After a night of work in Guelph, on our way home we decided to stop. My employee ordered a big Mac with no onions or pickles. After a 15-20 minute wait in the line up in the drive though, we got our food and parked out front to eat it. Her big Mac had NO MEAT!! After knocking on the window, the female employee cleaning inside insisted that we had to go back through the drive through, which was now even busier! Did I mention that we were in a truck with a 12 foot trailer attached to it? Probably the single worse McDonald's in the franchise. Pathetically slow, cold food, massive drive through line ups and pathetic service all around. Avoid at all costs

Was denied a refill on my coffee after buying lunch for 4 and staying for a bit to allow the kids to play. There was literally a giant sign on the wall that said free refills with a photo of coffee beans. Change your signage if you aren't going to offer refills... Pretty sure she was a manager too, she was wearing a different colour shirt.

I've been to this location twice, and both times they have made mistakes to my order. The first time, I was close enough to the location to go back where they corrected it. Today I was nearly home (a half hour drive) before finding that all of the double hamburgers in my order had a single patty each. Too far to drive back, I called and let the phone ring, but got no answer. Fool me once...

Went in early (like, 6:30am-ish) this morning (Sunday.) The gals working were very good. Friendly. Helpful. I got my order, correct, and hot. ....but it took a bit. I guess what might have happened, was that my order was given to someone in the drive-thru by accident. Anyways, they eventually figured out the mistake, whipped up my order quickly, and apologized profusely for the delay.

Spent too much time at drive thru to see other lane getting served and moving ahead of me before I even got my order in When I did I noticed everyone getting out in the reserved waiting section. That every car before me!! That is unacceptable. They are too slow. Management has to be better as they do not take their jobs seriously. Most places would fire you if you were that slow and so disorganized. Pick up the oace

After reading some of the negative reviews, I have to say I have never had an issue with rude staff. Staff have always been kind when I visit. However, for some reason this location has the WORST drive thru. Always a ridiculous wait. You could even wait when there's no one else in the drive thru. Not sure why this is but something needs to be looked at and figured out. The worst is after waiting in drive thru for 10 mins and be given cold food. Irritating.

Not the best McDonald's experience - especially at night. I have seen some pretty colourful situations unfold due to a few underly gregarious managers and unruly customers. Expect a long wait if you are in the drive through and the sun isn't shining.

Another terrible drive thru wait which I should have anticipated. There has never been a quick drive thru experience at this location. Please park orders that take more time! Getting stuck for 10 minutes after you order is not ok. Get it together! Will not even comment on the poor customer service who should have apologised without excuse for the wait. Fast food used to be cheap. The concept, to me, was to grab a quick bite and go. It's pretty hard nowadays to go into McDonald's and spend less than $10 per person to get a full meal. That's is a slap of beef on some lettuce and a bun with some fries and a pop. I suppose that's how the empire was built. Now it's all franchises feeding the big Corporation. McDonald's is a welcoming sight when you need to go to the bathroom so I am not complaining.

Small side note ordered from screen teller and didnt get paper to know what order was ours and no sign to even help boyfriend had to ask cash teller was rold its been broke for awile so they knew about it but still never fixed it or put note saying ask cashier for ticket

Bathroom could have been cleaned more and they don't offer high chairs at this time but yet you can sit down and they need to clean the tables so it doesn't make sense on why they wouldn't allow high chairs to be used. I understand that the play place is closed but why no high chairs.

Pure garbage. Had this feeling to check my food as I walked out the door. Good thing i did because i turned around asked for my money back. Got a happy meal and burger on the side. Asked for mcchicken sauce on a burger (which they apparently charge ppl for) any other location I have been to is free even packets of it are free. Opened the burger and it was flooded with mcchicken sauce and onion. Managed to have some fall on my clothes opening it. So much it looks liked only white toppings were on it. Got my money back. Well most of it they kept the 30 cents they charged for the sauce... Might I add it took about 10mins to make a happy meal and a burger at 7pm.... use other locations

If there was negitive stars I would be a -5. The store is run by a bunch of snobby teenagers that are going no where in life. It is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. After my 4th time going threw the drive thru I conducted a test. Me and my friend pulled into the parking lot at the same time. He pulled into the drive threw and I kept going and proceeded to McDonald's on stanly street. We ordered the exact same meal and I got mine and he as still waiting for his. This shows you how slow and how much the teenagers care about where they work.

Horrible experience. I placed two orders, I got one right away and she said the second one will take a few minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked Kayla "where is my order?". She just looked at the screen and left. After ANOTHER 5 minutes Kayla finally came back with my order. When I asked her what had happened, she rudely told me that they FORGOT to make it and told me to move without apologizing. She didn't even look like she cared about what happened. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she just rudely said " I am the supervisor, you got your order, what else do you want?" I ordered at 7:59 PM, and received it at 8:25 PM.

