Nice hot by-the-slice with a well stocked beverage cooler. Half a dozen tables inside to enjoy it. Staff was friendly enough.

My boyfriend is from Montreal - the home of poutine, keep in mind - and flew in for a week to visit me. He is supremely picky, and I took a shot in the dark by suggesting we try a poutine from here. Not a day went by where he didn't eat a Vern's poutine! He is in love! He tried New York Fries in S'toon and ended up throwing it out before he finished the whole serving. This Vern's has the official seal of approval from a selective Montreal resident!

I visited Martensville twice for one week. Since I discovered their poutine I've been screeching at my fiancée for moar. Their poutine has something special that makes it so so good but it's like the krusty krab's secret recipe. They also send my fiancée two forks everytime she orders even though I'm half a country away. ..and I have yet to taste their pizza!

Used to be the best but have noticed the quality decline. Pizzas are getting thinner, less toppings (even the original thick), crust is hard and the cheese isnt the same either. Back in the day it was the best pizza, not anymore!

Been craving Vern's for a while, ordered an XL Guybo Special (easy on the meat, extra sauce, extra cheese) and it hit the spot. It's Vern's 30th Anniversary, I paid $30 plus tax for my pizza. Worth every penny.
