed up on , and for all this trouble, The middle aged guy that’s always at the cashier offered me an EXPIRED 15% discount for my next purchase, not even a simple drink or refund . Luckily will never be going back and would advise the same.

This place is terrible! Worst shawarma I have ever had. The platter was literally dried chicken and rice and garden salad with iceburg lettuce and very few veggies but lots of seasoning. No Sauce! I couldn't eat it it was so dry and cold.

Every time I’ve ordered from this restaurant, the food has been gross. The chicken is always dry. I would rather go to any number of shawarma places in the area. I’ve tried going to this place multiple times, I doubt I’ll go back. The fact that this place is a chain doesn’t help. I doubt the people who own it even care that the food is bad. I’ll go support a more local establishment.

Not very good experience, went during a busier time, lunch. Ordered two falafel wraps and a Greek salad. Hummus, Osmows sauce and tabouli, each were $0.50 each except tabouli which was $1. It took longer than expected to complete my order, I took I home to eat with my wife. Barley any hummus, no tabouli at all, and there was no Osmows sauce either. Greek salad was a joke, both falafel’s and Greek salad were so heavy on the onions we had at least 1/2 a cup leftover from the salad and our wraps. Won’t be going back, don’t bother, go to the shawarma place at Mainway and Walkers line close to the QEW. At least they put the toppings inside that you paid for.

Phenomenal place! By far the best Osmow's restaurant in the region! The workers are lovely and passionate about their work and put love into their food-making. Nagy is a genuine guy, shows fantastic hospitality; will often ask about your day and what you do and recommends certain dishes based on your likings. He treats you very well no matter if it is your first time or hundredth time. This place deserves a lot of respect. Hands down best shawarma I have had in this region!

Great place! This is a very small place....just a counter inside....zero seating inside ever....so not just a covid thing. Really enjoy eating here and recommend if you are in the neighborhood. Prices are middle of the road but worth what you pay.

I wouldn't say this is the best shawarma I've had but it's still pretty good. This location is probably the cleanest I've been to and their food is pretty consistent compared to their other stores. They could go a bit easier on the sauce next time. The staff here weren't exactly warm and welcoming but they were efficient.

Went there at 7.00 pm on Sunday and they looked at me as if I came during their closing which btw is at 7.30 pm. All they wanted to do was close the shop, they took my order hastily. Terrible shawarma which was not fresh too much hot sauce and lil garlic sauce felt as if I an having hot sauce and rice it looked all red. Terrible service and so so rude.

Weak service. I've been here several times always telling myself this will be the last time. Looking at their reviews not sure how they rank so high. I've always asked for extra special sauce and I pay the extra .75cents. After they hand me the food, I always check my order, and end up asking for more sauce and I'm always told that's all I can get. All the other locations I've been to for owsmos provide me with ample sauce without asking but this place I feel is trying to save pennies and it shows. Finally glad to say I won't be coming back here for sure. I found a different shawarma place down the street and it's definitely better. Yes, I've also asked to speak to the manager and showed them pictures of what other locations put on when I pay for extra sauce and I was told pretty much to take a hike that they don't care and don't need my business. Very well, I'll be going to Zesty Pita!

I stopped by around 2pm and it was not very busy at all, lots of parking is available nearby. I ordered a chicken shawarma ($8) and it tasted very bland. The sauces were very watery and tasteless and chicken did not seem fresh. The staff was rude and were speaking in another language the entire time, could use some customer service training. Overall it was not a great experience, mediocre food at best. I will not be back as there are lots of better shawarma options in the area.

I went to osmows with two of my family members because we wanted shawarma. The women talking to me and the people who were making the food had their masks off and weren't even using gloves. Which to me looked very unsafe and unsanitary. I ordered food anyway because we were starving and had no time to go somewhere else. Then the person who was putting the toppings lifted the plate near her mouth, and started breathing into it. So I told her to please make another one and not breath into it because I'm not eating that. My family and I took the food but we decided not to eat it because we were disgusted so we just threw the food out. Overall terrible experience and I dont reccomend other people going their if they don't want to get sick.