Update This McDonald's is the worst in the city of Brantford. They can barely make the correct order. They cannot figure out how to run the any lane any time drive thru concept. They don't give a f about quality. I had no option late night and hadn't yet eaten dinner. Ordered a couple cheeseburgers and they were literally floating in 1 oz of grease per burger. I watched the liquid grease pour out of the wrapper into the paper bag. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the most unorganized mcdonalds on PLANET EARTH. It does not matter which drive thru line you get into they are always serving only the other line. I have waited several times as they serve people who have come later. The girls voice I will be with you in a minute and serves two cars in the other lane. They always seem to be short staffed and continuely run out of supplies like large cups meat for double hamburgers.

I ordered an egg McMuffin breakfast and a sausage McMuffin breakfast. When we arrived to the pay window, the McDonald's associate asks me if I wanted egg on my sausage sandwich, I said of course, she then tells me that there are two different sausage sandwiches. We get our meals and the sausage breakfast sandwich had no egg and I paid for the frickin egg to be on there. I'm so sick of fast food workers not LISTENING to the customers orders. It's not like we could have taken it back because we were out of town by this time. This is not the first time this has happened and I have complained, but obviously nothing changes... don't go to this Macdonald's because they don't listen...????????

Absolutely disappointed in this location more than enough times! I walk in 4 minutes before, and yes I know that's a little inconvenient. But I had come in for a breakfast combo (which every store manager/supervisor should know the customer flow verse product costs and how often they'll sell the sandwiches, which should be ordered accordingly) and as I waited behind 1 lady and her daughter I heard a staff member yell don't sell anymore breakfast. As a store manager myself at a different sit in restaurant just near by, and if I had of stated we no longer have any more product to sell? My butt would definitely be on the line! Plus I don't appreciate being laughed at by teenagers that I would never consider to hire at my store! And for the boy serving at the front counter? The management at this establishment kicked me and my friends out for no reason. When we asked why we were being removed from the premises we were told that we insulted an employee by making fun of her. This is not the case, we in no way even spoke about the employee. Everytime we come to this mcdonald the playplace is a huge mess seems like staff never empty any garbages. Staff are extremely rude and lazy, for some reason they dont have a propely working coffee machine as everytime we are here someome is complaining about the garbage coffee they have received. Always order from here, several times I had reported an issue to skip the dishes to refund my credits. Delivery bag was sealed still. I opened it up and my BLT Quarter Pounder was not even in the bag. Just a Poutine and Coffee which had quite a lot of coffee grinds in the bottom My Money was refunded fully by Skip the dishes because of this locations mistake. Last time I had ordered my coffee was burnt, unable to drink it. I didnt complain and just took the loss , quite unhappy. As I order frequently, its a shame.. Ordered an icecream cone and a coffee at drive thru. Paid at 1st window. Second window they gave me icecream in a cup with a cone up side down on top of it. They said thier icecream was not of cone consistancy. When I went to drink the coffee it was barely luke warm, ir was old, and it wad not prepared the way I asked for it. Went inside and stood at cash register for about 10 minutes waiting for somebody to serve me. When they finally came they were kurt and indifferent to my complaint. I used to think this was the nicest McDonald's in Brantford but no longer. It is dirty. They have a ton of staff that all seem perpetually confused about what they should be doing. Their self checkout machines never seem to have receipt paper. Today was the last straw as they had run out of pop (CO2 machine wasn't working) but instead of telling people this before placing their orders they were waiting until they went up to get their food. There are better choices in Brantford.

I was very disappointed in my experience. Placing a simple order for Filet of fish&McChicken meals with med chocolate shakes became with Strawberry shakes(never mentioned) and the order was not placed(I'm in store and watching) for 7 minutes! Countless courier orders were filled in the interim. After 8 minutes, they noticed I was standing there and placed the order...really! I approached a server who said, "I don't know what happened." The order was received 10 minutes after placing the order...not good.

This morning I ordered a large latté 2% milk with double espresso shots, and also told whoever took my order that I have the stickers to get discount for this order. When I proceeded to the payment window, different lady was there and I gave my sticker card to her and she looked frustrated and complained about my order through her mic. I made a late-night Skip The Dishes order, but it appeared that the delivery person had several deliveries ahead of me and so my order would take over an hour to arrive. I called the restaurant to ask if they could remake the meal closer to the pick-up time (so that my food wouldn't be cold), and the employee assured me that they would and wished me a good night. No hassles or annoyance - they just verified my order number and then provided great customer service.

If the others aren't chatting amongst themselves while you wait at the window, with their back to you, you're waiting at either window two or reserve 2 far longer than other busy restaurants. I seen the new ads on the tv for fish and chips at McDonalds. For $8.46 plus $1.05 for a drink I got 2 very small pieces of fish and the smallest portion of chips that wouldn't even fill a 4 year old child. It comes in a tiny box with the chips / french fries on the bottom and the two tiny pieces of fish on top. I will not be ordering it again and I will let friends know that it is definitely not value for money. I can't see it being popular after people try it once.

I get that things go wrong sometimes , but today was a wow day . Let's see how many things we can get wrong on this order.. missing fries, missing drink , missing cream and sugar in my coffee , miss informed counter staff . ; asked for jalepeno chicken burger , she put it down as habenaro . No big issue I'll correct it . Asked the staff and they said they were out . Go back to front desk inform her that they were out and to cancel the jalepeno / habanero burger and I'll just take a a Jr chicken . I Don't think they were happy and I'm sorry for that . But my sorry went away when I got the Jr chicken . I didn't know they made Jr chicken pancakes . I know bad days happen as they counter staff informed my family that today everything is going wrong ..

