I loved this place. My friend referred me to this restaurant, and so for our anniversary with my husband we went and had a wonderful evening. Our waiter was excellent, I believe his name was Luis. The food was no exception, it was delicious! I ordered arroz con camarones and my hubby ordered pescado al lo macho. I enjoyed his plate more, that had to be the most tender fish I ever ate. Both plates are delicious none the less. Come try it out! Might I add they have a wonderful selection of natural fruit juices yummy! And a very moist tres leches cake! We will be coming back!!

Staff 10/5 Food 10/5 Drinks 10/5 Stumbled upon this restaurant during a food trip in Burlington. Started off with a wonderful greeting by the staff at the door, who prepared us a patio table even though the place was packed and we showed up without reservation. Our waitress was extremely nice and in her best efforts helped us understand the menu and made sure we were comfortably protected from the blazing sun. We starting off with some Chicha Morada for drinks (A pitcher would serve around 4 glasses); for appetizers had the Mixto Ceviche (was disappointed by the amount of octopus but the lime mix and it's spice were out of this world); Paella for Main: Tres Leches for dessert which was a perfect ended to such a wonderful meal.

Having had the opportunity to visit many countries in South and Central America (Colombia, Peru, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Ecuador etc.) I have to say the culinary experience I had in Peru was by far the best. The ceviches, lomo saltados, aji de gallinas, causas... such unique taste, one I could not find here in Ontario until now. El Inka exceeded my expectations. I shared the Ceviche de pescado as an appetizer and had el Pescado a lo Macho as my entree. The food was delicious and closest to what I had in Peru. The service was great, the hostess and our server Luis was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a GEM people, if you`re looking for the best of what Peruvian cuisine has to offer then you MUST come here!

Visited El Inka for the first time. It was pretty empty, only one other table was being used. The decor is nice. It is a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. We ordered calamari, lamb shank, pesto pasta and chicken soup. We did not have to wait very long for any of them. Food came out hot and fresh. The calamari may be the best tasting calamari we have ever had. 5 stars for that. The chicken soup was your typical chicken noodle soup. Good taste. 5 stars for that. The pesto pasta (can't remember the actual name) with grilled chicken was very tasty, especially the chicken. 5 stars for that. The lamb shank was a 3 star. It was covered with a bean sauce, so everything pretty much had just one taste. Overall, really good, will go back.

Food was delicious, cooked to perfection. I would give a 5 star but I was extremely upset at the fact that half my table was served and the other half received their food at least 20 mins, some 35 mins later earlier today. The idea is to dine all together regardless if half the table placed their order before the other half. A heads up wouldve been nice. Despite that, everything else was superb.

Food was absolutely amazing! The steak was cutting like butter everything tasted very genuine and delicious. One thing I would suggest is asking the customers if they speak spanish or not because it saves time. Instead of over explaining the meals things could have gone a little faster. Very nice menu, has a lot of typical dishes, but they took soooooo long to serve us, took about 1 hour to have our food. And it was 1 appetizer and 2 entrees, the table next to us came 15 min after us and got their food before. Drinks were not strong. Pisco sour needed less foam

best peruvian food in toronto right now. Portions were actually good , people usually say I eat too much and I was full by the end of the meal , did not have any room for dessert. Prices are average compare to other restaurants. Hard to find a restaurant charging less than 15 $ a plate so 15-20$ is pretty average right now. Staff was very friendly .

Fod is definitely worth trying. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Atmosphere is great. There's dance classes and social dancing on last Saturday of each month. Music was great. I wouldn't recommend if you are in a time crunch but definitely a place to check out.

Fantastic food and equally great service! We stopped in for lunch. The Covid-19 protocols were in place. Tables far enough apart. The menu was excellent. I ordered a tigre ceviche, mild, seafood rice, and the battered seafood mix. Loved the table appetizer of maiz tostado. The food was amazing. Large portions and clearly made in the moment. The staff were interacted with were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, would love to go back. The yucca in the battered seafood was great.

