In town for a week. Came for lunch with my mom and it was fantastic. It was honestly the best Thai food I have had in Canada. I have been to Thailand and it is very close to what I ate there. Came again with a group of 10 and couple nights later, all of us getting different dishes, everyone loved their meal. Flavour and freshness is amazing. Number 28 is amazing!!!!! Staff is efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

This location has undergone a few iterations lately Previously, when it was Quan99 it had the best pad thai in town, and beyond. Sai Thai has outdone even that. The owner promised it would be even better, and did he ever deliver. Fresh, aromatic, just a wonderful meal. Do yourself a favour check it out, and treat yourself to the spring rolls as well!!

Mushroom basil fried rice with shrimp was tasty although the shrimp as overcooked. I was a bit disappointed with the pad thai, it was flavourful, but the sauce was not to my liking.

Ordered spring rolls plus 4 dishes two of chicken, one of pork, one of beef, plus a rice dish. They were good and would recommend. Admittedly this was my first time ordering from there, I think I need to experience the freshness of eating there at the source to get a better picture.

We waited 40 minutes after placing our order because it wasn't submitted to the kitchen. It took 25 minutes for them to inform us of this; plenty of time for us to watch other customers come in, order, and get their food. There was very little communication from the wait staff about anything, we were mostly left just sitting and waiting with no idea what was going on. When we finally got our food, it was pretty meh. Spent more time picking huge pieces of lemongrass and ginger out of my soup than I did eating. Despite asking for the soup not spicy and the pad thai to be very spicy, they were exactly the same in terms of heat. Very disappointed.

We ordered take out for the first time from Sai Thai Kitchen & it was delicious. The crab wonton was excellent, as the spring rolls were. We both had Pad Thai that were in generous portions & so good. The ingredients were fresh & everything was cooked perfectly. We'll definitely be ordering from there again.

The food was fantastic, tasty and lots of it (I had left overs the next day) - I ordered take out. The guy who took my order was pleasant and friendly and as you can see from the pictures he is always smiling. While the restaurant was not overly busy when I went, there was a lot of take out orders and he was kept busy. I checked out the reviews online before I went and was not disappointed upon receiving my order. The only bad review must have come from a competitor because I must agree with everyone else. I will be going back for more Coconut soup. 5 stars plus

This is honestly the best Thai food I have eaten. Everything is fresh, portions are large, and the taste is fantastic. The crab wontons are awesome, and the pad Thai is the best. We also had panang curry, which was rich and creamy and the meat was so tender. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner and absolutely recommend you come here!

The interior is surprisingly nice for a strip mall location. The Crab Rangoons were the best thing I ate here. Biggest Rangoons I’ve ever had. I would recommend these if your a fan of Crab Rangoon. Everything we ordered came out piping hot which was good because it was so freezing in the restaurant I didn’t take my jacket off. I didn’t care for my Pad Thai, as I thought it was overly oily. I had a lot of excess oil on my plate. Even if my dish wasn’t oily I didn’t much care for the flavours.

Sai Thai is by far the best Thai restaurant in Brantford, and we're happy to be new regulars! The Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup were fantastic! Best we've had in a long while. My wife and I recently moved to Brantford from the GTA and had been disappointed with the lack of quality diverse food options. We've tried all of the other well-reviewed Thai restaurants, but they've all been underwhelming.

Delicious! We will return! We ordered the dinner for two: spring rolls, mango salad, chicken pad thai and general thai chicken. The spring rolls were wonderful and this was our first time having mango salad. It was so good! Such a great mixture of fresh mangos and veggies; as a meat lover, I'm not afraid to admit this salad was great. The mains were the perfect heat (a 2 and a 7) and we had plenty leftover for tomorrow. Both meals were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The man at the till (perhaps the owner or the owner's son) was friendly and easy to talk to; thankful for good, heartfelt service. This was a very pleasant experience and we'll definitely return again.

I called and they completely understood my circumstance and said don’t worry about the food. If you go to Brantford...go here! The Thai food is absolutely incredible. Fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced. I had the vegetarian spring rolls. They were light and crispy with a good amount of filling. For the main I had Thai Green Curry vegetable. It was outstanding and was chock full of vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm happy for Brantford to have a local Thai restaurant serving delicious Thai dishes. The owner is down to earth and is so friendly. He's like that one guy you can sit down, have a beer with and crack enjoyable conversations. When you ask for water it comes in the form of a bottle water, not the typical tap water you get at restaurants. I requested my Chicken Pad Thai as mild and the heat level was spot on. Good seasoning, the chicken tasted fresh, and the noodles were soft. I also had the Crab Cheese Wonton and they were nice and crispy. The filling was delicious as well. The prices they charge is reasonable. I would say it's a bit cheaper than other places. Overall, I enjoyed the service and dishes at Sai Thai Kitchen.