I first found out about this place when I used to work in Milton, and visited their Main Street location frequently. After finding out about a location opening in Burlington I was so excited. First time I visited it was just okay. I went back after a while and was pleasantly surprised. It seems that new management was introduced and this place has become a home run. I have been back many times and have been more than impressed. Quality of food, prices and service make this place an absolute treat to visit for a tasty and affordable night out!

I just watched these guys throw a brick of freezer burnt potatoes into the fryer for my meal... HORRIBLE. WILL NOT RETURN... GO TO ANY OTHER OSMOW's the chain is great, the staff here ruins this one. Ruined my night to see anyone that incompetent and discontented working in the service industry. If they cared at all, i wouldn't have ended up with a container of garbage fries that tasted like powder and fuzzy mess. also, cheese curds never go on top of the gravy on a poutine and there is no need to use the amount of garlic sauce they put on by default. A ROOF OF GARLIC SAUCE when the picture shows a zig zag.... seriously, to the guy there tonight, i hope you quit and find a job that makes you happier. You don't belong in a kitchen.

I ordered off skip the dishes so I didn't go in store. I've been to 3 different Osmows before this one so my rating is comparing it to other locations as well as my overall review. I ordered a large chicken on the rocks and with the delivery paid 20$. The rice was definitely rushed as it was wet. Like legitimately watery. The bottom of the container had a layer of water I could have scooped with a spoon (had they included one). Chicken on the rocks is one of my favourite dishes to get at any Middle Eastern place and this was so dissapointing. I ordered while I was at work and it tasted nothing like any Chicken on the rocks I've had before and bexause it was ordered I couldn't do anything about it. Might just be a one off bad meal but it was enough for me to not want to try again. Osmows is 10/10, just not this one unfortunately. Updating this now because the response I got from the owner below was super aggressive. "First off", I don't know what you're talking about because I don't know a Gurj B. and never have. I ordered one chicken on the rocks for myself. If it's the same owner, you might wanna get your facts straight before going off on someone online.

Tasteless. Dirty. This is my 2nd visit to this location. First off while ordering the cashier was confused and couldn't understand my request of "chicken shawarma wrap and small garden salad" I repeated this several times until she had to go get another person. Then again both looked confused. I thought I was on a prank show. I then grabbed a takeout menu and pointed to each one. "Oh!" Fast forward. I received the food (made wrong may I add) and it was tasteless. The garlic sauce sucked. The salad was a joke not to mention rotting cucumbers gave it a nice touch. I visited the restroom and it was filthy. Especially considering at this point all 3 workers were doing nothing and no other customers in the store should have cleaned it or at least frequent checks during the day. I will never return. And will advise the same.

Lets make this as short as possible and to the point as the whole process wasn't -ordered $60 worth of food (Osmow's mixed grills) for guests at my residence yesterday evening -began eating and noticed the chicken shwarma was very hard, overcooked and it tasted awful (dog food like according to my Daughter).. It also had an "off" smell to it, especially the odd piece that wasn't overcooked. It was definitely borderline bad. -contacted the store and advised to come in to show them -owner was present + a male worker. Owner looked at it and I asked him to smell it. He undermined the situation immediately. He asked if any of it was in my mouth as one piece looked like a grey, blobby piece of I don't know what (of course it wasn't in anyone's mouth).... He picked up a very small burned piece and began chewing it, said he thought it was fine, but stated that he would take care of it any way and asked if I wanted more fresh chicken shwarma to which I stated, "no thanks, a refund is fine." He asked if I could wait a minute as the lineup was building, so I did. I can't help but note this, but moments later (he was still trying to eat that small piece of chicken), he picked up his bottle of water to help wash the shwarma down. Any way, the other male worker came over and began speaking to me. He asked what I needed and I asked for a refund again (bare in mind that the other meals were in tact; only one had been touched). He then stated that the kebobs were missing and what not to which I responded, "really? You think I have cheated you out of a little bit of chicken? Smell this." He did and then stated I would have to continue with the Owner. The last couple in line had the same issue as me! They stated exactly what I had just stated to which I intervened and stated I too was waiting for a refund... He ultimately gave me the refund, with an apology, but I waited a long time for it and question if it would have come that easy without the help of the 2nd complaint. You need to own things in this business. Reputation is a combination of many things....The best tasting food doesn't always constitute the best reputation and vice versa.... Osmow's Appleby! Once upon a time your food was good. You are slipping. Is it ego? Is it the sudden increase in business? Is it quality control? What is it? YOU need to solve that riddle. I do know this, serving bad chicken can certainly make people sick and ruin YOUR reputation & business... I don't want to ruin your livelihood, however people need to be made aware of this so that it doesn't happen to them, hence forcing YOU to fix this! I'm not going to post my pics, but pls work hard to be what you used to be. Maybe one day, when I see your reviews get better, I will come back.

