We had 2 beyond the meat bowls and they were large and tasty! The price was fair at under $10. Both the staff members that were working were friendly and the restaurant was clean. We were served quickly. We are happy there is an a vegetarian choice. It tasted a lot like beef and added a lot to the bowl over just getting vegetables. We will go back! One bowl is definitely big enough to fill you up! You might even have left overs.

The food is amazing, prices are decent, but the owner is absolutely the cheapest person I've ever seen. I watched a girl, who had never been there before, ordering her burrito, and when she was asked if she wanted cheese she says "yeah lots if cheese!" The owner literally stopped mid conversation with another customer to interrupt and ask if she wanted double cheese... like seriously... it's a couple extra cents... calm down... same thing happened to me she I started going there. I was asked if I wanted guac, said yeah lots of guac and they tried to charge me for double guacamole...

My checklist for awesome takeout: fresh food, good flavour, friendly staff, clean facilities. Quesada hits all of these out of the park! Taylor and her team are amazing at creating my perfect burrito every time. They told me they make their guac and salsa in house as well as all the meat and veg is cut up in house as well. The chicken quesadilla and fish tacos were good..this restaurant is one of the healthier options in the area. The staff weren't super friendly or helpful when we went in, but maybe we were the exception since all the other reviews have been good so far..nevertheless, I would recommend going there for a good meal.

Pretty bland tasting burrito. I also asked for hot sauce and he gave me white based habanero sauce, then I asked again if they had regular hot sauce, and he gave me chipotle sauce... pretty strange for a Mexican style place to not have your classic hot pepper sauce. Anyhow, not too impressed with the flavour overall. Won’t be returning.

Been to this chain before and I love it, but this place is something else. As the other reviews say, the owner is pretty cheap and when he asked for sauce, I literally couldn't even hear him, told him to repeat, and it was like I just told him to go clean the washrooms with a toothbrush. You could see the attitude in his facial expressions and how many f**ks he gave. Pretty sure he treats his regulars nice, but new customers? Go somewhere else. He also screwed up the lid on the burrito bowl and his employee was wondering if he should throw it out or reuse it (probably because he's so cheap to afford more than 1 plastic lid to a customer). Beef was also severely overcooked to the point where 25% of it was inedible and could not be chewed. All in all, a bad experience, the bad reviews are definitely true about this place. Contacting customer support would also probably do nothing, it usually never does. STAY AWAY

Oh my goodness, I can't get enough of the quesadillas. They are so delicious. I love the flame grilled chicken one with tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos,corn, onions, hot salsa, sour cream, and their Chipotle sauce. So so so good! Sometimes I buy 2 quesadillas and put one in the fridge for the next day. I microwave it and it tastes just as good. I know it loses the crispness but it's still delicious. I think it's healthy food, I hope, so I'm glad to have this as a food treat. It's a bit pricey, but at least they give rewards so you eventually earn enough points to get one free. The service was good the last time I was there.

I feel sorry for the people who buy things from here thinking they're fresh. Meat is bagged, always tough. No fresher than subway. No training for the staff - I was interviewed and quit after the 4th day because the owners have never run a business serving food before. What a disaster. Ive only heard complaints from friends as well, so I'll stick with other food. Xaco Taco in Windsor should be here very soon.

Well, I have updated this now to 4 stars because I like that the business took notice and replied. I have yet to contact them, but probably will soon. I love their quesedillas, but when i went in today, the employee who made it, put so little meat in it and sprinkled barely any cheese on it. Did the owner just cheap out and tell his/her employees to use little meat and cheese? If that's the case, and they keep doing this, they will lose customers. It changes the whole taste of a quesedilla when there's barely any cheese. The employee was very polite tho. So that is good.

First let me tell you that the staff was the best and made us feel at ease straight away. The ordering process was quick, the selection fresh and the price spot on for what was ordered. One large vegetable burrito with beans and all the fixings on a whole wheat flat bread with a 21 oz large drink for u der $13. That burrito was so big and full that I definately ate my fill. One further word... EXCELLENT!

The fish tacos were fully loaded and tasted fresh. I also got the quesadillas which were made with the same fresh ingredients. The quac was well done and above all, the place was the cleanest quesada I've ever been to. The owner wasn't too cheerful seemingly but nothing the beautiful Spanish music couldn't fix.

