Pretty good food in here, and good service as well. The food is pretty inconsistent though, I wouldn't expect the same thing twice in a row. I had a great chicken salad the first time i went, then the second time i had a bowl of salad dressing with a couple leaves in it. I wouldn't come here for drinks, though despite the fact that the nachos are massive, delicious and generous! Maybe it was a fluke but the beer we ordered was flat as a pancake. I would, and likely will be back. the prices are reasonable and quality is hit and miss but pretty good.

We went here with a hockey team of about 40 people on a Friday afternoon for lunch. They had us all finished in about an hour and a half which is better than most places when dealing with a large group. Food was good.

I’ve been here several times and the food and service always a great. My last visit was with my girlfriend, and as we sat at the bar there were 3 rude racist and drunk patrons. The lady tending bar was quick to intervene, refuse drinks, politely and professionally ask them to leave, which they did. Thanks for great service!

Food was great, and my previous review stated how I did enjoy the customer service here. However, this new low rating is because I was double charged for my order, and the best the manager of the restaurant could do is offer cash at the restaurant, although i paid with debit and after I stated that I live over 2 hours away. As a large corporation, I don’t think that was an acceptable resolution. I’ve continued to email and never received a response. Smh.

Good was pretty good, my wife's steak was pretty small for the price. One of the table staff brought extra spiced beans for our daughter which was a plus but our server was behind the entire time we were there. She never checked our appetizer course and we were almost finished our meal by the time she came to check on us in fact we got the bill at that point. Over all not terrible but the service was quite disappointing.

Had a great time. Portions big and plenty, amazing food, big waters. Only thing to note is the "Kelsey's smell" that's around at every Kelsey's, but it does not change the experience in the slightest. 5/5 I recommend strongly

I love the Sonoma valley salad. It is always amazing but the chef today did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed. Filling and delicious. The server was a delight and easy going. Friendly and fast service. She helped me find a quiet tucked away seat to work at while I ate. Excellent experience today. Thank you!

Great place to go when you’re not to sure where to go. Excellent variety of choices on the menu. The renovation turned out great there’s tons of seats and usually quite enough you can have a conversation with dinner. I’d highly recommend the fish and chips they are great, love the salt and vinegar crust.

It is the best food and service of any chain restaurant in the Region. We were extremely happy to be able to finally come back and enjoy the food and the service. Kaitlyn always takes really good care of us and knows exactly what we want. She is by far my favourite server of any place that I frequent.

Ordered Take-out for entire team: bagged up but I insisted on checking - discovered missing parts of 2 meals & previously requested utensils. Got back to work and found missing both caesar salad dressings, any spoons for soup, etc... Returned to restaurant and manager too busy. She asked that I get what I needed and she would call me later; which of course she never did (big surprise). Just bad experience. We spent 2 weeks at Cornwall site - team never ordered from them again.

Went here for a christmas party. They have updated the interior since I have been here last. Food was preordered by the business hosting the Christmas party. A variety of appetizers were served. They were all very good. The potato skins were a favourite as well as the variety of flatbreads.

On Oct 30/202 we went on a double date here, the service was excellent, no complaints there, however the food was not good! The steak was awful, 2 was ordered one well done (it was barely med done) one was med well done ( it was 1 min cooked blood running ) rib and wings were also ordered, ribs was dried and over baked, wings were dried out, pasta noodles were undercooked, and the vegetables were undercooked, don't know what happened in the kitchen on this evening, but something needs to be done, what are the chances of getting 4 meals that are all bad? The one star goes to the beautiful lady that served us well done. -thank you

Love the new look, it's been awhile but it looks more streamlined and clean...cleaning vacated tables more efficiently would help maintain the look. Service was slow for an off peak time, our food was great. Sloppy fish sandwich was a small portion, burger was amazing, fajita was good as always and the Asian chicken salad was good but should have come with dressing...overall an awesome dinner with the game in the background.

Been to Kelsey’s before but was visiting Cornwall and was disappointed in our meal. Food arrived not so hot. Wouldn’t doubt was sitting in back waiting to be brought out. Sever wasn’t too friendly either. My burger was dry and my girlfriends sandwich was mostly bread with not much filling. Definitely wouldn’t go back to this location again.

Don't order the pesto peppercorn burger. Something was just wrong with it. Not sure if it was bad pesto or just a disgusting combination of ingredients. Definitely not worth fifteen bucks. I very rarely leave bad reviews and very rarely find food that I don't like. But this burger was just plain bad.

