Haven’t had the opportunity to dine-in here yet but have taken-out a number of times and a number of dishes. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and always cheerful and the food is amazing. Can’t wait to sit down and experience the whole atmosphere, the setting and decor is unique and inviting. If you are rolling through Burlington or out for a stroll I recommend you hit up Culaccino. Kudos to the management and staff, well done!

You cannot say enough good things about this place. Incredible food the staff is so friendly. There is so much to choose from on the menu that is excellent. However you have to try the fried chicken there is nothing else like it. Tons of unique beer options and a bunch of great wines not available at the LCBO like Canyon Road Red.

Truly an experience. I was told there was 110 beers available and that may have been a low ball estimate! The service was extraordinary and the food was delicious. Top notch place for great food, great beer, and an all around amazing atmosphere. The price point is a touch higher than other similar places but it's worth it for quality like this.

Blown away. Tried it for the first time during The Taste of Burlington and very glad I did. Went with a party of 4, and every single item everyone had was amazing. The beer selection is insane as well, with over 140 to choose from. Price wise it's definitely premium but worth every penny.

Visited on Oct. 3, 2020: I purchased food from Culaccino for some Saturday evening takeout. Upon walking up to the door I was very disappointed with the lack of clear COVID. I saw people walk in and out beside me very freely through a very tight front entrance without anyone directing traffic. This definitely raised some concerns and made me uncomfortable waiting at the front hostess table. Watch out for the people leaving and exiting the restaurant if you happen to go inside. As for the food, I ordered the gnocchi tartufo. This dish had great flavours with the mushrooms and creamy sauce. It has a lot of potential, however the gnocchi itself was over cooked and mushy. It tasted a bit like mashed potatoes. The baby kale main Caesar salad seemed like it didn't have the freshest leaves (wasn't crisp and weird aftertaste) and a very fishy anchovy taste in the dressing. I didn't enjoy this at all. Especially for the price I paid for this salad, it was even more disappointing. It definitely didn't hit the spot for a nice fresh Caesar salad. The fried chicken sandwich was very tasty, I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. The chicken was juicy with an excellent crunch to it. All the ingredients worked very well together. Overall, I was disappointed with Culcaccino. There is a lot of potential but the quality and consistency needs to be there. The 4.4 stars on google reviews set high expectations for me. It seems like this is another very average restaurant with high reviews simply because it is in Burlington. As someone who has travelled around and sampled many different restaurants, personally I feel 3 stars is a more accurate rating.

Interesting new spot on Burlington's main street. Unique rotunda interior with high beamed ceiling, round bar and interesting views and seating options. Decent pizza variety, bevy of craft beers to indulge. Friendly and helpful staff, we'll come again!

What to say about this fabulous establishment!?! A beautiful restaurant with a great hip/romantic/fun atmosphere and delicious food... Culaccino is easily the greatest restaurant of its kind in the area. And the winning doesn’t stop with the food and great service! With over 150 different beers, this place is also a beer lover’s dream. There are cozy tables and even more private room for larger dining groups. The bar in the restaurant is super unique. It’s shaped like a horseshoe, so even if you come in alone, you end up leaving with new friends. It’s just that kind of vibe. The service is always consistent, efficient, and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to make sure guests needs are met. CJ and Braden tend the bar on the regular and it’s literally impossible to leave their care without a smile on your face. It’s no wonder that the restaurant has a large base of regular guests. Get ready for this place to be your new favourite!

Proves that LCBO has limited variety and not all independents can supply their demands nor bend to their monopolistic gouging of their minimal profits.

This is a very nice Restaurant, we went for lunch. Greeted by a very nice young man. Took a bit time to order lunch, but in all fairness, he was working by himself, bartender called in sick. We ordered drinks, I had a 6oz of Riesling wine, which I thought was over priced @ $14.00. My husband had a beer, that was $8.50 I don't drink beer,also not sure if this is a good price, but sounded a bit expensive. Anyway our lunch was very nice, kale salad, eggplant sandwich, and the truffle fries were really good. Also, my husband had the chicken sandwich, he enjoyed it Our service was good, the waiter was friendly, and very professional. I would come back here again.

