Worst experience in this Restaurant. Staff is so rude... This Restaurant deserves zero star.

Visited Bukhara Grill just recently for the first time. We were a little early for lunch and the staff were still setting the tables for the lunch hour, but the manager immediately rushed over to seat us and apologized for the fact that things were not all ready. The staff was very courteous and polite with us and I was even impressed with the fine way they handled a lady who is not only a regular customer but also a great promoter of the restaurant. We ordered our staple Chicken Tikka (the kabobs - not the curry) and was very impressed not just by the very authentic flavour and taste but the quality. The chunks of well seasoned chicken breast were wonderfully fresh and absolutely perfectly cooked. Very often at some restaurants I have found the chicken overcooked and dry but not here. It was excellent! The naan too was done perfectly. Good enough to eat by itself. The only slight critique would be the decor (hence the 4 stars). It does need freshening up and I feel that with the help of a good interior designer and a small investment in that direction the restaurant would really do well. Definitely going back to try some of the other dishes!

If i had an option to give zero star, i would. We had to ask for the menu. Waited for almost an hour for food. Service was horrible. We asked them for another round of drink and that didn’t arrive for another half an hour and we had to cancel it. Food was not good. Service level was very poor. Would definitely not recommend this place. First and the last time.

Excellent food and service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are polite. The food is very tasty and the price matches the quality. Don’t expect cheap buffet food here. You want quality, this is the place. I would also add that they have an excellent Indian Chinese menu that is top notch.

Visited for dinner on dec 29 . Right bang in Main Street Brampton. Ample of parking , restaurant interior dull , low lighting , no music , old worn carpets , ceiling looked dangerous , like it could fall anytime , AC ducts rusted right in top of our table . The best thing this restaurant has is great customer service . The hostess was nice humble and welcoming . Professional service standards . When it comes to food I would say okay but our lamb seeks kebabs were smelling stale , on request the server switched it to chicken seeks kebab but by the time we received the order back we were done with our dinner . Dal Bhukhara was average unlike what we get for Great Dal Bhukhara in Maurya Sheraton New Delhi . Food presentation was nice but lacked the right flavours . Fish tikka was bland too . All the 3 stars for the service staff who were cordial and ace in customer service . Billing for 3 people was $67, I would say fairly priced . Owner need to renovate the place and hire chef which can present food with right flavours

Outrageously-good food. Huge portions, great prices. Everything seems to be scratch-made. Easily my favourite Indian spot in Brampton. Their Biryani weigh at least a kilo, they are full of flavour and are almost 50% meat. It's insane value and unbeatable taste. I regularly eat Indian food from over 50 places in Brampton and this one is taking the top spot. Also, try the veggie momos, a hidden gem. I've only ordered delivery so I can't speak to the service that many people have mentioned is a problem.

Dark and dingy!!! Veryyyy rude guy as the cashier who gave us our order! Asked for cutlery and extra chutney and he was very rude and said ask before hand and was noding his head. Do dated 10-sep-2019 ,for my celebration I went to the restaurant woh my wife ,I have been there before.First of all A’s it was 9:00 pm they switched off all the air conditioning to maybe save bills. There was no music . Food I ordered chicken tikka last time was juicy and lots of veggies (it was weekend) Today was half cooked and not even tasty ,there were only lettuce to call it a veggie sides . Manchuria next friend rice as they advertised to be yummy Chinese was a disaster to end .I had no courage to order further .Staff had no interest except the server . Not up to the price Mark . I am a foodie eating out in toronto from last 8 years So just 2 stars for the beers who’s saved my party night .Long Island ice tea had no alcohol gross .

My opinion may not be as valid as others as i eat meat and the day I went i was a vegetarian so didn't try any non veg dishes. Service was amazing. Waitress was fast and gave us suggestions. For apps we got the sizzling platter - so so ; bland drom inside and Gobi Manchurian- amazing. For lunch we had a few different dishes they were okay. Nothing special the Kashmiri naan was delicious definitely try it. The Roti wasn't buttered so when it for cold it dried out and was hard. Overall it was okay. Not the greatest. I've had veggie food at a lot of places buy won't be going back for veggie food.

So the other day I decided to Skip the Dishes and order from Bukhara Grill. Every online site will give you mixed reviews about the restaurants with ratings 8.5 or 9.5 but the only way you realize how legit they are is by trying out yourself and currently, in Mississauga, I am on a run to have some great Indian food. Bukhara Grill was one such experiment and tell you what, this experiment was successful. Tried ordering the must-try 'Mango Chicken' and 'Amritsari Kadhai Paneer Curry' and it was satisfying as heaven. The food was sumptuous. The mango chicken curry was a new find and panner was delightfully satisfying. The quantity was perfect for 2 and I will say that it is one of my fav takeaway places. 5/5 for everything.