Visited El Inka for Lunch on Saturday with my brother and Uncle. Both foodies and well versed of the history of peru and it's cusine so I made the right choice for company. We arrived at 1pm and the waiter I forgot to get his name was very helpful right away and before my guests arrived I ordered a ceviche Mixto for us to share before we ordered our entrees. The mixto looked small but the bowl is deep and was a good portion for 2-3 to share. The seafood was fresh and gave me confidence the entrees will taste the same. We ordered Arroz con Mariscos, Tacu Tacu con Atlantic Salmon and Pescado a la Macho. All 3 of us loved our entrees and didn't have any issues. cooked perfectly, presented wonderfully and in and out for lunch in less than an hour. As we dined we noticed almost all the other tables having a red wine/sangria type drink on them so I asked our server what it was and I am sure glad I did. It's called "Chica Morada" You MUST TRY THIS it is alchoal free and healthy for you. In Peru It's as common as coca cola is to North America. I will visit again in the evening and hope to have a repeat experience to bring this to a 5 star review. I urge burlington residents to visit this place.

Couldn't believe we found delicious AND well priced Peruvian food in a plaza in Burlington of all places!!! My fiancee and I were craving chicha morada after having been in Peru last year, and this place serves a delicious version by the pitcher full! Oh, and the food itself was delicious! One star deducted for the noisiness of the place, but maybe we shouldn't have expected it to be quiet...

What a great place. Everyone was welcoming and service was top notch. We had the Ceviche Mixto as an appetizer, it was amazing. For our entrees, we were going to order the Seco de Cordero (lamb shank) and Pargo Entero Sudado con Mariscis. The waiter recommended we only get the fish dish because it’s made for two, so we did. It was absolutely delicious. The broth was so flavourful, the whole fish tender and the remaining seafood cooked to perfection. It’s truly a unique place to dine. We will be returning soon with family and friends.

This evening my husband and I made an order at 5:30 PM There we’re two orders and the second order came completely wrong. There are four items in the dinner ($25.00)and two of them were incorrect. We called and we were told that it was possible that Uber had made a mistake upon delivery. However, the issue is is that the rest of the order was completely fine. After calling three times and the last time speaking with the manager we were told that we had to cancel the item through Uber and receive a refund and then re-order. It’s now 8:45pm and none of these things have happened and we’re stuck with an order here that we didn’t consume and that’s incorrect and nobody seems to want to take responsibility. We’ve ordered from El Inka restaurant a few times in the past but unfortunately after tonight‘s customer service experience it will likely be our last. I am empathetic to the fact that times are tough right now and that people are busy and things are hard but when you make a $25 order and nothing is dealt with the customer service issue is the problem

Was waiting to try here for a long time and missed out on the chance during Taste of Burlington. It is a lovely restaurant tastefully decorated and our host and waiter Luis was very friendly. We ordered beer and a Pisco cocktail and my friend was not a fan of the house beer but I still offered to pay for it as she chose another lighter style beer. The food was absolutely delicious and the yukka fries came alone and I had to ask Luis for the dipping sauce and he brought a trio to try which again were delicious. Everything was flavorful, the fish ceviche had I known it was tilapia I would have chosen another dish as I prefer tuna an salmon. I asked Luis to pack me an order of yucca fries to go and to add some extra sauce and he also gave me the brand of Pisco to try from the LCBO. When I arrived home, I opened the container and instead of my Yucca fries, I had a container of some type of nuts. I called the restaurant back and told the girl I got the wrong order and she got Luis to come on the phone. I asked him what happened he misunderstood and I asked about what . I ordered the Yucca fries and I never mentioned anything about nuts and I had no idea what he was saying. I told him I drove all the way from Mississauga and to come back home with the wrong order was really disappointing. We spend close to $100 and for them not to check the order before sending us on our way was really poor service and he just said he was sorry he misunderstood. Very unfortunate as I would have come back but he never offered to fix the problem or find out what happened. Great customer service when you arrive poor customer service when they mess up. Not going back!!!!