Worst customer service ever. The manager didn't even mix the mcflurry with the machine. Also she wasn't going to make the mcflurry because the machine was empty but decided to have an employee fill it seeing as I had payed for them already.

I try. Every time, I try and give this place the benefit of the doubt. Each time, disappointed. Is it standard, nowadays, to have ONLY 2% milk and cream available when an establishment serves coffee/lattes? How do you expect to compete when there's a Time Hortons beside you? Where's the milk alternative? No soy? Almond? Oat? You can barely call them "McCafe" when they only have one choice. Sorry, McDs...not lovin' it.

I've never had a positive experience here. Long waits and poor customer service have been the hallmark of our five visits. The first time we went, the dining room was closed at 10:15 despite their signs indicating it was open until 11:00. We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive- through, and watched as a few people gave up and drove away. On my first visit by myself, they failed to use any logical system in terms of how they took orders in the two drive-through lanes, and I watched as they served three cars who arrived after me. On our most recent visit, they weren't selling ice cream but had given no indication of this fact at the drive-through. We waited nearly 5 minutes to place an order, despite there only being one car in front of us, and watched as they served multiple cars in the other lane who arrived after us. By the time we found out we couldn't get ice cream, cars were lined up behind us and we had to sit in the queue another couple of minutes before we could leave.

It was nice to hear that a McDonald's was coming to West Brant but this place is so deplorable I will still drive to Stanley St. or Wayne Gretzky. Service is so slow, to alleviate this problem they decided to install a padded leaning bench so you are more comfortable while you wait. 90% of the time your order is wrong, I strongly recommend checking your order before you leave the drive thru window, this includes unwrapping your food to make sure it is what you ordered. I stopped in for a double cheeseburger, I was in a hurry so I took it & left. If I hadn't have been so far from the restaurant when I opened the wrapper I would have taken it back. My double cheeseburger was a single cheeseburger between the bottom & middle bun of a big mac. I went in tonight for the last time, the girl on the cash was totally uninterested in what she was doing, I was holding my money waiting for her to take it but she was too busy watching what was going on elsewhere so I left it on the counter. They weren't busy at all, lots of kids working, service was the usual slow wait. We picked up our trays when we were finished to go throw out our garbage, the garbage containers were overflowing, there was garbage on the floor & the trays were piling up on top, complete with more garbage because there wasn't anywhere to throw it. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been into, head office needs to do an undercover visit. I will be going elsewhere.

This should either close down or get entire new staff. This place SUCKS My order is ALWAYS wrong\stuff missing. I have never ever went there and not have at least 1 meal messed up. The staff are RUDE and don't know how to do their job. Everything is thrown together in 2 seconds. Burgers are messy fries are always cold. I will not be going back to this one. I will drive by it and go to another one down the road. Inside it packed with teens drinking pop and swearing and cussing throwing trash everywhere. They don't get kicked out because its all their friends that work there.

Waited in line 15 minutes. Wired another 15 to get food. Only ordered 2 burgers and drink. Got charged for 2 fries we didn't order. This was my last visit to this store. I will not be going back. Too many issues with the last few times we've been there.

Horrific service I spent 4 years working for McDonalds and would have been fired for providing this kind of service. Restaurant is filthy and no one seemed to care. After waiting 15 mins I asked for my money back and they acted like I was the issue.

You would think "fast food" would mean something. But no, not when you have 10 people working and a lineup of customers waiting for food. Maybe if the manager/ supervisor hadn't been too busy checking her phone, she might have... oh, what's that word again? Oh yeah, "supervised". One guy was wandering around looking lost. Perhaps Ms. Phone Supervisor could have given him some direction.

Yesterday my son ordered a Double Quarter Pounder BLT here, but he received only one patties, so he could only go in and tell the staff that ，the manager took back the burger with the single-layer patties and gave him the burger he ordered. The manager just said: Here you go. it’s just that, no apology！！

It's just McDonalds. It's what you would expect: good food at a good price with deals all the time. The place itself is very modern looking and had a very nice atmosphere. Perfect for getting a drink and doing some work or listening to music. The place was well kept employees at the till we're very nice and helpful.

Waited in the drive thru line up ready to order. Sat there watching the other lane get their orders taken and before i knew it, 6 cars that were behind me originally were now ahead of me. I finally had my order taken and drove up to the window i explained what happened to the girl and she quite frankly didn't care at all. My kids were very excited for their lunch and when we got home......of course they messed up the order!! Unreal! Very very poor customer service!

The service is always friendly and fast in the morning my cashier knows my coffee and never has to ask . I had a BLT bagel combo meal with a hash brown and a medium coffee and it was over $8 in my opinion way overpriced I will not be having their breakfast ever again

What a joke never once have I been threw drive thru and had my order be right first time.. always rude about there mess ups as well.. and u better be ready for a scrap if u ask for extra sweet and sour sauce they put gold in there.. should be negative stars for this one