I don't typically write reviews but I had to share my experience at Osmow's last night. I've never experienced customer service this bad...both of the men working there were rude. The one man making the food was using his bare hands directly touching the fries which he used to touch the cash register as well. I then asked whether he can add some sumac to my order and he ended up including it for someone elses order ...he proceeded with telling me that you shouldn't be telling me to put it on someone elses order as if it was my mistake?...you should be checking to see which one is my order and not making that assumption. On top of that the portions seem to be half the size of the original Osmow's location in Streetsville plus the chicken was dry. Osmow's grew into a franchise way too quickly and as a result sacrificed the quality of their food and their customer service which wasn't great to begin with. This is my last time going to Osmow's. Lazeez for the win.

Update: Avoid this location. I tried this location again and its bad. They're stingy with their salad. After paying $20 for a chicken shawarma platter they give me caesar salad with barely any dressing, absolutely no parmesan, and like 5 croutons. The rest of the food is just okay. Theres way better locations around. Will avoid this one. Original review: The food was fine but the service was not as good as other locations. The person who took my order didn't know what the Everyday Special was even though its on the site so I ordered my items separately, not a huge deal but definitely more expensive and more food than I needed. I ordered a caesar salad and the person making the food told me they were out of ingredients after i paid so the two clearly aren't communicating with eachother either.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Walked in as I saw a sign for their special between 3-5, 2 rox with one pop each for $15.99. I place my order and I get charged $17.99. I was confused and told the server that the huge sign outside clearly displays the price as being $15.99. He had no answer for me nor did he honour the price that's being advertised on their window. He simply told me he couldn't do anything about it. I asked to speak with the owner as well but he told me the owner isn't in the store. Either take the sign down or actually honour the price. I decided not to place an order and walked out. Will never go back here again, worst customer service and they really shouldn't false advertise.

Osmow's is my go-to place if I'm looking for good shawarma nearby of if I'm in a different area and I just want to be ensured some good shawarma. I've only had an issue once with Osmow's though not this particular one where they cheaped out on the rice and meat. I get the meat, but not the rice, it can't be that expensive. I do love their garlic sauce and their spicy sauce is pretty decent too, and if you want to sweat a little it'll definitely be a good choice. The sauce also has a great flavour but can be overpowering if you get a lot of it. Also definitely can't beat the price for what you get! Chicken on the rocks is definitely the best thing to get, and wortht the small price to upgrade to the large.

