Don't let the decor keep you away. The food here is straight forward great! Nothing fancy but real good. The pizza and souvlaki were great. If you want good basic food at reasonable prices and good experienced servers stop in. You won't be disappointed!

Went as a last minute Valentine's Day supper. They were all decorated and dressed for the day. The portions were huge and the food was much better than I expected. We had leftovers and they were just as good the next day. The pies are so good!

I ordered a small Canadian pizza which cost $16.90. The size was regular small and I found the price much too expensive as the ingredients were not fresh, not real bacon and mediocre pepperoni pieces with processed tiny pieces of mushroom. The taste was alright but I would not spend the money again. Dipping sauce was the Heinz garlic which tastes like mayonnaise. Server who I picked up the order from seemed overwhelmed and not friendly

A dimly lit restaurant with mediocre service, mediocre pizza, and sad pasta. The pizza toppings didn't stay on the pizza, and the dough was bland the pasta arrived with a dirty reddish brown hue, reminicent of frozen sauce, rather than the fresh bright red you would expect. A large dining room is accompanied by a single stall washroom for males, and a single stall for females. A row of 9 chairs for waiting in line is provided outside of the washrooms. No change tables are provided at this supposedly family friendly place. Wouldn't recommend stopping here, and I definitely won't be coming again.

Some people would say "what do you expect from a small town restaurant along the side of the highway?" Even with expectations that were not very high, this place still only gets a 1 star for food quality and service. We ordered a large Luna's special pizza which was expensive, fresh, but lackluster. Dominoes pizza is better by far and it's a chain. The penne with meat sauce is a small plate that is airplane economy class worthy food. Pasta definitely not al dente, the meatsauce lacks meats and as another reviewer phrased it "tastes like chef boyardees". When one usually asks about the size of a pizza, the answer one would expect would be given in a measurable unit such as inches or centimetres describing the diameter. However, when the questioned was asked, the answer was given "like a usual large size pizza" "it has 8 slices". There are many sizes of pizzas, and a restaurant size may differ from a franchise store pizza. More shockingly was the service. Generally small towns have the friendliest waitresses, and where a restaurant may lack in food quality, they make up with friendly service. When asking for more water (as the glass was empty most of the meal) the waitress rudely cut me off and told me she needed to get drinks for the other table before she could do anything else. No "excuse me" no "please give me a moment" just jaw dropping cold and rude. We were hungry from a long drive but could not finish more than half the pasta as it was not very palatable. Left the restaurant not completely full and with a stomach ache.

My family and I (7 people altogether) came to Luna recently, after we received poor customer service at a new restaurant nearby. Though we did not have a reservation for seven people, we were given a table in a big room at the back end of the restaurant. We had the room to ourselves, the service and the food were excellent, we could chat and hear ourselves, and it was the best dining experience I ever had. I had the Garlic, Cheese, and Bacon Bread, and the Chicken Caesar Wrap. The food and service at Luna have always been exceptional, and this experience was the best I ever had. And, it was my birthday. Thank you to everyone at Luna!

Pasta Tuesday's is something my friends and family always look forward to. We have been eating here since I was a teenager, it has yet to disappoint in providing my order. If you are in Brockville, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!! It is outstanding in all aspects from quality of the food to the table service! The staff are optimistic, friendly and helpful. As well as that, there were several vegetarian options which was convenient. The food came within a short proximity of time and we thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. The taste and flavor of the food was unique and far better in comparison to other restaurants. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s vast variety of drinks! Prices are very reasonable and I would definitely visit again!

I always find the food here to be delicious and savory. I typically order the baked spaghetti with cheese. The spaghetti is always firm and never soggy. I do find that they skimp on sauce and I usually get extra on the side, which unfortunately I find the rip off- $4.50 for a very small cup of meat sauce. The servers I find appear to be burnt out, they usually resolve issues quickly when you do have them and are accommodating to customers. The interior is quite dark and although has more of an older Victorian feel to it, can be a bit outdated for some people's taste. I have also had the souvlaki, lasagna, French onion soup and all were very delicious! Overall I would return and really do enjoy the food. I do find when you get extras on the side they are quite overpriced but you do get ample food for the cost.

All I can comment on is the OUTSTANDING customer service. I ordered a pizza over the phone from Europe to be sent to my dad for his birthday. Nick and his staff were ready to help and make it happen. Not only did they deliver outside their usual domain, but they also wrote a long birthday message on the box for me, that would have taken someone a notable amount of time! We had a limited amount of time for the phone call due to calling out of country, Nick was efficient, professional, and beyond helpful, while still being personable and friendly! They decorated the pizza with Happy Birthday made from the toppings and delivered it right to our door! I cannot say enough how grateful we are for their service and help. It is not every day you come across businesses who go out of their way to meet the customers' needs like this. Boy sure sounds like everyone is entirely satisfied with this restaurant. I'm not. The combination pizza I ordered had cheese and little else. Just enough to cover the fact that the only other thing in it was a crust. This is contemptible and an insult to the intelligence of the customer. If 'restaurateurs' (I use the word loosely are so interested in ripping people off they can make more money far easier by selling drugs on the street.

I'm very picky about my food and this is a favorite place of mine to eat when I'm in the area whether I'm alone or with the family. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly servers and I personally love the Italian Poutine and the Spaghetti. If you haven't eaten here yet you must, the food is just as good as home cooked, delicious and very satisfying. Stop in, you won't regret it.

It may be that this is the first restaurant we went out to with friends, but man the pizza was great (I mean great like George's from Sydney NS in the 80s) and the souvlaki was like the Mino's of old downtown Princess in Kingston. We will be back whenever we go to Brockville.

Came here for lunch, was seated then promptly ignored. No menus, no offer of water, not even a "hi, be with you in a minute". Got up after 15 minutes and walked out. Waitress walked past us and didn't say a word. Will not be back.

It was 20+ outside and we were the only customers there. They seated us directly under a heat vent that was turned on. I had to get up and cross the restaurant to ask the waitress for more water a few times.....the kids menu was a heaping plate of French fries and four small chicken nuggets that looked like dinosaurs for $9. My food lacked flavour and the vegetables weren't cooked through. Thoroughly disliked the entire experience and will not go back.