Nice place but very slow service and in our experience the server forgot many basic things and we have to keep asking for it and wait long to get them. E.g. napkins, ketchup, water, plates to name a few. The stars are for the food quality otherwise i would have given less stars

Decent overall. Parking issue needs to be addressed though, as it's a little crazy how many vehicles have to park on the road, across the street, and in the Comfort Inn driveway. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which was pretty good considering how busy it was on a Thursday evening right around the dinner-rush time. Ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Garlic Twists to start, which were *delicious* and at our table within minutes of ordering. For our main course, we both ordered chicken fingers (one "naked" style and one chicken parmesan style) with the never frozen chip truck fries, and added a side of gravy. The chicken fingers were moist and flavourful, the fries were okay, but something was off with the gravy (had a very odd taste to it - glad we didn't pour it all over the fries). Aside from that, service was good, the pricing was a little high in our opinion for the quality of the food. But the $9.99 Two-Handed Sangria made the visit well worth it! Will likely be back, if only for the appetizers and alcoholic beverages. Haha.

We had a terrible, terrible experience here. There was a very young, rowdy and boisterous group seated next to us. From what we could see, the staff did nothing to ask the group to keep it down. In fact, we could see that the server (who also happened to be the bartender) was encouraging the group and continued to serve them drinks even though it was obvious that the group was getting louder and louder. It got to a point where we could barely hear ourselves speak. We decided to cut short what should've otherwise been a nice dinner. Very disappointed by the experience with the staff here. This experience made the place feel more like a run down club than a decent place you come to for dinner and drinks.

We waited for over an hour after being seated and all we ordered was appetizers hoping it would be quicker as we had our 1 year old son with us. It was super busy because of family day, so initially we were seated in a booth at the bar with a booster seat with absolutely no safety hardware...we had to request another table as it was unsafe for our son. We watched 3 tables who were seated after us receive their full entrees as we waited for our APPETIZERS...we just left hungry with our baby who is now way past his bedtime eating dinner I had to make when we got home which took even more time. Was planning on a nice family date night and ended up with chaos with a 1 year old in a busy restaurant and nothing but stress.

Very accommodating. We have booked last minute lunch for my son's hockey team and I was very impressed with the quick and friendly service. Location was understaffed, so in terms of wait times... It wasn’t great. Food was good! I got fish and chips and my partner got the Alfredo pasta. The last thing that wasn’t great was the fact that I was kinda pressured to give a thumbs up. When they gave me the debit machine, the person stated the machine will ask if we would recommend the restaurant and said they would love a thumbs up and watched me the whole time… honestly food was okay, but I don’t think I’ll go again.

Hubby took me for my birthday on Aug 22. Was fine in beginning. Had a drink and app. Then hubbys meal came. I waited and waited. Finally waitress comes over Shd said she didnt enter my meal. Just great. Said she would reorder no charge. By this time hubby meal is half done. When i got mine which didnt take long it was cold. I irdered chicken parm. Spaghetti was dry likeit had been sitting around. Chicken was burnt. I was so mad. Told her to take it back. Was so disappointed since it was my birthday dinner. Git free dessert. Whoppee. I i firmly believe the waitress took blame for kitchen. Wont go back.

Awesome! BH and I met his mom and her husband for Mother's Day lunch celebration. Mom loves the soup and salad combo (Tomato-Red Pepper soup is her favorite), hubby had nachos and BH and I had terrific salads with chicken. Service was excellent! Washrooms (the only true measure of an establishments cleanliness) were well maintained and the urinals looking like modified kegs were a fun touch. Eat here when you come to Midland.

This is an ok Kelseys. I came on a Friday night and it was semi busy. We sat in the bar and some of the booths in the bar were reserved which was odd. We ordered some nachos to start and then some entrees. Our nachos came out quick and were pretty good, but the entrees took like 30 minutes and were sub par. Our server was ok, not super friendly or anything. Just ok. One thing that kind of sucked was anytime someone opened the front door we got such a cold chill and it seemed to stick. Overall 3/5. As I said before, it’s an ok Kelseys.

10/14/19 had dinner here, worst service we've ever had at a Kelsey's. Our server was Kate, usually when your menus are closed it signifies that you are ready to order, we knew what we wanted before she asked what we wanted to drink, asked what our drink order was and before we could say anything else she was gone. Took 10 minutes just to get our drinks. A different server brought out our food and the only other time we saw Kate was when she came over right after the food was brought out and asked if everything was brought out ok. Never once asked us for refills on our drinks or how our meal was. I had chicken fajitas, and usually on the hot plate you have the chicken, sauteed onions and peppers and some places even give sauteed mushrooms, mine however was all onions. I would have complained to our server about it but as I said she never returned to our table.... WORST Kelsey's ever!!!!!