The food has an amazing and authentic flavor. It's my family's favorite restaurant. The servers are genuinely courteous and attentive. They have honest recommendations, granted that's an easy part of the job when the food is that good. The ceviche is incredible, I have yet to find any other ceviche that delectable in Canada. I paired the lemony ceviche it with the creamy avocado salad which was heavenly to my taste buds. I've also been privy to the taste of the chicha, beef Lomo Saltado, several soups, the steak and chimichurri, along with a few other dishes and drinks. I've never been let down with respect to the flavor of the food or the service. As an added bonus the plates are well presented and the restaurant decor and ambiance completes the experience. Highly recommended this restaurant, I think it is worth every penny.

This place is AMAZING. Walter is an absolute STAR and turns the 5 star rating into a 10 star rating. It was our first time visiting and he took us through the entire menu and explained everything with such detail, my mouth was watering by the time we finished the first side of the menu. Everything we ordered was amazing and flavourful. I would definitely recommend you order the Anticuchos, the Chupe de Camarones & the Triologia de Ceviche. We were so full, we couldn't even get to the mains, but that means we are COMING BACK SOON. I'm so glad we discovered this place, I can't wait to return. We also had quite a few cocktails; Piscopolitan was my fav, but you really can't go wrong. Thank-you Walter & El Inka for an amazing experience. We visited on August 13th and sat beside a lovely Peruvian couple who thought I was Peruvian because of how happy I looked while enjoying the food - that really says it all.

Great spot for an out of the ordinary dinner. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was delicious and the cocktails were good as well, made with Peruvian Pisco (fermented grape skin liquor). We had the Quattro Cuasas which is 4 mashed potato balls flavoured with tuna shrimp, octopus and chicken mixtures. Followed by the Escabeche de Pescado (breaded fish) and the lamb shank. Everything was presented well and quite tasty.

My wife and I were taken by our Peruvian friends to this wonderful restaurant. We loved it. We were greeted so warmly and immediately sensed we were in for great experience. The service, drinks and food were fantastic. The dishes were all first time for us and did not disappoint. We were there for 3 hours. You know your in a good place when you spend that much time. I encourage you try Peruvian cuisine here and be sure to experiment and ask questions. Understanding the history of the food just makes things so much more interesting and satisfying.

Absolutely delightful experience! Our server David was fantastic and helped us narrow our choices as we went along. The evening started with delicious cocktails (a traditional pisco sour for the Mr. and a maracuya pisco sour for me ????). I began my meal with the cilantro broth chicken soup and Mr had the chicken broth soup - both were so tasty! We shared the stuffed avocado which was really fresh. For my dinner I had the ceviche three ways - I chose medium heat and it was bursting g with fresh lime flavour and the combos were great. Mr had the lomos saltados... he’s been searching for this for years after his Toronto fav closed a while back. No disappointment here! He thoroughly enjoyed each bite. We wrapped up the night with a shared tres leche cake and a couple short espresso. What an amazing find! We’ll definitely be back!

Horrible!! Made a reservation for four for 7:15 pm on Saturday. Got there 10 minutes early. Waited 15 minutes to be told that they gave our table to a walk-in by accident and that we had to wait 1 hour. No apologies or other arrangements provided. Noticed patrons were getting antsy waiting for their food. Not much was coming out of the kitchen. We walked out and went to the new Turkish Restaurant on Brant.

This place is amazing. The food is delicious and fresh. Portions are generous, and food comes quickly (but you'll never feel rushed and quality is never compromised). There are daily specials and prices are more than reasonable. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions you have about the menu (and are skilled in making you feel welcome. Went here with my friend after it was recommended. Some great things and some things to work on. Restaurant 3/4 occupied. Service was so friendly and informative, our server did his best to take great care of us. They didn’t have prosecco on the menu but were able to accommodate this special request anyways. That being said my order was clearly entered incorrectly and it was so obvious but the waiter lied and said the food was sent to the wrong table-so they put my friends food on a heater and whipped up my order as fast as possible. No big deal, no need to lie! It happens. Quality of ingredients for the app we ordered was poor-canned tuna and canned chicken on the appetizer. Our bad for not clarifying as we thought it would be raw tuna and not chicken salad based on the price of the appetizer at $16. Maybe this is traditional but it wasn’t appetizing and we were not able to finish this dish. Our mains were great -a fish with sauce and Seafood paella. Free roasted corn and fresh sauces were amazing. Only other thing is we didn’t finish our mains and they mixed up the to-go boxes so we took each other’s leftovers home instead of own own. Overall decent experience with a few areas to improve for a great and unique dining experience.

