We love going to Boston Pizza! We go most Tuesdays for date night. We do dinner and a movie. Staff is friendly,the place is cheerful and clean. Reasonable prices. I would like to see more choices on the menu. Sometimes you just need something different. We recommend this place to everyone.

This place enjoys amazing popularity in this town and I'm always surprised at how busy it is. The menu is OK, and they do stock the local craft beer, but it's quite expensive and not the greatest value for money.; clearly there's something that the usually conservative folk of Chatham like. Maybe it's the wait staff, who are always great. As with other chain restaurants, the owners could do with adding a couple of vegan options on the menu, and not just salad. Wake up to the vegan revolution and you'll be even more popular.

Just to be clear, know on good authority that any issues posted here are from previous management. Travel to Cranny often for work and the service is top notch and BP's Bacon Double Cheeseburger Pizza and Coors Light on tap is as good as any restaurant around. Enjoy anytime!

Overall, the dining experience here was satisfying! The staff was friendly, timely, and greatly efficient despite the waitress being responsible for serving the entire floor (kudos to Janette!). The Caesar salad was zesty and the spaghetti portions were larger than the U.S. national debt. Would recommend to anyone looking to give their taste buds & stomach a sweet ride.

Nice comfortable place and service is good. However my order is often incorrect. Seems to be communication problem between waitress / waiter and kitchen. I have come to expect but I am not a regular. Perhaps just bad luck. Good to get out of heat or cold and they do have Wi-Fi.

Food was good, although it did not come as it was ordered. Server was completely unattentive, and had zero interest in our table until it was time to pay. It was not busy, maybe 5 or 6 servers for about 15 tables. Not once during our meal did she attend the table. The table next to ours had issues with her too, she had a friend sitting in the other direction of us who was well served and at 1 point she sat down with. Maybe if we would have had a different server it would have been a delightful meal, but alas it was not. I asked to speak with a manager and none ever showed up.

One of those few times when the meal comes out looking as great and delicious as the picture on the specials menu! I had the chicken dill burger with salad. It was fantastic! The cook even came out to serve them to us which I think is great. Courtney B was our server and she was on top of everything. Our food only tool about 2/3s of a drink to be ready and it was decently busy when we went. I would definitely go back to this BPs.

Went in on the evening of sept 11 to treat my wife to our anniversary dinner. After about five minutes a guy (maybe the manager, not sure, he never introduced himself) came to tell us it would be a bit of a wait. I asked how long of a wait ? Before I finished asking this question a waitress came and said something to him and he turned and left us standing there. Well that was a bit rude I thought, but we sat and waited for him, or anyone, to seat us or at least tell us how long it would be. A waiter came and helped some customers with takeout orders, but never addressed us sitting there. Two other couples came in, were never addressed and gave up and left. After about 20 minutes, we gave up and went to Mr Mikes, where we were warmly welcomed, promptly seated and had a nice meal.

This is by far the best Boston Pizza I have been too. The server was fantastic, the coffee was hot and our meals were perfect ! The server check on us 3 times, took away the dirty dishes, refilled our coffee and asked if we wanted dessert. That's what gets you a 25% tip ! Keep up the good work Chatham, we will be back:)

They have stepped up their game to exceed COVID-19 cleanliness requirements, Masks for all employees and continuous sanitizing. Great idea having menus stuck to tables so they are sanitized with the table Food is always predictable and spiced just right, beer is always cold Love the parking lot patio, hopefully this progresses with heaters and a solid roof in their patio area to extend outdoor atmosphere late into the fall like they do in Europe.

completely sick and tired of this boston pizza location their is a montanas accross the street don’t bother wasting your time and money here. I work here regularly and it seems every time i come to boston pizza here theirs no food left no specals available i guess the food truck doesn’t make it to brooks very often. Why bother advertising specials or food you can’t serve. Everything is frozen and reheated anyways get bigger freezers or order more food its not rocket appliances.

I popped in after the lunch rush. Service was slow, even though the place was virtually empty. I ordered what I consider to be expensive wings, and got the lowest grade, anorexic appendages ever. The two flavors I ordered tasted largely the same - honey garlic and Thai something. A few wings into the meal, I found a very long blonde hair snaking it's way through my fare. The bartender disappeared for quite awhile. I ended up walking into the kitchen looking for the boss. They nullified my bill, and I walked out. I was there for an hour and a half.