Their food is great. With that being said, the service is horrific. I placed an order for pick-up and when came I sat at the bar waiting for it. I asked the guy behind the counter to have a coffee while waiting for my food. He looked at me as if I asked him for something crazy. “We don’t have coffee here”. I asked for whisky and coke, he was looking all over the place for coke, “we ran out”. How do you run out of coke on a Friday night?!?! The place wasn’t even that busy... he ended up pouring diet coke, didn’t put any ice in my drink (didn’t even offer it). They are lucky their cooks are good. Work on your service guys, maybe people will stop taking your food out and actually will dine in

Today I went there to enjoy dinner with my friends Service was too slow. Our first order came after 30 minutes and they do not have anything to drink????. After 10 minutes we already order chicken. Chicken came after 35 minutes and when we start eating we found hair. Supervisor didn’t apologize and directly said we will you 10% discount, like people do wait for hair in food so that they can get 10% discount.really Disgusting. Never ever recommend to anyone.

My first visit, but hopefully not my last. This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The ambiance was wonderful and their staff is exceptional. Anthony, the manager is a true host. He is very warm and welcoming. Our server, Muskan is extremely knowledgeable on their menu selections. Bukhara Grill Brampton has delicious food and great prices with a staff that is truly amazing.

Just 3 points to summarize it: 1. Never order their tandoori platter... It is anything but a platter. 2. Try to call and ask if they are hosting a party that day, because if they are, then there are high chances that you will be treated like a second grade citizen, wherein you will have to ask for water, plates, cutlery, napkins - basically everything that you expect waiters to do on their own. 3. And finally, carry cash or have a way to online transfer money; because it is highly likely that their payment machines won't be working and you will be held hostage unless you pay in cash or e-transfer.

I went over there for take-out. They gave me a waiting time of 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, they gave me time for another 40 minutes. No commitments with their clients. staff is not cooperative at all. The food quality is so cheap and rates are too high. Don't go over there to waste your time and money. I ordered off their Hakka Chinese menu. It was horrible. The shrimp was hard and non-digestible. The spices were not balanced. If you are thinking for dining in please go on your own risk as the service is very sloww you literally have to wait for your order and in between order if u think u ll need more breads and order it you really gonna wait for 5- 10 minutes for additional breads to come at your table. Now instead of dinning in you go for curbside pick then too you will be disappointed as the food packed will have different length hairs in it. So enjoy Bukhara Grill's meal at your own risk.

Recently celebrated my Mother's 77th birthday at Bukhara's ....wow...what an experience!! The manager Anthony was very warm and welcoming and he did an excellent job in accommodating all of our needs including dietary and music requests. The foods was most delicious, the vegetables and garlic naans are to die for! As well our server Muskan was awesome...she helped us make great choices. Her guidance and advice was great! Looking forward to more celebrations at Bukhara's. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Have been getting food from this place sporadically during covid.. while food is good, they don't seem to care much about Vegetarians. I had episode earlier where they gave non-veg (shrimps) in place of veg while website said the item was veg and yesterday when I got Veg momos, there were non-veg momos mixed among veg. this is unfortunate and unexpected of a Indian restaurant..sad that that's not priority and seem to happen again n again. won't go again probably.. problem is you don't realize until you hv opened or taken a bite...

One of the better Indian Restaurants. Food is delicious, variety is ample and portions are also good. Service for the most part is good - however, one issue: Consistency. We normally order Chilli Fish (semi-gravy) for take out and the guy who takes the order always gets it on point. Recently, I placed the same order but the girl on the line was adamant that they only offer ``dry or gravy` despite us repeatedly telling her that we normally always get semi-gravy. We go in and tell the same thing and her response "I don't know" and looks blankly. I mean, it wouldn't hurt to go inside and ask.

Great food. They say their the same Bukhara Grill that was previously in Mississaug. The food taste a little different but still really good. Know that this review is entirely on the unsatisfactory customer support and service this establishment as well as Bukhara Grill on 2241a Bloor St W recently demonstrated, regarding my order (for lamb biryani and chicken curry) placed for take-out via Uber Eats, which I had to cancel, as I placed the order at a wrong location (I acknowledge that placing the order online was my mistake though!). Although it was a pick-up order, I contributed to “Restaurant” as part of the tip in order to support local restaurants, as invited by Uber Eats. As I live close to Toronto downtown and placed the order at the Brampton location my mistake, I didn’t drive to Brampton to grab my food - I was quite hungry and didn't have the energy to drive that long! Then I asked a staff member at Bukhara Grill on 2241a Bloor St W to call Bukhara Grill in Brampton in order to explain my situation, but he refused to do so instantly. He said he would rather prepare food for me if I placed another order, which I didn’t. Then I called the Brampton location, and they said they are ready with the food and sounded as if they were helpless, which I can understand. But at least, these folks could talk to each other and negotiate a way that would stop me from returning home empty stomach! Basically, I paid for the food and contributed to the tip but got nothing in return!