I was born in Peru and lived in Canada for over 40 years. I kept my taste for Peruvian food and flavours and "El Inka" is a true example of what Peruvian food should taste like. The ambiance is great. Ample room to move between tables. The service is extremely friendly and the food arrived in a decent time (the Lomo Saltado was spectacular). Prices are a bit high but not high enough to be an major issue. Good things are, sometimes, pricey...! Would recommend it and, most definitely, will go again.

Saw the reviews an thought food was gonna be spectacular but not at all. Service was very friendly, but they took 1 hour to serve us our main dish 40 min to give us the starter. It wasnt that busy we went around 2pm during the week and thought maybe they took long because the food was being made fresh but noooo tasted tooooo salty and old we complain about the papa a la huancaina and when they brought it back it still tasted old(guardado). Place really reminded me of back home but food wise not at all. We are definitely never going back there and we will continue going to Korikancha even though it's a bit farther.

Reasonably priced (comparable with an above average Thai restaurant), informal, fairly busy this Friday night, and with friendly service. El Inka offers food like found in average tourist restaurants in Lima with dishes from several parts of the country. The meals in such typical Lima tourist restaurants are reasonably well prepared and affordable to visitors who are ready to try a variety of typical Peruvian dishes. That's the way tourist restaurants are in Lima. And that's the way things are at El Inka in Burlington. A pisco-sour as a start is a must to literally wet the appetite. Appetizers are tasty and the main courses are all served with rice and/or yuca (casava). The "Inka" kitchen is clean and so is the restaurant of 2,000+ square feet with a large bar area and a minimalist interior. We have lived in Peru + I have traveled there for 34 years (now once every 6 weeks), so we are quite familiar with Peruvian cuisine. Lima has some of the greatest gourmet restaurants in the world and has been in the lead on culinary innovativeness with the so called Fusion Cuisine. For example "MAIDO" and "Central"have become world famous. Also, Peruvian super-chef Gaston Acurio has contributed greatly making the best of Peruvian cuisine famous around the world. Obviously, El Inka in Burlington is not in that league and it doesn't pretend to be. El Inka has contemporary Latin American music for people below 40 (or younger). The music style could somewhat limit the public that is attracted here. Buy the volume is not too loud. In any event this new Burlington place is a great initiative. Congratulations to the young owners. Definitely their food is quite authentic, tasty, and good value for the money. Thus far I have not found anything as authentically Peruvian in the GTA, at least not in this price range. And the owner at the Inka seems to understand the need for the quality ingredients he must use to make things work. Go and check it out and then decide if this place is worthwhile for you.

We were a bit tired of the usual and thought we'd try a taste of Peruvian Cuisine. We found the experience to be a totally refreshing change and the atmosphere, service, and food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the surf and turf platter for two. The surf side was grilled Mahi Mahi served with a sea food medley of calamari, shrimp, and mussels. The turf side was medallions of beef tenderloin served in a red wine reduction. Running down the middle was an outstanding traditional rice and bean staple that complimented both offerings. This platter is beyond huge and would most likely feed a family of 5. It was so delicious that we did managed to finish but we'd highly recommend arriving hungry for this menu item. Priced at approximately 50 bucks this option could be the best dining value in Burlington.???? All considered, we'll definitely be returning! my wife and I highly recommend El Inka as an off the beaten path options to anyone looking to explore something different but super tasty.