Stopped here for food on the way from Toronto to Chicago because of great reviews. Every single review is true. Very welcoming and friendly staff, pleasant to talk to. Food is excellent, large portions, cooked very fresh. We ordered a take out and went eat it in nearby park and when we got there, food was still very hot. We both had pad thai, perfectly spiced. AMAAAAAAAAZING!!! The beef laap is TO DIE FOR! It's my favorite thing to order at any thai place (usually spelt 'larb') and I don't live in brantford but because I am self-quarantining with my boyfriend's family, decided to give this place a try since I wanted something to eat other than pizza haha and it's just amazing. A must try for sure - I got spice level 7 and it was the perfect level for me and paired with the side of sticky rice it comes with was just so superb. Definitely going to head back and try some more of their food (and get more of that beef laap again!!!)

But the order taker told me that it would take 40mns for my order. I went in, waited, waited and waited... for 1 hour. She kept taking calls. I took my son to Sai Thai for lunch yesterday, as I have been a few times, and loved the food. My son is vegan, and has been to Thai land, so I wanted his opinion. We had the Mango Salad, 3 Mushroom Penang, and Green Curry Udon. My son said it tasted exactly like the curry he had in Thai land! Since I've never been, I have to take his word for it. All I know is this food is amazing, the people running it are very friendly, and I will continue to order from here.

Came here for the first time from a co-worker's recommendation and was not disappointed! We got the shrimp Pad Thai, General Thai Chicken stir fry, and spring rolls. Everything was so good and just the right amount of spice. Staff was really friendly and made conversation while we were waiting for take out. Will most definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

We ordered on a busy Friday night and our food was hot and fresh even a half an hour after we returned home with it. We had the spring rolls, the chicken pad thai, and the general thai. The portions were generous! The food was flavourful and just the right amount of spice. We loved that the spring rolls weren't overly greasy (and that they snuck an extra one in there for us ;) )

Had a dinner for two take out. Hot and extremely flavourful. Well priced and lots for your dollar. Highly recommended. Call order in and its maybe ten minutes and then pick up. Very good find!!!

The food here is delicious! They use galangal, fresh lemon grass and lime leaves. They will ask what heat (spice) level you want. The staff are friendly and eager to please. I’m liking this place more than the other Thai restaurant in town.

Stopped here for food on the way from Toronto to Chicago because of great reviews. Every single review is true. Very welcoming and friendly staff, pleasant to talk to. Food is excellent, large portions, cooked very fresh. We ordered a take out and went eat it in nearby park and when we got there, food was still very hot. We both had pad thai, perfectly spiced. Spring rolls are perfectly crispy and not greasy at all! Amaizing food!! Prices are very reasonable. Too bad we had to leave town and get back on the road. We would be back for more for sure.

Said Thai kitchen was a good experience. I had the Pad Thai with chicken medium spicy. Was hotter than I Expected. Was very good even with it being a bit hotter. Also had the general Thai chicken, was very very good and tasty. I really love fresh spring rolls but didn't have the opportunity to try it. Next time. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and very personable even with a slight language barrier. The order was placed without issue. Really like this place, first time eating here* by here I mean take out lol * :) Highly recommend anyone who likes Thai food to give Sai Thai Kitchen a shot! New comers to Thai food this is a excellent starter for you as they can tailor the spicy to you. Thank you Sai Thai Kitchen for the wonderful experience and all the beautifully yummy flavours.

Really enjoy the food here and they have no problems making it all vegan. Usually when we ask for our food to be made vegan, we are met with disdain or unwillingness but these guys are always more than happy to modify recipes for us. Whenever we come in the staff seem to be in good spirits and the restaurant always looks clean. The only thing that could be improved is that there is no music playing and it can be a little quiet which can get awkward. Just some low music playing would help the overall ambience of the restaurant. Other than that, this place is great.

I took my son to Sai Thai for lunch yesterday, as I have been a few times, and loved the food. My son is vegan, and has been to Thai land, so I wanted his opinion. We had the Mango Salad, 3 Mushroom Penang, and Green Curry Udon. My son said it tasted exactly like the curry he had in Thai land! Since I've never been, I have to take his word for it. All I know is this food is amazing, the people running it are very friendly, and I will continue to order from here.

Just ordered the chicken pad Thai which is no doubt the best in Brantford and the sweet and sour chicken was amazing! Loved how it was done up not like that typical Chinese style sweet and sour that’s sometimes too saucy and sweet. This sweet and sour chicken was absolutely delicious with a little kick. The only thing I have to say about it is that I wish that the serving was larger it was so good. This place is a 10/10 easy ... eat here!!

I'm usually a little leary of places that have so many 5 star ratings, but Sai Thai is worthy of them. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai at a 7 spice level. It was perfect! Today was my first time ordering from them. I'll be back! Edit: I would add a picture but can't figure that out right now
