Rochdale location in Regina. The girl taking the orders at the drive through sucked. I told her my order 3 times and she still got it wrong. Chicken quesadilla with no chicken? What the hell! Had to come in and get it done. Not right.

Very very terrible food I ordered two hard taco shells beef there was Very little meat a few tomatoes and the rest was all lettuce wilted no less. ...no cheese nothing it was so disgusting

There is some variability by location with this chain. My fave in S'toon is in Hampton Village across from Shopper's. It is clean and the staff are great.

I've been here plenty of times and they have gradually gone down hill. The employees have very little customer service and act as though your an inconvenience. Ordered burritos and the tortilla was so hard it broke. Came another time and the sour cream was curdled. Placed a large order, upon payment we asked for hot sauce and was told they don't have any. Thanks for saying something before we paid for everything. The next time was 1hr half before close and were told we don't have enough beef .... 3 quarters of your menu is beef.

I normally love this location & I know you cant always prevent hair in food but finding 3 hairs in my mexi fries and 1 hair wrapped around your crisp beef... turned me off big time. I unfortunately cant go back to get my money back as I am traveling home to Alberta. Not to mention the guy handled food without washing his hands or wearing gloves after washing the floor for the next costumer as I was waiting for my food.

I just went to order their deal shown in the window on a large poster and they said "no, its over" but the sign is still in the window. Lol thats not how it works! There's no date on the sign, its clearly being advertised...oh well, DQ it is lol

Staff are very nice, however, the last few times we have gone the beef has tasted different and made my household sick. It had more of a gray colour, and I feel as though I was given this new "beyond meat" meat without any choice. I have no problem with the people that enjoy it, but it should not be forced on those that don't like it based on your personal views/values. I may be wrong and it may have been real beef, but either way there has been something wrong with this taco time in the last month or so. Very disappointed, because I love taco time, and it's the only one that was good besides the 2 really good ones in the city. I hope to see them review their policies in food handling and prove me wrong soon. EDIT: I have noticed that since Feastify has launched, this restaurant has stepped up it's game. I have come here more than I care to admit over the last month, and they have delivered stellar, delicious food every single time. Wow Taco Time. Wow. Keep it up!! I'm so happy you proved my old review wrong!!

great service !! never had any problem.. even in a busy Taco Tuesday..these guys work with great customer service........... but sometime customers really need to understand that they will get what they pay for... saw a customer today arguing for $$$ and didn't want to pay the prices for his order... the till guy kept calm and listened to the BS...... Wonder why people want the free food !! cheap customer ...

Very slow worker (30 minutes for a burrito & taco salad), wore ear buds, and was going to use the same gloves to touch the food that he used to touch the money, until I stopped him. Dirty restaurant, tables full of finger prints, and ugly decor. Then I got home and found we got a beef burrito instead of chicken we ordered, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, he was clearly more focused on the music... Awful experience in every way, won't be going again.

Decent food, fresh. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get you’re food though and these aren’t at dinner or lunch rushes. 8pm currently and 17 minutes waiting to even have my order taken.

Ordered 2 burrito meals three hard tacos for taco Tuesday,a kids meal and 4 churros and was charged almost $50.00 argued with them about the price so they did take $10 off but got home and my child didn’t have her kids meal. Very terrible service. We will not be returning to this taco time.

We have been coming to this store for a couple of years now. We have never had bad service ever and their food is great. They do the best for the mexie fries, they are always hot and crisp and not dripping with grease. The staff are always cheerful and know what you need and want. They also let you know about speciaĺs that they have that might not be posted yet.

Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for food. Would not honour kids meal poster placed in the window. He argued about the price and would not refund the difference. Its unfortunate he can't remove the airpod from his ear when serving customers. Instead he chose to blame my daughter for his error. Thanks for the experience Prath, we won't be back!