We have visited this location twice in the last 6 months. Food has been amazing and as advertised. Staff has been helpful in helping us make the right choices. Our server Muskaan has been here on both visits. The second time she remembered our family and specially came to greet us and ask us how we are doing. It is always nice to be welcomed and treated like this. Very good fine dining experience. Will visit time and time again. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. Even after the reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes without anyone attending us. Even though a waiter crossed us saying "excuse me" without asking if we need any assistance. When we approached server he said they have no reservation for us with very bad attitude. Remember his name "pradip shashrti". Never seen a customer service person talk this way. We asked for their manager, he did not call anybody. NOT RECOMMENDED.????????????????????

Attended a birthday party here. They commited a lot of things during the booking but on the party day all the arrangements were poor. They ruined all the enjoyment for the host as he just needed to keep on following up with them even for the basic things which they committed before the booking. Poor Poor service. The staff simply doesn't care. You order something. They will bring something entirely different. Make sure you have two hours of your time set aside. That is the time you will spend from the time you enter - wait and wait and wait for the waiters to take your order- waaaait for the waiters to bring your order - waaaaait for the waiters to refill your glass - and then wait for them to bring your bill. They will throw in a lot of apologies without even listening to your complaint. You will be lucky to read this review amongst the many shills that give them positive reviews.

Hugely disappointed. From heroes to zeroes. We were raving about this place for 3-4 weeks once we had discovered them and used them weekly for a month. That was until we ordered the Chicken Mirch Tikka for the fourth time using Skip the Dishes. This time it came with no marinade, no chilli, mint and coriander as previously it had been so wonderfully covered. It was dry and was basically plain chicken without anything else. Fine, mistakes happen, that is fine, however, the problem started when we called to complain and request a replacement dish. The people on the phone, including the manger, hung up on us 5 times as soon as we tried to complain and explain our situation. No matter who we got through to or who we explained this to we had the phone disconnected. We could not believe it. We were expecting a friendly greeting, we took a photo and offered to send it and we said we were sure it was a mistake as the food had been so good the previous times. The rudeness and unpleasantness we were met with was quite frankly shocking. Eventually after calling for the 6th time and being met with very short shrift, we called Skip the dishes and got the refund through them. We cannot understand why you would treat loyal customers like that?

They wouldn’t let us in and greet with a very disgusting attitude when we are wearing shorts! I’ve never experienced any restaurants so far neglecting entry at the door for wearing shorts. So we were in the queue, and the guys before us left, and the receptionist/manager saw us and went inside to do nothing and came back after 3 seconds and we said hi table for 2 and he scans us with his nasty eyes and says sorry only formal clothes. Food is at average level and prices is expensive as compared to other restaurants provide same kind of food in lesser prize with same taste. Service is horrible as you have to wait for more than 45 mins for the order and seems like you are stuck in a traffic light with no signal and everyone is coming from no where. If you want to relax and have nice quite environment, this place is not for you. Sorry to say but will not recommend.

To my surprise when I walked in it smelled really good in there. You don't usually see how nice and big the place is by just driving by or even pulling into the parking lot next to it. You would need to walk up into the entrance there to see how nice the place is. Once you enter the Interiors is rather aesthetic. I think that the attitude and service I got was good so no complaints there. I think the food was good and good value. There is a decent amount of parking close by what if that gets filled up there's a much larger parking lot around the area

It was my daughter’s 3rd birthday and I m glad I chose this place .. I got a private dining room to celebrate and we decided a 3course appetizers.. 4 curries in the main course with bread of our choice and rice and the usual accompaniment (papad.. salad .. raita) .. soft drinks throughout and a desert. Each and everything was delicious.. my favourites being .. GOBI Manchurian from starters -super crispy and fresh with perfect blend of spices . From the main course .. super thick Daal Makhni (finger licking good) and the methi malai Matar (do have it .. it was ammmaaazing .. best I ve ever had ). I would say please co-ordinate regarding the services in advance ... in mine there was quite poor service ... still their food and hospitality overpowered the mistakes .A special thanks to all the ppl serving that day and special credit to Anthony sir .. he heard all my requirements and helped me plan everything accordingly ????thank you sir

The well lit exterior of the Bukhara Grill caught our eye on a dark raony night when we needed to find a place to eat. It was a Monday night so the place was not busy but the welcome was quick and service was attentive. The papadams served while waiting for our main meal were freshly cooked and accompanied with two chutneys. Our order of butter chicken and navretta korma came up quickly. They were well spiced, although the chicken was a bit dry. We would eat there again.