Went in on a monday afternoon at 2:30 bar side wasent overly busy. Grabed a seat by the window. Took her about 10 mins to grab our food order but had stopped by to drop off water atleast. We ordered and about 30 mins goes by still no food. This seems exessive as we had ordered a chicken ceaser and bandera bread. We were in the resteruant for over 45 mins in total with no food. When I went to tell them not to bother I was told the order had been in the system for 20 mins. Ok so she forgot to put the order in..... 20 mins is still a long time for salad and a appy. I told her not to bother and as we had only had water I said cancel the order. Overall they were either extreemly short staffed ( alothough it wasent packed just steady) ,the server was new or because we weren't drinking we were not a priority. Either way wont be back.

I'm not normally negative when I write reviews, but unfortunately there was little to enjoy on our visit to Boston Pizza. We haven't been in a while and wanted to try some of their appetizers. We tried the Thai Bites and the Cactus cut nachos. The Thai bites were tasty but that was about the extent of what was good. The Cactus Cut Nachos were very disappointing. About half the size of what you see on the commercials and at best they were warm. Considering the cheese hardly melted and the portion size for the price there was little to like. The Spicy Perogy pizza is one of our favorites and again BP let us down. The pizza was cold as the cheese didn't melt and the spicy kick was no longer there. Sadly this will probably be our last visit to BP.

October 17, 2020 Boston Pizza Chatham A friend of mine took me out for my birthday, knowing that I have severe allergies she called ahead of time. Upon arrival, The staff we all prepare and well informed. It was inspiring to see the whole team on that shift working together. The staff took extreme measures to ensure the health and safety of my wellbeing. Making sure there was no cross-contamination. The server, I wish I could remember her name was an absolute angel; she was so empathic and went above and beyond her expectations. After speaking with a family member that is a GM of a few restaurants, She would hire her in a heartbeat! Truly amazing to see such a professional and caring staff. Great Job Boston Pizza of Chatham. I will be recommending my friends and colleges. Thank you to the kitchen staff who sometimes unrecognized, you are amazing!

The food is overpriced. 2 people, for 71 dollars makes us think we could have gone to a higher end restaurant for a 4 course meal. I understand Chatham likes its Boston Pizza, but to me the price does not ring true, with what the full experience could have matched. Suggestions would be, remove the extensively robust menu, and attempt a breakdown of prices that match similar restaurants. Half the price, will get you similar and satisfying results. The service was extremely quick, and we were grateful to the attentive service. Thank you for double checking on our order as well.

Went for dinner to celebrate my oldest girls acceptance to University. 3 of our family members got our meals but the oldest did not. Waited 15 minutes hoping her meal would come but when it hadn't arrived went to speak to a manager. After telling the manager the issue we waited another 5 minutes only to find out the meal hadn't even been started yet because it hadn't been rang in. Do your self a favor and don't bother going in. Manager that came to the table was apologetic and said they could make something quick but clearly that's not the truth cause the couldn't get my daughters order right. Plus my wife's steak was raw when she ordered medium and the potatoes tasted like they came from the microwave.

Since my all previous order it’s not at all correct,each time some toppings missing even telling again and again it’s repeating not taking care of it,no apology no regret and not accepting their mistake and blaming that there is something wrong with online order, even when I make them see my online order they do not accept and telling we don’t know the reason, total unsatisfied answer.If they have some technical issue with online order they should address it but not doing any effort and doing same mistake again and again. And one of the manager was telling it’s not their fault and she did not know anything about online order. If this is the answer from manager then don’t know what to expect from them. I m spending my money on food clearly mentioning In special instruction column , not taking care of it. I am really looking forward to take some quick step to tech dept if there is something wrong in online order because in my email confirmation it shows all my toppings but can not see on my pizza, high time now. Good atmosphere and clean. The place has a trendy updated decor. Servers was professional and well kept in uniform. The pub side is a bit noisier butvwithout children. The restaurant side has booth and tables but good privacy. The food is good but portions per $ isn't great. The sante fe chicken is fine but I miss the chicken Alfredo Stromboli and even the perogi Stromboli.