Osmow's is great if you are looking for a quick lunch. The chicken shawarma is fantastic, tender, flavorful and quite filling even in the smallest size option. They refused us service at 8pm even though on google it says they close at 10pm. Just bought a fattoush salad here and they initially gave me my takeout order without salad dressing. Weird. Then the dressing they gave me was too vinegary and the salad itself was almost all iceberg lettuce and some unripe tomatoes. So after one bite I asked if could exchange it for something else. She said no!! Said I could only exchange it if I hadn't taken a bite so it could be sold to someone else. Worst customer service. I will return to Maro or Agabi in Oakville. I am done with this location - I have been a few times the last time I went for lunch they were out of Falafel and hummus...the fries are overdone and have a strong after taste of the oil used. Where this location lacks is service/under staffing. Today it took 21 minutes to get a Falafel sandwhich. When I walked in there were 4 people ahead of me, within a few minutes 3 left. There were two people working, and they seemed to be struggling with getting the line orders out and managing new orders. There was a woman behind me with her daughter who got a Schwarma and a toubleh. She got her sandwhich and asked about her Tabouleh. The girl working said ok and went back to making new sandwhiches. The man who was manning the cashier and grill said yes and popped in the back. He came back a few minutes later with a stack of raw chicken to put on the grill, loaded that up and than had to wash his hands before handling new food. The woman cancelled her order and left. The girl on the line was making my sandwhich before finishing the order and I counted 5 customers who had partial orders. 21 minutes later I got my Falafel sandwhich I counted 11 people behind me in line and 6 walked out with me. So in 20 minutes I Saw 9 people leave and 1 person demand a refund. Assume $7 a head that's $60-$70 walking out the door in 20 minutes while 3-4 people got served...Paramount next door is higher quality with better turn around time. I don't want to be the guy saying I want this location to go out of business. But based on my experiences it surely will if they don't commit to better staffing and training. The service atm is not acceptable. I am giving one star because google won't let you post with 0.

This location is always hit or miss every time we go. Got the half and half chicken and this time the fries were way over cooked. (plus the bag had sauce all over the outside) We watched the guy cooking the chicken and then go over to take the fries out. What's weird is that I don't think they or he even used a timer for the fries as he just randomly went over to take them out of the fryer. Fries will never be consistent like that. I could see the color was dark and should have said something but didn't. Got home and the fries were way over done. Struggled to eat that side and was really disappointed. Consistency has always been a HUGE problem with this location. Rice or chicken portions are never the same, hot sauce for example will be too little or way to much because of how much the person squeezes the bottles. Not sure if we will be back to this location. Edit: Not even sure what to say about that owner response.

all the employees here look like they don't want to be here. I went on sunday night to grab a shawarma 30 minutes before close. There employee had already taken the chicken to the back...what was weird was she yelled at him to bring the chicken back out and she didn't even look to grill it before she put it on my shwarma...i couldn't get past that cold chicken and took 3 bites and threw it out. Thursday lunch, the gentleman thanks us for stopping at their restaurant. That was nice. But even Friday night service was much better than we come to expect at some of the bigger Fast Food chains. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just placed an order for pickup through Doordash, received a text message to pick up between 11:57 and 12:06. Seemed weird so I went 10 minutes later than the text said. The franchise itself is reallllly good, this location just happens to be one of the worst ones. They’re very slow with taking and preparing orders. They are beyond stingy with the portions of food they give you, especially when you order chicken on the rocks. They give u enough rice just to cover the bottom of the container, it’s sad actually. It’s almost like you can count the amount of rice in your container.. Rice is the cheapest thing and they penny pinch with it. The overall taste is a hit or miss which makes this location not even worth going to. I’ve been here multiple times and the experience is always the same. And the food is always given so messy, no effort ever put in. This place needs new management ASAP. if you’re looking to try osmows for the first time definitely try the streetsville location in Mississauga and the Courtney park location in Mississauga.

I’ve got to be honest, I’ve given this location a couple shots before writing the post. Unfortunately each time the rice has been stale and they are exceptionally frugal with the sauces. I used to go to the original location in streetsville when Sam was still there, so I know what it was like when it was good. To add insult to injury, the staff doesn’t take directions very well a request for “a little hot sauce” resulted in a plate covered with suicide sauce. It’s really sad to be honest, give it a try yourself hopefully you have a better experience ????

I got the shawarma wrap at the maple view locations. The staff were rude and the ingredients in the wrap were old. The hummus was drying out in the aervi g container the lettuce and tomatoes were brown wilted and fernenting. A small sprinkling of feta cheese was an extra dollar. Used to be ok. Now going down hill. They cheated me of a dinner I ordered. I got scraps of chicken that are dry and burnt. When I complained, they did not seem to care. There are plenty of great shawarma places in the area. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place did provide decent take out before, yet service now is very terrible. May be new management. They put condiments and take out items below warm food and when you leave, sauce all over bottom and spoil. They do not follow pandemic protocols, such as social distances and masks. Their service is lower and some customers are rude, some trailer park type. There are better service restaurants around that place.