Had heard a lot of extra reviews about this restaurant So it was on our must visit list for a while now Our friends visiting from India so decided to take them to this restaurant on the Saturday evening We had called and booked a table which was booked when we went there The service was excellent and so were the servers very warm helpful and friendly a 5/5 for the service The interiors were disappointing so was the food We ordered half tandoori chicken and a Tandoori platter with some dal makhani The tandoori chicken and platter was really disappointing All the tandoori items were tough no great taste However loved the garlic naan and dal makhani I also find multi coloured food a put off as Didn’t really care for the red green food colours in the food and makes the food kinda unappetizing

After placing our order over call they told us that it would be ready by 7:30. We reached around 7:30-45 and were not handed out order till 8:30. We also order 2 fish pakoras and in one of our trays we were given a mix up of fish and chicken pakoras. Yes they looked the same but we strictly order fish pakoras only. Over the food from there is great but they need to better customer service and pay more close attention to the food they are giving out.

The food was good. It actually tasted as Indian food should taste. The bhuna chicken which we had was full of flavor and chicken was very tender. Chilly paneer reminded me of what we used to get in India. The rotis and Nan were also very good. Spicy meant spicy here so if you like your food less spicy order according and ask to make sure you choose it right. The service can be improved as the servers are bit confused and handed us old menu where half of the items were not there. If they improve service and their cocktails it can be a great place. But food was good on all quarters.

Called them to check if their menu has mango shake. Person who picked up the phone said yes and when I asked 3 shakes for take out she tells me to come to the store and order and they'll make it fresh for me. I drive 10 minutes, go inside and place an order. person who took my order goes inside the kitchen area and tells me to wait. While I wait, she keeps working at the counter next to where I'm standing. After making me wait for 7-10 minutes, she comes up to me and goes sorry we don't do mango shakes for takeouts. If that was the case, why take my order in the first place and waste my time? And why would your staff ask me to come in person if you don't do shakes for takeouts? Was really disappointed with the customer service I received. Never tried their food and I don't think i ever will. Lost threee potential customers today. Better options in the area where customer service is actually taken seriously.

I had to give a one star, i wish to give less than that.The whole ambiance of restaurant is unfriendly and dirty. The owner is very greedy and the staff is very slow. They don’t have enough staff though. I waited 45 minutes for my food and it was not properly cooked. Be aware it was raw chicken apparently. And also no one apologized for the food being served late and cold. The washrooms are very dirty and had no tissues . So I guess employees don’t wash their hands as they were suppose to . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for your own safety.

Went to this place on Saturday afternoon, there was a party going on, we got seated and all went well till we ordered food, after that we waited for 45 minutes, then lady come and told it will take 2 more minutes, another 10 mins went and no show hence went to understand status and after then only food was served. Food quality was OK and wont say very good, we tried paneer dishes and bread basket, only liked pudina paratha and kashmiri naan Service need to be improved for sure, food quality is good for a try, recommend visiting if you have plenty of time to spare, sitting is good too.

The woman who was taking our order , was giving extremely sarcastic looks, she told us we had to wait 10-15 minutes and took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive (families who came after us got theirs before us ,completely ignoring us waitress just passing by )and that to,she asked us 3 times after 25 minutes or so , o did u order this as well, as if she forgot what we ordered, they were bringing things we asked to bring later on, at first and rest at the end, Terrible Service, and no one followed up with us until we were almost done, to ask if we need anything else. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS no complains and the Gentleman working there , seems like he was manager was very professional and polite.

Went there for Dinner with family and expected the same food that I had at Mississauga Bhukhara Grill. Highly disappointed. Nothing tasted even close to good. Service will get negative. No one gave menu for about 10-15 minutes we were seated. All servers seemed to be lost. They were bringing other orders and packed food to us. This was when there were only 6 tables occupied. We did not have any food and came back. Our first & last time there.