This restaurant has a great atmosphere. The servers are pretty good for the most part. Kelsey's always has a fantastic and unique menu, the biggest downfall of this location is that the kitchen has always poorly executed the menu items. This is not just from our experience in one visit. I have lived here all my life and this Kelsey's has always been that way. Whether it is undercooked fries, over cooked meat or flavour less sauces they can figure out a way to screw it up.

Twice went into Kelsey's for the 'amazeballs' appetizer and burger... Twice apologized to and told they were all out the item and 'nobody was able to make any for us.' Food that came out was bland, lacked seasoning, deemed 'spicy' on the menu, but a baby could eat it... Menu sounds great but food doesn't live up to the hype. Not even close. Would have given a 1 star review if not for the great serving staff who were so apologetic and offered a free appetizer due to our disappointment.

However, that was all that was nice the wait for our entrees was much longer than it should have been we had people get their food before us and what was worse was the bugs attacking our 11month old who was a trooper till he got really hungry and tired of waiting/ being eaten himself. Lastly, I didn't even get the garlic bread that I was charged for.... If it weren't for the waitresses this would be a 0* review things like this should NOT happen

Wife and i said we would never go back have been there several times long wait for food one time we actually got up and left so they remodeled the place and i had a gift certificate from christmas we both ordered 8 oz steak was improperly cooked for the way we ordered and the piece may have been 4 oz at best took 50 minutes to get it to us as well ordered mozzarella bread as appetizer it came fairly quick as well with a nice long hair yummy even our 7 year old son had a cheeseburger and fries he complained the fries did not taste right he was right i had a couple they may have been fish fries however the waitress had nearly a full section to work on her own she was fairly quick but no excuse for the kitchen staff

Very friendly server, she was great. We were seated in a booth right near the kitchen entrance. The guys in the kitchen were so loud it sounded like they were screaming at each other. Horrible. When I asked the waitress if we could move due to the noise she said yes, sorry but our guy is loud. I asked isn't there a Manager she said yes but the guy isn't yelling he's just naturally loud. That is unacceptable, the guy in the kitchen is ruining the customers experience, tell him to simply shut up! As for the food. The tomato sauce is not a sauce, it is crushed tomatoes only, no seasoning. Veggies were so overcooked they fell apart when I was trying to scoop them up. Chicken tasted good, but very small serving. Never again.

I went to Kelsey’s with my little brother, mom and dad. My little brother is a VERY picky eater and Ian hills made sure we had everything we needed, he went above and beyond to make sure Jackson was happy and made sure he had enough to eat. He made my bother and I feel so special. He made us slushees, with a sour key on top. Mine had more slushy in it and my brother got upset so Ian made sure my brother got a second sour key to make him happy. Kelsey’s is our favorite place because of Ian. Everytime were there he makes a point to greet us at the door if he can, if he can’t, he waved at us!

Just had the worst experience at this location. My husband myself and our 2 kids just went to celebrate our anniversary and the food was awful. The "tacos" on the kids menu? Fyi it's a burger cut up and mixed with tomato sauce, if that wasn't bad enough everything was cold and stale. We did complain and they took the tacos off the bill which was appreciated but honestly nothing else was warm or worth the money either. We will definitely not be back. Be warned nothing on that menu is worth the high price tag.

Very, very bad experience. Sept 18, 2021, I was at Oshawa Centre Kelseys for a birthday dinner. So we ordered drinks and I ordered a bottle of wine to be served with the main course. My drink slipped out of my hand and spilled onto the table. We had to clean it up ourselves, so we ended up eating on a sticky table. I request a drink replacement and had to pay for it. We got our main course without the wine. Then there was no birthday dessert. Spoke to the manager and he was in shock and only offered a free dessert to go. Not going back there for sure. BTW, the restaurant wasn't busy.

I went September 29th at 5 PM (reservation) with a group of 5. I had the Amazeball burger with onion rings and my partner had another burger (forget name sorry) with poutine. I was VERY disappointed. The burger mac and cheese patty was super small, in fact even meat patties....it was missing the bacon I asked for. My partners gravy didnt even melt the cheese somewhat...all our food was cold. We didnt bother mentioning it as my friends little infant got suddenly sick throwing up and we rushed to eat. It wasn't worth the amount we paid at all. I was disappointed as we don't go out much as a group and this was my suggestion due to reviews. I won't return. Note- Amazeballs (Mac'cheese balls) unlike my burger are amazing. That was the best thing the entire table had!! Chessy gooey...so good Plus side - quiet , very clean.... Waitress was friendly but delayed in asking if we needed anything or refills until close to leaving/finished plate.