I went to Osmow this Saturday and got a wrap and a platter packed from them. As I have a small kid, I specially requested them to keep the wrap and platter moderate and not much spicy. But to my sheer disappointment, first the quantity of rice in the platter was less( reason quoted was busy hours and there were no more rice) and then the food was extremely spicy. Instead of paying special request , they made it so spicy that even I couldn't have it all. And whatever little quantity I had; resulted in diarrhea, uneasiness and acidity. I had a troubled night vomiting and being restless. In the morning , I called them not to seek any refund but to inform them lest someone else had to go through the same terrible experience . The staff there agreed that due to rush, order might have got exchanged and she can compensate to make up for the loss and out of goodwill gesture but the manager working there was not only rude to stop the staff from accommodating but also was way too harsh in talking to me. She was quite cold and unapologetic.it came as a shock that instead of understanding and solving concerns of a costumer, she simply chose to ignore. Being part of service industry, this kind of attitude on management part is unjustified and unreasonable. Worse and insulting was not accepting the mistake, but offering one small dish quoting as a favour on us. Really disappointed!!

Second time being disappointed by Osmow’s lately. I will say the employee was nice and attentive,very kind and they had two big Spits of very appetizing looking shawarma nicely browned and crisped cooked and on display but I have never had fresh cut shawarma from Osmow‘s. Instead I got Shawarma from the warming pan. It was not even put on the grill. It had been steamed till it was stringy and was more like a taco topping. It seems the authenticity of Middle Eastern Shawarma is being lost in the franchising process. I don’t think I will go to Osmow’s again unless there’s no other choices around. Osmow’s is really dropping the ball.

Firstly the shawarma has basically no flavour at all, very mediocre. The HUGE issue is the staff not only do NOT wear gloves when making your food but they handle money and then the food without washing their hands. Will never eat here again after seeing that, a good buddy also had the same experience.

I am a huge fan of Osmows and gave this location 7 (seven) attempts before leaving this review. This location is a disgrace and should be closed. In those 7 visits: -Burnt Chicken multiple occasions -Dried out "old" Chicken -Dried out "old" pineapple (in the Osmows Special.) -Cold Chicken -Burnt Falaffel -Half Cooked Fries -Various missing Ingredients in each order -Somehow even the salad was terrible!! -Watched worker fail to wash hands after carrying the garbage bags out to the dumpster -Giant chunks of chicken all over the floor -worker emptying dustpan into garbage located 3 feet from food prep area -Disgusting mop water used on the floor... (and watched the whole floor done without going back to the bucket...) -Poor service in general - just not a friendly atmosphere at all. It's a shame it has come to this. We moved from Hamilton where the locations consistently take pride in their food. I will not be back to this location.

I attended this location last sunday at 11:30am. There were 2 employee's working that appeared quite unhappy and bothered as I approached to order. After I ordered I was advised they could not accept the $20CND bill i provided as they did not have change lol so i just used debit. I sat down and watched 2, not sure if they were untrained, terribly supervised, or just miserable employee's slowly and painfully prepare my simple order. It was handed to me without the sauces I requested and was smaller than usual. When I asked for the sauce she did not look impressed and no "sorry" lol. I was here 2 months ago and it was great and I thought I would be writing a good review but this location needs improvement with its customer service.

We have an Osmos in Guelph, i asked for mild they over spice the food if you don't like spice. Also I will not recommend a shwarma,y really cheap out on the ingredients .I would recommend their special. If you are going to choose beef, ask them to show you the beef before you make that decision. You'll be less than impressed and probably choose their chicken.

I used to love getting the Chicken on the Rocks at Osmow's. Today I couldn't even eat it. My first couple of bites I found 3 bones mixed in with my meal, one about an inch long. Didn't realize I had to order it without? This has completely put me off eating here again.