Ordered appetizer and meals, then proceeded to wait almost an hour for our meals as people around us sat down ordered, ate and left. Absolute worst experience ever!!! Ordered a tropical chicken with two orders of tai bites for delivery and when it arrived pizza was burnt, it wasn't even tropical chicken and on top they forgot an order of our tai bites. It's a Boston Pizza: Reliably good food, a good selection of beer at a reasonable price. I had a spicy chicken sandwich (who's exact name I forget, but it's the one with the jalapenos on it). I had a steak sandwich for $18. But I cannot eat wheat so I had fries and a salad instead of the garlic toast. It cost me $24 which I found ridiculous! The salad was not wonderful and the carrots in it had that old musty taste like they get if peeled and left to sit around for several days. I think I could have been given the option of a few slices of tomato or orange or celery sticks with no extra cost. I would have paid extra for gluten free toast but only hamburger buns were available and they are not very good.

My family enjoys going to Boston pizza for suppers. The beer is always freezing cold and the food comes out hot. The service is friendly and we have never had a problem. They even brought out a special dessert without even my asking for my daughter when I told them she was lactose intolerant. I just said she couldn't have the ice cream and left it at that. They brought her out a cookie and some gummy worms. So thoughtful.

Was in here last night for dinner with my girlfriend and had the worse service I've ever experienced. Got sat by the hostess and waited at least 10 minutes before a server came to take out drink order. It was about a half hour 45 minute wait for a poutine and a salad. My girlfriend ordered a regular Cesar salad but was brought a chicken Ceasar salad and when she said she didn't want the chicken the server that brought it out have us attitude and said can't you just eat it and we'll take it off the bill. After the server took the salad back to the kitchen we realized we had no cutlery! I had to get up and ask a different server to bring cutlery. Felt like we were being rushed out when the server asked if we wanted the bill while I'm still eating. Server seemed like when we were paying she was trying to be friendly while I was paying as if she was trying to get a tip out of us. Never happened. Safe to say that we won't be going there for a while now.

When I called I was told that we could not get what we wanted delivered because "It doesn't fit in the box properly and that can sometimes affect the quality". Least favourite boston pizza location I have been to, our food took over an hour, we recieved our appetizer after all of our food. The kids all got fries with their food, and they were very weirdly spicy even to adults. I waited more than 20 minutes to receive my bill after the dishes had been cleared. When I received my bill, I waited at the counter for another 5 minutes before someone came. When I said I was paying cash, he said, "Oh," and walked away. I asked to see a manager, and I just got excuses that it was "busy" (a Wednesday night), and the waitress was very defensive and argumentative in front of me and the manager. Pizza was overdone (badly so) pepperoni was so thin it was transparent, could not tell if there were mushroom added as they was a few specks that may have been mushrooms . There was about 1 1/2" of crust showing with no sauce or cheese and overall the topping was quite thin ... Very little cheese evident. Were we disappointed yes very much so. This is probably the worst-run restaurant I (or any of my colleagues) have ever been to. We were staying in Cranbrook for work for two weeks and decided to try Boston Pizza. Well... not only were they severely understaffed (thus we had to wait forever for everything as well as wander around the restaurant initially to find someone to seat us), but they messed up our initial order. I ordered chicken with my order and there was none that came with my meal. But because of the sauces and mushrooms, it was difficult to tell. No one could tell if there was chicken in it, so we asked our waitress - she said yes. After I finished the meal, she confessed that there was no actual chicken, she'd forgotten. She never apologized or anything. Then, she took two coca-cola orders off our bill, when I asked for my meal to be taken off instead because I didn't get what I ordered, she said she couldn't because I'd eaten the whole thing. What a joke! So I filed a complaint, and the owner offered a coupon in return. So we decided to try BP again, we got a good waitress. Except... it turned out the owner had never actually sent the coupon (she said she had). But our waitress was able to make it work so we were ok. So, in a rush, for a 3rd time we ordered delivery (our fault, right?) Except... they AGAIN FORGOT TO ADD CHICKEN!!! Not to mention, they only gave us two sets of cutlery for 4 people. Suffice to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLY RUN RESTAURANT!
