Disappointing cleanliness but promising aromas. Dirty tables stay dirty for a long time. The three of us came twice in one day, attracted by delicious smells but left without sitting because there was no clean place, even though there were two dirty unoccupied tables for about half an hour.

We enjoyed a bison burger and salad. Both were tasty. Others had the falafel rice burger and enjoyed it.

As one could expect with any museum, food can be pricy but it was not bad at all. Everyone got the Bison burger but there's also a plant-based option. The bannock "bread" is a good option together with a nice hot drink after you've been out hiking in the winter.

Great place both for kids and adults. Very nicely and culturally related designed playground for kids and wonderful hiking trails with beautiful scenery of the South Saskatchewan river. Very nice and helpful staff plus nice and clean information centre and so on.

I'd love to write a better experience but unfortunately I cant lie. Went with family recently. Never been before and was disappointed. The museum is hard to navigate nobody greets you and tells you where to go or what to do. The restaurant is filthy. Full of flies everywhere. Bins had flies buzzing around them and were overflowing. Food was ok but they ran out of bottles of water. Not a pleasant experience but il give it a try ago when they are done with renovations.

Delicious homemade food prepared with care and love! The vegetable soup with fresh baked bannock is a must try! The staff are extremely friendly as well. Highly recommended.

I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered a bowl of soup and some bannock. Wow! A hearty bowl of the best beef (bison) noodle soup I have ever had! Full of meat not the typical oodles of noodles with just a hint of meat, no this soup was the opposite with heaps of meat with a small helping of noodles! And the bannock was so incredibly delicious it didn't need the butter and jam that it came with, but when the jam was an amalgam of three local Saskatchewan berries, well...., I just had to have some. What a meal! Truly delicious!!! THANK YOU!

The content provided by the guides is excellent, the one on medicinal aspects of plants on the prairie was full of good content, the spiritual approach to teepee building was genuine, and opened showed the depth of thought behind the everyday activity of providing shelter. Food on site is good, the booking works will catch up.