November 1st 2017. Practically no one in the place should have given me an idea of what was to come. The place was absolutely freezing. When asked, I was told the furnace broke...so why stay open? One server helped us with drinks then disappeared. She went home and didn't tell anyone or us that she'd left. The bartender then said our server left and asked what we'd like. Gnocchi was good for my partner. ...special of duck pasta was sub par...a little tough but acceptable. Why use small bowls?. Ever heard of plates?? I always wanted to try this place...and I did. I won't be back and I figure this place won't last long. The menu needs to be expanded and a wine list needs to be broadened. Service again lacking in places is killing restaurants. Why aren't owners and management seeing this and taking action?

This is one of my favourite places in Burlington. The food is always amazing. There are always great vegetarian options and the menu seems to change seasonally which is lovely. Hubbie LOVES the meat dishes - and the pizza! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The atmosphere is really relaxing but chic. The decor is really gorge as well- warm colours and wood on the bar with really cool lighting at night. The round shape of the building with all of the windows fills the big round room with light during the day. The setup is nice as there are booths and tables and you can even eat in the old bank vault! Jared, the manager/owner is incredibly knowledgeable about beers and is constantly bringing new beer that he sources from all over! I've tried the most amazing beers here at his recommendation. I'd recommend Culaccino for date night, dinner, lunch or even parties. It's one of the best, most unique spots in our Downtown. The rest of the staff always seem welcoming and lovely. I've never had a bad experience.

I would love to rate the customer service here but I really can't because we never actually had anyone attend to.our table! On a Thursday evening, with very few customers in the actual restaurant, we were seated at a four person table. It was just my husband and myself. A nice server came by and brought us our drinks as told us another sever would be actually attending to us for the night. 25 mins later not a single server came by. Who we assumed was our server attended to three other tables next to us but walked by us every single time. I've never had such terrible service before. Never going here again, you've lost a true customer.

Culaccino is relatively new, and has a lot of potential. We experienced exceptional service - if there were separate ratings for service they would get 5 stars based on our visit. We shared an order of arancini and a couple of their pizzas and they were pretty good, but we all left wishing we tried some of their other menu items. The restaurant itself is quite nice inside, and a very comfortable place to share a meal with friends. Excellent bar selection as well. We will be interested in coming back and trying some of their other dishes

Awesome beer list and a burger to die for! The picture is of Jaye one of the winsome servers. They know the staggering beer list cold. A family owned and run bar by experienced beer people- just ask Mark the father who will greet you at the door. Son Jared is the owner who rivals Dwayne Johnson's muscularity ( football player) and his sister Tess who always has a smile and is utterly pleasant and convivial. But it is just not beer that attracts me. It is a unique and superbly prepared menu. Culaccino is an outstanding venue. ( Culaccino, by the way, is Italian for the watermark left by a sweating beer glass).

I have been to Culaccino twice and was beyond impressed both times. Started off with the sweet nuts, addictive! My short rib sandwich was excellent as were my friend's mussels, our plates were wiped clean. Fried chicken was outstanding (wish I had more than my husband's allowed taste of his order) and my gnocchi was delicious. I loved the beer selection, especially the Milk Chocolate Stout. We have a baby at home and have also had takeout on a date night without a babysitter and were equally impressed with the food as takeout! The only thing better than the food was the five star service - CJ was fantastic!

Beautiful interior. Great for casual lunch or premium casual dinner dining. Amazing spot for beer lovers with 50+ beer options on the menu. Service was prompt despite it being busy, and the gentleman serving us was lovely and took the time to educate us on beer options. He also had perfect timing and knew just the right moments to come over and serve us. We came here for a casual valentines lunch and enjoyed the mussels and the best fried chicken we've ever eaten and will return for future occasions!