Best place there is! A customer came in and placed an order it wasn’t what he wanted. Manager explained all orders come with garlic sauce and customer wanted a new one. This restaurant is located in a busy commercial area, near other food joints. I found the facility to be clean, and the staff efficient. All the required safeguards are in place, due to COVID. We enjoyed the food very much, as it was prepared according to the Osmow's standards.

This place has changed, even just one year ago they served delicious food with large portions at a decent price. But now, they hiked up the price and my chicken on the roc tasted not so great. The garlic sauce was off and chicken was hard to chew as if they were serving 2-3 days old chicken. And worst of all the portion for large was laughable charging close to 15 dollsrs. Don't order food here, terrible experience and food.

Complete waste of a place..terrible terrible customer service. The guy Nagy Mikhail is rude beyond all measures. Almost every other review is describing their horrible experiences at this location. I wonder how they are able to keep up with this place with such a pathetic person running this place..who cares a damn about the customers. Unfortunately, that’s the only Shawarma place right opposite my house. They charge you extra for Humus and Tzaziki.. I guess the only shawarma place which does that. Also the only shawarma place which has mostly just the bread and not much filling inside their shawarma’s unlike the usual shawarma at any other place. Even after you pay extra, please make sure you get what you paid for. The first time I went there, the person made my wrap without wearing gloves. The second time I went there they gave me a dry wrap with no sauces, even the sauces I paid for. The third and the final time I visited this place the guy at the counter crossed all limits including throwing stuff, and yet again giving me the ingredients quantity of a regular size wrap for a super size wrap order. Not sure if the chain ‘Osmows’ cares if franchises like this one are screwing up its reputation!

Most of the time. Chicken is already stored in container, sometimes over cooked and burned when re heated on the grill.. the emphasize of chicken not coming off the machine is missing. Authentic shawarma chicken is not stored in containers. Also, no consistency in the amount of chicken. Sometimes too less sometimes okay and very rarely good portion of chicken. Need a measuring scoop to be consistent and to keep customer satisfied. Other then that, the taste is same as the franchise. Only these things need to be updated.

Ordered through skip the dishes Ordered 3 platters and a wrap combo for the family and they couldn't have screwed up more if they tried. Platter is supposed to be meat rice and salad. They only sent 2 meals and neither of them had a salad. There was so much sauce that I couldn't even tell what the food was. I called the store and asked to speak to a Manager and was told to call back because he has gone out for a coffee. AT 5:30 PM! The driver told me the place was very busy and the Manager is out for a coffee. OMG. Will never order or go there again. Part 2 Manager called me because of bad review and preceded to yell at me and ask me to take down my pictures of the food and my review. He offer no apologies nor did he offer any means to rectify the situation. He just want to argue with me. He blamed the skip driver saying he forgot a bag but the fact is they did nothing to rectify it once noticed. They would have my number and could have called. Also the have the drivers number and could have called him to come back. His main concern seemed to be me stating that his employee told me he went out for a coffee and blaming everyone else for the mistakes and then wanted to argue with me about the problems with the food that was clearly their mistake. No sauce means no sauce. I told him that as a customer I did not appreciated him calling me (then put me on hold) just to yell at me for leaving a bad review. Look buddy. Many other people have left bad reviews and most seem to be about the management and missing items. Take some constructive criticism and lighten up and focus on putting out a good product and good customer service instead of calling customers at home and yell at them. I will be reaching out to skip the dishes and Osmows head office because this is completely unprofessional to use private information (my phone number) to call vent and offer no apologies nor try to rectify the situation.

Last time eating at this location. Terrible service, spent over 15 min just to place my order. Was interrupted twice to order by a call in order. After waiting the 15 min and 25 min to get my food my order was wrong. Complained to the server but she just look at me with a stupid look and comments 'nothing I can do, call my manager.' Been to this place 3 times and every time they have disappointed and failed all 3 times. Sometimes they give the wrong size, miss items and sometimes up charge for something very little like hot peppers on a salad (no other place up charges for that on a salad). Making mistakes if fine, everyone is human and it happens but the sad part is that the workers at this place do not care about customer service and they do not try to make a good experience for their customers, which is very evident by all of their recent reviews. They are very confused and rude to the customers. Will not be back for sure, rather drive another 5 mins to go another location or another Shawarma restaurant. As per your response; how do you who’s coming for the 1st time and who’s coming for the 2nd time? Your statement of “we normally give it free for the first time but not all the time” makes no sense.