Went for dinner today with my family June 18th at 5PM. We had a reservation for 4 and when we showed up the host was extremely rude. She first said it was for 2 and when we said we had confirmed for four she scuffed, rolled her eyes and walked away with an “ugh” .Then she came back and without signalling set us down at an empty table. We were the first table and only table for an hour so we were confused by her demeanour and frustration. As a host she didn’t make us feel welcomed or valued. Let me start off by saying I have never had Peruvian food before, so this was a brand new experience. There were some things on the menu I did not understand or have never heard of before, but the staff made it very easy on us and were happy to help us throughout our entire dining experience. We came in without a reservation but they accommodated us, kept providing us with updates on how long till the next table is available. While we were waiting, explained us the dishes, made some solid recommendations. You can tell that the people who work there, take pride in what they do and enjoy what they are doing. This Sunday on December 8th 2019 we made a reservation at 6:00pm. Even though the food was good the waiters were really rude and unprofessional. They left us waiting for 20 minutes when the restaurant was empty. They were rude they said “the didn’t want to work but the owner forced them because he went to watch a game in the USA.” They said they wouldn’t serve another guest a second glass of wine because they wanted to go home unless she drank it fast. They brought my friend her food already in a box they said that she has to eat it at home and when we asked why they were acting like this they were complaining about the boss not being there and they really ruined our evening. My family and I usually come to this restaurant, I hope the owner does something about these two people. I would NOT recommend this place and I would give it a 0 star if I could.

Coming back from my recently trip to Peru I would say that this place has the most authentic Ceviche I had in Canada for a reasonable price. Anticucho is over priced I would say. (It is literally the one of the cheapest things you can have in streets of Peru!) Their saltado uses very good quality meat so I would encourage people to order it with beef instead of chicken! ( how it should be! ) Fantastic service! Will be coming back.

The food was okay. I had the pasta and this raw fish like sashimi dish. The sashimi dish was not that good... After eating it I had a huge stomach ache and the flavor they marinated the fish in wasn't that extravagant too. The pasta was okay.. the shrimp were under cooked and tasted raw and pasta wasn't full of flavor and tasted a bit bland in my opinion. Otherwise the servers were quite kind and nice.

What an amazing restaurant! From the second I arrived, I truly enjoyed my experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely mouth watering! Some of the dishes we ordered included the ceviche, octopus, Peruvian surf and turf, chaufa seafood, cuatros causas and the calamari, all of which were to die for. All the plates were generous portions and reasonable priced! This restaurant is a must eat and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A very spartan setting, with PVC flooring and a few Peruvian tchotchkes adorning the beige walls. The place itself is quite large, with four tables near the entrance, and the other 12 or so in a windowless expanse around the bar. The menu is true to its Peruvian name, with quite a few dishes you won't find in other South American restaurants. Everything we tried was excellent, both taste and presentation. Beer, wine and cocktail choice is impressive, with a few craft brews on tap for $7-8 a pint. Service is friendly, attentive, and SLOW. This may be a combination of an understaffed kitchen and poorly trained waitstaff, but the end result is that we waited 50 minutes for our main course to arrive since placing the order, despite the fact that none of those seafood dishes requires more than 20 minutes to prepare. The time we spent waiting after finishing our appetizers wouldn't have been as annoying were it not for the fact that this place is unbearably noisy. The sound system is blaring Latin pop, reverberating between the bare floor, walls and ceiling. I measured a persistent 63-68 dB(A) - that's like sitting next to a vacuum cleaner. Prices are reasonable, appetizers between $12 and $16, ceviches and mains around $20, not including side dishes. Plaza parking is ample, with easy wheelchair access. If we could rate by category, like on some other sites, I'd give them 5 stars for the food, 2 stars for service, and 1 star for atmosphere.

Service is bad, food is hit or miss. We ate here on the weekend and were disappointed. The food was over priced for the quality, a few plates were salty and the service was just bad. We waited half an hour for drinks, I had to ask several times for things and I’m still waiting for the water I asked for. I was expecting Peruvian gourmet and it did not deliver. The only saving grace was their anticuchos, which were delicious and beautifully presented. The ceviche was average at best and a few other plates were just too heavy on the salt including the lomo saltado and chaufa. Our waiter was frazzled and not at all friendly. Not coming back here.