First time visiting Culaccino and was very impressed! Had the truffle fries, Brussel sprouts and cauliflower to start - all of them amazing! Pizzas and salads for main, very good as well. Really spacious patio with a good vibe, right on Brant so it's a little loud from the street traffic but overall a great time.

It was a few weeks ago that my husband and I tried this restaurant. It was a beautiful night for a patio and thought we'd try a new place. Our server was wonderful and my husband was thrilled with the selection of craft beers. I never thought I would order fried chicken in a restaurant but at the staff's recommendation I tried it. My husband ordered a pizza and we shared. The pizza was great but the fried chicken was so amazing that we are still talking about it. We will definitely go back. This location has been unlucky for a number of good restaurants so I wish them all the best. I can't wait to try the pasta that someone else wrote about!

Pizzas “homemade” what does it mean? Crust was good when hot but after a while it talking became really hard. Poor quality ingredients! Looked at the kitchen when I went to the washroom, having seen it before I wouldn’t have ate there!! Service was good tho that’s too bad!

I could sit on this patio and never leave while enjoying a glass of wine or a pint of beer. The selection is huge! The food is incredible, I think this is the only place in the world where I will make an active and willing decision to eat brussel sprouts! They are so good, even if you don't like brussel sprouts - trust me - try them! Their fried chicken is so juicy, the breading is delicious and the aioli is the yummiest to dip in. Their truffle fries are also delicious and both dips cause me an existential crisis as I literally can't chose which one is my favourite dip!

Rating is mostly because of the venue & ambiance. Unique restaurant...in a round building...its small & cozy. I had the "homemade pasta" in a seafood linguini and I was totally disappointed. It was SO BLAND and the lobster was TOUGH. I will go there again and try something else because our appetizers were very good and the place was packed so something must be good besides the appetizers. I was also sitting on a bench along the window and unfortunately had a heater right under my seat....way too hot...it was going none stop as it was very cold outside.

I have been to this location several times with success. Food is good. The service I received was very poor. In the winter months this restaurant shrinks in size with no patio. I was entertaining clients. Our group was a table of four. The table we were married there sat at accommodates well for a child. No room to enjoy your food. I asked several times to be replocated. Every time i had asked the told me the table was reserved. Some of these reservations were over 2 hours away. Treated our table like garbage. We finished our meal at another restaurant. The hostess looked like she was twelve years old. Do not go here. Poor customer service

Delicious food if you are a vegetarian - had the gnocchi tartufo which was UNREAL so good, the Brussels sprouts which was delicious and the tiramisu, all 5 stars. Awesome vibe. Very friendly staff. Make a reservation online before you go.

We came here for the first time about a year ago and really enjoyed our meal. We shared a salad, the fried chicken, and fries. Since then we have ordered the chicken twice more and have been disappointed both times. Every piece is dark meat and the quality seems to have decreased. Pizza was also underwhelming. Not sure I will return.

A new restaurant in Burlington on Brant Street. A tapas style menu with good value. We we're there for lunch and shared 2 pizza's, muscles, and the fried chicken between 4 of is. They have an extensive selection of different beers perhaps trying to carve out a niche. The beer menu didn't do much for me and maybe having a tasting flight option would help. Overall it was a good restaurant, nothing special but nice to enjoy a meal at a new restaurant. Hopefully it can survive in that location.

My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant through a friend earlier this year. We went here tonight for a dinner date and the food and drinks were delicious. We ordered grilled octopus for the appetizer and both got the carbonara pasta. I had cheesecake and he had tiramisu (huge portion of it) for dessert. So good. Perfect for a special night out with your boo. Total came to about $128 for two of us so it’s a little pricey depending on how much food and drinks you get. But it’s worth it :)

A little hesitant going into any new place that opens up, even ones that have been around for a while. My buddy convinces me to go try this place call Culaccino and wasn't sure about what to expect. First off I have to say that service is not lacking, very inviting and rapport created. I had the Seafood linguini and must say I was surprised at how good this dish turned out. Hand made pasta, everything cooked well and seasoned just right. Definitely coming back!