This is my second time ordering from this location. First time I seen them cutting the raw chicken on the skewer and then placing it on the Grill to cook and serve to customers. It kind of defeats the purpose as Shawarma/Donair/Gyros is meant to be severed on a rotating Skewer to get the full flavor and make sure it is fully cooked throughout and all around the meat. Also the chicken was not cooked correctly very chewy I was disgusted to be honest. I just ordered there again today to give it a second try and I had the exact same experience. chicken cooked on a grill, Chewy Chicken, the Salad was drenched in dressing (se ephoto) where the lettuce turned soggy instantly. I wish OSMOS Can go back to there original quality when they use to have the one location on QUEEN street in Streetsville. I will definitely not be eating at this location and suggest you do not as well.

Honestly surprised this location isn’t shut down or out of business. I’ve found small chucks of bone and cartilage in the chicken so many times. Normally I ignore it cause it’s harmless until I found the black curly hair of the guy who made my food. On top of not wearing hairnets, no employees were wearing face masks. The blatant lack of consideration for the customers from the people who work here is disgusting. Would add a picture but I threw my chicken on the rocks in the garbage too quickly to take one.

Ordered a beef shawarma through uber eats, arrived 15 minutes after I ordered. The wrap was completely soggy, and hardly fillings at all. Completely disappointing especially considering the surcharge with uber eats.

poor service and rude. when you ask for something on the side like sauce, they just put the sauce on top anyways. when you tell them they made a mistake and forgot something on the order (veggies), they say "well everyone eats things differently and i would eat a meal with just meat". when i asked what my options were they said they could not offer a refund because they prepared it already. there's a reason this is a 3 star rating restaurant.

I have been regularly visitng and taking out food from this location since the management changed...initially they were serving generous quanitites...fresh food and ...but last 2 times we got take out and when i opened the box...there was 75% rice 25% rice which were not even topped well with chicken..looked as if left over chicken was shredded and spread on top...minimal mayo topping....i usually dont expect this kind of food ...i called and git a very rude reply...that i made the platter myself....it cant b what u r telling me....like really?????? pathetic customer service! not going there again....

I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews about this place! My brother and my boyfriend introduced me to this restaurant last year and it’s amazing every time. I love the shawarma poutine, the philly veggie wrap and philly chicken on the veggies! Garlic sauce is so good.

worst service in the history of the world! i swear, waiting 45+ minutes for one shwarma? are you kidding me? then not to mention its dirty in there, when i went to the washroom it looked as though they never clean the place! but all that aside, the TASTE of the food is what was most herendous to me. not at all tasty. dry. the chicken taate and smells a little funky aswell. highly do NOT recommend!

Got some take out tonight. Lines of delivery people waiting to deliver their orders Uber eats etc, all impatient while the 3 employees at osmows are going as fast as they can, and doing a fine job. Had a great take out meal with my family and they even gave me a little extra for the wait. I go once a week and never a bad meal.

Starting with paying 4.99$ more for extra chicken on medium size chicken on the rocks, wasn’t any more than they would put usually, i suppose. Definitely the worst osmows out there. Even after paying 0.85cents extra for more garlic sauce i could only taste hot sauce and since working in a kitchen for 5+ years myself, believe me that they have watered-down the garlic sauce which has basically no taste now. Also,some of the chicken was overcooked and burnt. Will never go here again.

Wanted to try this as it was recommended by my trainer at GoodLife Life next door. I found Paramount overpriced for the service and food, but this bottoms that. Go down the road to Montfort where I've never had a bad meal. It may be pricey but I'd rather pay their prices for better food and service. They had no hummus! At lunch! and the baba was something the cat could have thrown up as far as looks. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great and there are other places that it's great.