If you're looking for an authentic Peruvian flavour experience, look no further. Highly recommend the maracuya pisco sour cocktail, a twist on the standard pisco sour. Had the fried seafood dinner as well and it was also excellent. We keep trying different Peruvian Restaurants, and are never quite satisfied. El Inka changed that. The Papa a la Huancaina, which I always order was delicious. I would have loved it spicier, but that is just me. I had the Lomo Saltado (Saltado with Steak) and it was fantastic. The steak was cooked medium rare just as I like it, the fries were great. I felt it compared to the lomo Saltado I would get at the better restaurants in Peru, both on taste and presentation. The Maracuya Sour (Passionfruit sour) was nicely done, and the desert was great. I was told the ceviche's were good, as I didn't personally try them. My Peruvian family visiting from Lima enjoyed the meal, so that was a good validation for me. The prices were definitely in the moderate to higher side, but I felt it was worth it.

If you want real authentic Peruvian food, this is the place to come in Toronto area. We have been here a couple of times and we really like it. Food is very tasty, price is reasonable and portions are generous. Only bad experience was with service once, it was extremely slow but we will definitely give it another try. Make sure to try the Pisco Sour! (Very traditional Peruvian drink)

Was looking for a good Peruvian restaurant and this restaurant was recommended by a friend who recently visited and I’m so glad I was not disappointed. The menu has lots of great options and tried quite a few different dishes. All were very tasty and portions were surprisingly generous. Walter our server was great and helped recommend some dishes. I highly recommend this establishment and I heard they also have dancing on Saturday. They not only gave us one desert but two for my wife’s birthday

Celebrated a birthday with a party of 11. Restaurant - Clean and spacious. They do have a handful of seats for outdoor dining. Food - As Peruvians, my family found the food to be authentic and delicious. The portion sizes for the main are sufficient and will leave you full. The appetizer we ordered were good portions also. Service - The server we had was Cynthia and she was very friendly and attentive. There was some confusion in one of the plates we ordered and the time between our appetizers and main dish was quite long. However, we are pretty easy going people and just gave us more time to chat and mingle. I appreciate that she apologized for the wait and kept checking in on us. Overall, aside from the wait for our main, the service was great. We really enjoyed the Anticuchos and recommend you give them try. Overall, if you are looking for excellent food (especially Peruvian) this is your place. In having tried other Peruvian restaurants in the GTA, this takes the cake and our family will be returning really soon.

Arrived here at 5pm and ordered 8 minutes later. Appetizer was brought and it looked and tasted amazing however, the waiter then came back and took it away (we had started eating it too). He said that he made and mistake and it was for someone else. ...ok. We then recieved a similar looking appetizer that was smaller but missing the dip. After flagging down another waiter (ours dissapeared) we finally received the item we ordered. We then waited until 6:20pm for our dinner. I was about to walk out because waiting that long to me is completely ridiculous. We finally received our food and it was very good. Delicious. No complaints. The food was nice but I will not be returning. That wait was unreasonable, I was grossed out by the waiter serving our half eaten food to someone else and I felt like due to their lack of apology for all of this, that this is standard operating practice for this restaurant. To each their own, but when I pay for food I have different expectations than what this place provided.

Wow. First time visit, will be back. Had the shrimp soup, which was a meal in and of itself. Full of starches, vegetables, rich tomato-ey broth, an egg and 4 big shrimp. Main was saltado with tenderloin, with a very rich ragout that was hugely satisfying.

Delicious authentic Peruvian food; having been to Peru and experienced the cuisine there, I can confidently say this is as good of a culinary experience as you'll find in the GTA. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has an exquisite atmosphere for both family and social experiences of all ages. Definitely would recommend as a regular spot.