Authentic Mexican restaurant experience. Young, knowledgeable and friendly staff are available and eager to please the customers. Sucks because they’re one of the only healthy fast food/ take out options in town and I saw two other cars drive by while writing this review. Nothing great about the food here. I have tried the flame grilled chicken and beyond meat burrito bowl so far and they were both bland. One of the workers (tanned built guy) is the absolute worst. I asked him to not put sauce and lettuce on my bowl and he did the exact opposite. I could tell he could not hear me much while he was making my bowl. However, he didnt even make an effort to ask me for clarification. Additionally, he had a lot of attitude for God knows what. Sadly, the only burrito place in Brockville. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quality of beef is low. Appeared to have been precooked and packaged then reheated in the microwave. When I asked for the veggies (which were a few cut peppers with onions) I was told it would be an extra $1. Server was impatient and boarder line rude.

I wish I could give this a better rating! I had Quesada in Mississauga and absolutely loved it, so the chain itself can't be that bad. I visited the one in Chatham after hearing glowing reviews, and I was delighted to find that I was the only person in line! Except then I waited. And waited. Annnnnd waited while two female employees chatted. After a three or four minutes they had a conversation about who had to serve me, as though I weren't there. When I finally did get served, she stopped midway through and began another task, and had to be reminded by the other lady to finish up with me... which she didnt. As she was adding things to my bowl, she continued her conversation with the other employee and asked me the same question two or three times because she wasn't paying attention. The male employee on duty finished my bowl and rang me out (he was very friendly and the first time I didn't feel invisible), after I had been in the otherwise empty restaurant for around ten minutes. Bad service doesn't earn one star from me - add in the fact that after a four minute drive home, my food was mostly cold and the steak was as tough as rubber and tasted like bologna... yeah, that seals the deal.

I love quesada. This location is great. I have some issues with order accuracy when I order online on Fridays though. Edit: second Friday I order. Employees can't follow directions I asked for extra toppings and they put a small amount on.

Love the food but Staff was rude and dismissive, this is the second time this has happened to us. My husband and I used the coupon we have and again the staff did not know about it and again treated us like we were trying to pull a fast one on them, like we were second class citizens, like it is our fault that they didn't know about the coupon. I would ask a question and they will just look at me and when I said "can you please answer my question instead of just looking at me? The other person chimes in and says that "She's trying to figure out the answer to your question!" Like, was I supposed to just keep repeating the question. They were in a hurry to put the toppings on the that they started putting corn(again), and had to fish it out, so hopefully this time I don't get an allergic reaction from it.

Used to be good....They’re getting very stingy on the good stuff when you get a bowl. They put more on the burrito then the bowls! I paid 11$ for a vege bowl - no meat. They put probably 2 tablespoons of refried beans and sprinkled some black beans on top of the rice. Pathetic.. quesada needs to take some tips from chipotle.

The quality of the food served here is will above par compared to competing restaurants like subway or Quiznos. Unlike subway and Quiznos, they use 100% real chicken instead of "cutting" it with up to 50% soy. The lettuce served isn't yellow and wilted, the selection of fresh vegetables is noteworthy, their sauce game is on point, and compared to what subway charges and gives its customers in return, the foods basically free. I didn't think I even liked Mexican food until i ate here. Definitely eating here regularly

Bought a large burrito for $15 + delivery, and it is the size of the palm of my hand. I called the store because I thought they accidentally sent a small, and she said that it is a large and it is just rolled tight. I am super disappointed and I told the manager. She didn't seem to care or even want to investigate my claim. I highly do not recommend. If this is a large, it is definitely not worth your money.

I wish I could give 5 stars because the food is delicious and fresh and blows any taco bell or Chipotle restaurant away, but the service is very bad here(at least in the late evenings). If I was rating the service, it would be a one star. There is a female employee who I have been served by on three different nights that I went in. Each time she is very vocal complaining about how customers are still coming in. She tells the other female employee "I hope no one else comes in tonight". And this is at 1/2 before close. Still plenty of time to slip toppings together in tortilla shells. She seems to hate her job. She wasn't rude to me, but to the lady she served just before me. The customer was so nice to her yet she was rolling her eyes at her when she asked a question. The customer still remained very polite throughout. I felt so bad for the customer. Anyway, I dont understand why companies continue to create their own failures by hiring lackadasical employees who sit there and complain about the time, when they are getting paid all the hours they are there.

Service is painfully slow. During the lunch hours you need to have 1 making, 2 building and 1 doing cash. I've gone 3 times at lunch now and every time takes between 15-20 minutes with only 3-4 people ordering. Brutal.