It was okay. I ordered well ahead of time online thru their new app, yet I still had to wait 10 minutes until they brought out my take out order. The bar tender was courteous tho, so that was good. I tried to use Samsung Pay to pay but they said they didn't have Tap, I had to use my physical credit card and enter my pin number. I don't understand how they are sort of technically advanced and have an app but have ancient credit card machines with no tap and no mobile pay. The burger tasted ok. I loved the fame grilled taste, but the toppings were terrible. Very stingy on the onion, tomato and mayo. And they looked soggy and old. Blah. The patties were small too. Big bun, small burger patties, but hey, at least they give 2 patties.

I went to the Oshawa Center for shopping today and decided to stop to eat before heading home. I went to Kelsey's and my server's name was Faith, she was friendly, courteous and professional. I visited this location on this stormy winter's eve on this the fifteenth day of the month of March in the year 2019 AD. They were playing a hockey game featuring the Toronto Maple Leafs which was nauseating because like any normal person, I dislike that team. I ordered a Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which I ate and it is now in my tummy. I consumed a diet Pepsi and some frenched fries as well. They are playing with the chicken sandwich in my tummy. The worst Kelseys I have ever been to. Received horrible service and not a single meal at a table of four was correct or even edible. We all left hungry with barely touched plates, with 80 dollar bills. The only reason they get two stars is because they “rectified” the issue by sending myself and the other couple at my table a 50 dollar gift card. I think they should’ve at least given us back what we spent, but we used the card at a Kelseys that wasn’t disgusting and despite being over priced the food was pretty good.

Excellent place for a few friends or a large group. We used side room for birthday party with about 40 people. That can be challenging and they pulled it off easily. All the staff were friendly and when there was a problem it was taken care of. New menu looks great as well. A lot more healthy and interesting sandwiches and salads. Definitely will be back.

I go here mostly for wings on game nights. Ladies behind the bar are quite friendly and pleasant. Service time is decent. They have a special night for chicken meals which seems very popular.

What is there to say really, food was terrible, service was good, but did I mention, the food was terrible! Steaks so tough you couldn't chew through them. Fries were cold and soggy, onion rings were over fryed and tooth breakingly crunchy. At $50+ for two people, go get a couple grocery store steaks and a bottle of wine and eat at home. You would be doing yourself a disservice by eating here. Sorry Kelsey's :( PS. The second "Star" was because the manager did give us 25% off due to our poor experience.

Nice decor and good atmosphere. Service was excellent. Friendly and fast. Nothing really stands out in the menu, and the food was a bit bland. Good portions though. Beer is cold and good craft selection.

We dont normally eat at Kelseys, but once a year an event close by brings us in. The service is usually very good and not a long wait.

I wasn't really happy with the food this time. Went for lunch, had the Jerk Chicken Wrap - there wouldn't have been more than one wing work of chicken in the wrap, seemed like false advertising, couldn't even taste the chicken. And my daughter had the shrimp taco's, again no flavour, better at Red Lobster or Boston Pizza

Food was barely edible. No real love from whoever is in the kitchen. And I eat at Kelsey's in different cities a fair bit. Maybe the franchisee just doesn't care. I gave an extra star because the servers and runners were good. Person at the door almost sent us away because they would not seat us ( a 4) at either of 2 available 6-tops.

What a refreshing delicious experience. It was the perfect 1st restaurant visit to remind us of a time long passed. The staff was warm and welcoming, the flowers on the patio were happy and abundant which added to the merriment of our visit. The food was actually far better than I was expecting. The fries were better than chip truck fries - they are clearly cut fresh in house which is fantasticly scrumptious. Service was spot on, everything was very clean and visually appealing. Over all I would highly recommend paying Kelsey's a visit. There is something for everyone on the menu (including kid friendly options). We had my 3 year old toddler along and I have never seen him eat so well. The ice-cream at the end of the meal made his eyes wide with enjoyment and wonder. I look forward to visiting again! Cheers.

We ordered Full Rack of Ribs for Curb Side pickup, they were so dry, they felt like Cardboard, we didn't have any utensils, napkins, or Ketchup, Salt and pepper, even though we told them we are bringing it back to the hotel.