This was our first time trying Peruvian food and I agree with others as my comment to my husband was that the food is bursting with flavour! Our server, David was excellent and gave us a crash course on what some of the words on the menu translated to. The soup with the Camarones (shrimp) is on my top 5 list of best soup ever! Very nice restaurant. The food the service the ambiance make this place exceptional. I have been there twice and will definitely go back. My Mexican family loves it as well. For families: they do have high chairs but no place to change diapers and they do not have kids menu. A great new place, I hope they keep up the great work!!

The main course - a steak the peruvian style: thin but made to my liking - medium rare with the juicy pink inside. Pisco drinks completed the delight! Went there on Saturday night for dinner as a walk in and asked for a table of 4 plus a baby, the hostess looked at me and just said no. I was so confused, what do you mean no? You don't want to seat us? She said all the tables are currently full. Okay but what about putting us on a waitlist? Again she said no and pointed around to all the tables. I'm asking her is it because there are many reservations today? How long would the wait be? She did not explain anything and again just gestured towards the room at the full tables and said the restaurant is full and gestured us to leave. Not sure if she just didn't speak English well enough or was it a racist thing?? What kind of hostess would not tell us how long the wait is for a table instead just telling me no and gesturing for us to leave? Horrible customer right there.

This restaurant is amazing. The food is very delicious, and drinks are delightful. One of my favorite dishes is the anticucho de lomo- sirloin beef skew. Definitely, you have to try this. Once a month, they have latin music. Make sure you make reservations in advance as it gets busy.

I’ve supported this new restaurant since the opening days and had recommended it at least to 20+ people. In every new business is crucial to take care of repeat customers, the life expectancy of any restaurant is based of atmosphere, service, flavours and the most important is timing for the dishes to be at the table. The food could be tasty but they’re lacking tremendously in bringing the food on time. A group of 4-6 waits over 2-3 hours for a main dish to come out, the worst of all is that they bring one plate at the time. Buy the time you’re done with the appetizer and waited for the main for over 2 hours the appetite is gone. My last experience was really bad and unfortunately will NOT come back again.

The first time when we visited, it was when El Inka had opened only couple months before and Soccer fever was on! Food was flavourful and service was friendly and attentiive. Atmosphere was lively, at times loud, but that was expected given that the World Cup was on. Our second visit was just as lovely as we explored more of this great cusine. Again service was friendly but atmosphere was relatively quiet, yet we still had a great time! This place is a must try for foodies!

One of the best! This place opened not long ago, just over a month and they are easily one of the top restaurants in Burlington. The food was absolutely amazing! Great presentation! Excellent flavours! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also have gluten free choices. Definitely a place I'll be going back to so I can try the rest of the food on the menu.

I really liked this place and the service by David was good, that’s why I give 2 star. My issue was with the share platter, the menu says it’s served with tenderloin and mahi mahi (very nice fish). But instead we got some kind of overcooked tilapia with the platter. Very disappointed they cheat customers, platter is too expensive for what you get ($60)

This restaurant was amazing. I mean Peruvian food is amazing in general and their expression of it was unreal. The mussels (choros a la chalaka), is the perfect beer snack dish...bursting with flavour, we ordered it twice which we rarely do as we want to try as many dishes as we can. Anticuchos or grilled beef hearts also a must and also order more then one. Quatro causas or tasty stuff on mash potato is beautiful and a great way to sample a few different dishes in one. Any ceviche is defiantly worth it. Their Fettuccine Alfredo alfredo sounds generic and most places that attempt a signature pasta "Just cause,"usually fail, but i was surprised by this dish. They use the huancaina sauce, with their butter soft tenderloin (lomo) and it all plays really well together. Nice surprise...anyways..go here and you won't be disappointed.

Our favorite restaurant in Burlington. Fresh ingredients and wonderful service. Wednesday is 1/2 price for a bottle wine.. Great Malbec! We have gone a dozen times and it is always good. We have eaten our way though the entire menu. Split an appetizer unless you very hungry. Ourvorite is flank steak with beans and rice ( which is Not on the menu).