Worst service, worst food, worst staff. Did false commitments before booking the hall for party. Provided nothing as descibed. No one was there to fix the issues, no one clearing the tables or providing water, during dinner they gave water bottle without any glasses, music system was the worst system. I wasted my money. We felt embarrassed in front of people we invited to the party.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT. Honestly I’ve been to this restaurant a bunch of times and I’ve even held my birthday party here before, but today was just seriously a very bad experience. First of all we got a table that shook and moved when anyone even put their hand on it. Then after receiving the platter we had to call a server just to get plates. After appetizers, the table was not cleared until told to do so and dinner took at least 40 mins to arrive again with no plates until told to do so. But the thing is everyone in the dining hall had the same problem and people were literally shouting at the manager.

Superb food and top quality service by the chef/owner himself. The tandoori is one of the best I’ve had here in the GTA. The rotis and curries were top notch. The biriyani was not to my liking. Biriyani is a personal choice and varies .. so this wasn’t ‘my type’.. overall a fabulous experience. We were seated inside the banquet hall, and as a result service was very very slow. Had to goto the staff twice to follow up on our orders. But i will be back soon for the grill items.

Don't be too lured in by these photos. The rice was heavily undecooked. There were very few chunks of meat in the curry. The lassi was too thick compared to other restaurants. The lamb was not juicy at all. The only good thing were the appetizers and the curry sauce. The spicy fried potato was amazing. The service was horrible. We had booked a table of 16 however we came with only 12 or so people. The owner decided to charge us for the price of 16 and did not say anything until we were all finished with the food! They gave a pathetic excuse saying that they had prepared food for 16 people already. If it was already prepared, then why did the food come out so slow? I can see why they don't get many customers. It was practically empty with few tables filled.

I have been there a couple of times but always in a private party as a guest. It is important in the sense that I am not sure about their a la carte menu and their prices. However if the buffet is any indication I feel it will be alright. Some items on the buffet were pretty good. Nicely stocked bar and a decent dance floor. Keep in mind that interior is rather dated. Dinner time maybe better than lunch time. Worth a visit.

We organized our son's birthday party here on April 14th (yes, the day of the terrible weather). I have nothing but great words to say about this place. Ambiance, food and customer service all were top notch!! The staff was very helpful, accommodating and understanding. I want to especially mention Amandeep's name who is one of the managers here. She helped making the party a success from planning to execution. On the day of the party, she was available throughout and took care of each and every detail. Also, a special mention to Prem who is another manager here. He helped us to plan the entire menu making sure that it was unique and the best. Result, people were raving about the food. We got everything we wanted in the party. Excellent customer service throughout, delicious food and perfect arrangements. Absolutely terrible place. I ordered through Skip The Dishes and waited over an hour, The food NEVER ARRIVED, yet it has been marked as delivered on the Skip The Dishes website. I called the restaurant, a lady who can barely speak English answered and took my number saying someone will call me back. She never asked what I ordered, never tried to call the courier to see what was going on... nobody called back. I called the restaurant back, she asked me if my order was egg noodle, chicken, I said no. Then she asked if my number was something else, I said, no you took my number already... then she just stopped talking to me for over a minute and the phone line went busy. I chatted with TWO Skip The Dishes support staff... one named Dini was horrible. This person was rude and didn't care to help, and in the end said this: DiniThank you for reaching out to us. Upon reviewing your previous orders, it appears that we have consistently failed to provide you with the type of world-class delivery experience that SkipTheDishes prides itself on. We are disappointed that we have failed to provide you with optimum service during each of your orders. We have decided that it is best to remove ourselves from this relationship for the foreseeable future, until we are confident that our services have improved enough to meet your expectations. During this time, we will not be able to process any further orders under your account. The other one I chatted with, Raman... after I asked if she could give me some kind of credit for making me wait over an hour only to not deliver any food at all and have me worry if my 45 bucks would be refunded, she said this: This order was marked as delivered and still we are refunding you as per your statement you never received this order this is the max we can do. As if I'm lying about not receiving my order? Still nobody has called me back from the restaurant and it's been over a half-hour. Called the restaurant again and this dumb woman just lies saying the courier is coming, then just stops talking. I say when is the courier coming, is he lost? Hello? No answer. I call back, she lets it go to voice mail. They are happy to steal from me and just ignore me. Don't buy from this place, they don't care about you at all. Negative 5 stars. Worst experience ever with ordering food online.

I visited this place last week on a weekday for lunch. We pre ordered and the restaurant was empty still had to wait for 20-25 min for main course to start. But the sfood was tasty, specially chilli paneer, daal makhani and achari paneer. The breads; naan and tabdoori roti were also served hot. The ambience and lightening was also nice and well maintained.

When I walked in with my family, staff gave us a weird look like "are you sure you're in the right place?" I'm not one to let these small things affect me so we got a table. Once seated, the waiting staff were polite and courteous. Although it would have been nice to have had our refreshments replenished, the service was still okay.
