Great and cozy restaurant. Amazing food and music. They offer a small buffet but don't let that fool you because even though there are not many options for food that doesn't make it less delicious and amazing. If you want a truly German experience, hot to Hansel and Gretel!

It's ok. Buffet is affordable and quite a wide selection of traditional foods, which fail to be truly authentic. Red cabbage far too sweet, Spätzle too soggy, sauerkraut too sweet. The two kinds of schnitzel were decent. If you don't know what the real thing is like, reasonable facsimile.

Great little gem in brandon that is very easy to locate. The food offered is very comparable to a great home cooked meal, it leaves you beyond satisfied! The staff hired at hansel and gretel is always very kind and attentive! Aside from staff and food the interior if decorated beautifully. Cons would be the large amount of dill and garlic used (I personally love it but it has turned off a couple of my friends and family members) also they tend to close when food runs out for the evening so hours are mostly accurate but you might miss out to eT if you come a little to late????

Amazing! The buffet has everything you could want when you go for schnitzel. Menu has a bit of everything and the portions are large enough to have leftovers. A must try for anyone in Brandon.

Staff are really friendly and the look of the restaurant is .. welll...like what many think of Bavarian chalets. A great find at an affordable price in Brandon. If ethnic food, warm cozy surroundings suits you..pls try it!

This place is a small, cozy place that can be hard to find, but MAKE SURE YOU DO! I went for the supper buffet and it was outstanding! The choices of food is limited to 10 things, but all ten our outstanding, homemade, fresh and hot! The staff are friendly and nice! A must if your in Brandon and love Good German Food and Ambience.

Has a nice atmosphere. It is quaint and cozy, being quite unique if you aren't used to German food. Definitely worth a try.

Very friendly staff. Loved the decor and the old building. Quaint and cozy. Just the food was underwhelming. The braised red cabbage was gelatinous and very sugary. Perogies were hard. Veggies were just frozen from a bag. The gypsy sauce (I've never had it before) tasted sweet and sugary. Never had schnitzel before, but it was boring breaded fried meat with no flavour. I was really hoping for more.

Very friendly service and great Bavarian atmosphere. Had the buffet which included pork and chicken schnitzel, fried onions and potatoes, spaetzle, red cabbage, sauerkraut, various sauces, etc. All very tasty. Not great but good. It was a buffet remember. The pork schnitzel was crispy, the way I like it and the potatoes were close to the way my mom used to make them.