Food was okay but customer service was terrible. The two young girls serving me were very unprofessional and quite rude. It was very clear that laziness prevailed over customer service. As my first experience eating there I had a few questions to which I had very limited response mixed with attitude and eye-rolling. Watched as one of them scraped the remaining chicken from one container into a fuller one, dropping some chicken onto the counter and then picking it up an THROWING IT INTO THE FULL CONTAINER OF FRESH CHICKEN- FOOD HANDLING BREACH 101... Can't say anything bad about the food because it is good most the time. Just make sure you have like 20 bucks per person to eat there. And if you want to work there don't I did. The other staff is great and helpful and so can be the owners at times. They don't care about anything but getting money even told me that. I told them when they hired me that I have no car and I need hours on bus times but could do the odd time off bus times. It is 25 bucks one way in a cab so you can understand why I couldn't do it all the time. Did they care? NOPE. As to no falt of my own I was late twice do to bus being behind. Now I leave for bus where I get to work between 30 and 40 min before my shift. So it was not a continuous thing and both the times I was late as 5min then 15 and I called to let them know. Never did I not no show. Then my oldest of 3 kids all under 6 had an appointment in London at 10am and I had to be at work for 5pm so I knew I would be fine as anyone would. However well in London of all things my friends transmission went. I tried everything I could to get back. Long story short was I had to take the train home. The train next train home did not leave London till 8pm which was the end of my shift. So shoot I would not make it. Unable to make a LD call out I texted my boss's cell. The next day I went in I was fired. Said they never got a text and even was high and mighty to show me the phone with no text from me. Now how easy is it to just delete a text and say oops never got one. So a month before Christmas they fire me. So much for Christmas kids Daddy did not make hiss boss enough money so now we have no money. So in conclusion good food but cost a heck of a lot, and if you wanna work there Don't.

Very very poor service. The female employee with glasses and ponytail on Match 20,2020 at about 7:40 pm was not at all curious. She argued with me because i wanted her to close my transaction after i piad. She complained about having to take her gloves off. There were no other customers in there. There is a global pandemic and i took a bit of a risk buying food here and she was rude to me. Gave me really bad attitude. No understanding of the situation at all. I will not be back after i use the points i already have. Also she barely put any chicken on both of our quesadillas.

We ordered a bean bowl and a ground beef bowl on May 25th. Both were large portions and contained a variety of veggies, including beans and rice, cheese as well. We found them excellent, refreshing and light. Extremely delicious, healthy food!

Food was meh. Service was slow. Service is sloooooooow. I went when there were 6 customers in front of me. I left the store, with my food, a full 34 minutes later. When I got back to my place and opened my burrito, it was a misshapen mess that started leaking and falling apart, almost immediately. Flavour was bland. I got the hot sauce and it may as well have been mayo. None of the toppings had any flavour so they must've been old, or something. Won't be going back.

This is an excellent restaurant with excellent service. The owners are friendly and the food is exceptional for a franchise. Their portions are excellent. Don't necessarily believe all the photos you see that people post about negative experiences..... their portions and their ingredients are spot on.

Quesada is the best company for burritos in Canada. Brockville store is worst place ever to eat. Since they have not seen competition like big cities they charge extra for everything. The owner is shouting to their employees. One of her employee told they are serving expired food by removing labels. I talked to owner. The owner will also give you free burrito for writing reviews. In total bad food and bad customer service.

Extremely disappointed and will never go back after this evenings experience at Quesada. I am a very frequent customer, spending $40 or more a week with my family here. I have been going since it opened. Well this evening Sami told me that I could only have the amount of sour cream that they suggest. He called it a "portion" and another strip would cost me extra. I proceeded to ask where on the menu it states that. He could not provide me with an answer. I have never been charged before for the amount of sauce on my burrito. He never offered an explanation nor an apology. I left the store frustrated and upset that I was never informed of this charge since the store opened. My 4 year old daughter who loves the kids menu cried all the way home because she didn't get her burrito in light of the new charges. Guess I will spend my money at Subway. Thanks a lot Sami!

Went to the store last week. The owner was so rude. I constantly asked if I can get tacos and he still made me a burrito. I told him I wanted taco at the very beginning. They completely messed up our order, we paid for 2 spicy chicken burrito bowls and only got chicken on one of them, we ordered a large burrito and got a regular, and they forgot the sauce on the side (that we paid for). When I called, the man argued with me saying they didn't mess up but if we wanted to go to the store, they'd redo the one bowl, but we ordered delivery. Awful customer service and we paid for things we never even received. Save your money.

Everytime I go to quesada the woman with the glasses is always so rude to me. She's never nice. She gave me a tiny scoop of chicken on my burrito too. I asked for extra paprika sauce and she informed me that she couldn't give me any extra then brought out another bottle. If this attitude continues I will never go back to this quedada location again. I don't recommend it.

I've been coming here a few times a week, and Sammy and Jess, are always cheerful and happy. Awesome customer service. And they make an awesome burrito. Great portions. I definitely recommend Quesada.