If I could rate with more stars, I would. This was a hidden gem that I will continue to go to moving forward. Homemade ketchup, pasta, hot sauce I mean what isn't homemade here?!! Casual Italian place with an upscale look and feel. Food was really good! We actually went twice in one day! An unbelievable list of local and imported craft beers. Service was on point... by everyone there. Really attentive and genuine. Only thing was that the servers could use some help on the pronunciation of Italian menu items. Its not a bad place, there are some delicious appetizers - a few of them are almost reasonable prices. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was a bit blah, the beer nuts with cajun spice (good) and gnocchi which was the best thing we ordered. Location has potential to be a great spot but the food was mostly underwhelming, with a disproportionate price tag. Waited around an hour and a half for appetizers, legitimately got rained on for about 10 minutes without being relocated, and after finally making it inside we got told that we had to vacate the table in 10 minutes as they had reservations coming (we had not even had our food yet). Another party left thankfully so we could actually stay for our dinner. Food was average, nothing worth waiting that long for. However the staff was the nicest I think I have ever encountered. (The 2 stars are for the staff, the restaurant didn't deserve any in my opinion).

Had lunch there for the first time today and it was excellent. Just a burger but one of the best burgers I have ever had. Side salad was fresh and dressed perfectly. The Caesar (drink) was made exactly how I like it as well. I would go back. Very cool atmosphere as well.

Great food and atmosphere! Can be a little loud in the main part of the restaurant, but our group had reserved "the vault" which was a private room off the main part of the restaurant. The building used to be a bank, so it was indeed "the vault". Made for an interesting atmosphere. Food was excellent and good sized portions. Would go back again without question.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch at Culaccino’s today. The food was outstanding!! The Brussels Sprouts are “to die for”...tried my best to get that recipe! We also shared the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and the Kale Caesar Salad, both of which were AMAZING! The cappuccino was a lovely way to finish the meal (their coffee is top notch). We were both way too full for dessert...the portions are generous! Our server was friendly and went out of her way to make a special drink which my friend asked for when we arrived in from the cold. It’s always nice to go back here...summer on the patio...or winter where it’s cozy inside. Thanks for a memorable meal and experience!

We visited last Sunday and weren’t impressed. The service was great but did not make up for the expensive and small portions. For 18$ I was expecting more than 5 slices of tomato and thin mozzarella for the Caprese salad. The truffle fries were also lacking truffle flavour. They tasted like regular fries with Parmesan. The aoli on the side tasted like regular mayonnaise.The calamari was good but not enough to bring us back. The beer list is impressive and Sangria was strong.

We were all very happy with the meal. And very friendly service. Accommodating as well, this place can be loud but found us the quietest corner as my father in law has a bit of difficulty hearing and he was just fine. Enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and hubby had the had chicken. Both very good. Fresh pasta was tasty. Salted Caramel creme brulee was on the house for my husband birthday and was soooo good!

Just finished eating here as a party of 2. Forgotten from the moment we arrived. Overpriced food and drinks. Didn't have basic bar drinks. Loooong wait for our food. When I asked for a refill on my drink it never arrived. While waiting for our bill we watched our waiter chat with the wait staff and do everything other than tend to us. Won't be back.

First off, we love Culaccino, especially the Fried Chicken Board, the Craft Beer Selection, the Service is usually really good, the atmosphere, one of our favorite spots. But...I have to say, we were in this past sunday afternoon for lunch, looked to be a new menu. We tried the Beef dip, both my wife and myself. It was awful....the beef was dried out and tasteless, some pickled veg that were a fail. My wife couldn't eat hers, I ate mine as I was starving but it was terrible. The server was great, he took off my wife's off of the bill, but I didn't have the heart to say how bad it was. We will come back again soon, and we will keep coming back, but you may want to change or take off this item off of your menu.
