We ordered an XL Sweet and Spicey plus an XL Chicken Deluxe via the website. In the special instructions we asked that they be pie cut. We ended up with 2 medium (they ran out of XL crusts) chicken deluxe that were pie cut and 1 XL over cooked square cut some other pizza that is similar to the one we ordered but NOT the one we ordered. I called them twice and while they were apologetic they offered no satisfactory option to fix the problem. Yes, they offered to make us a new pizza but they would not deliver it as we live too far away. So then they offered us 10% off, then 15% off our next order which would not compensate for an inedible XL pizza we paid good money for or the gas we already used to go get it, never mind the gas we'd use to go back to pick up the replacement pizza. When I explained that these options were not satisfactory, the employee on the line became quite rude and standoffish. We've ordered from the Saskatoon locations twice and had excellent food and service. We will not order from the Martensville location again. The service was poor & the pizza inedible.

My favorites are chicken, onion, bacon with barbecue sauce and some garlic powder on top from pizza pizza.... best pizza in the town...????.. nobody can beat red swan pizza.. they give best quality of pizza with low price... I would highly recommend red SWAN Pizza...

Pizza itself was pretty good, but I found it very expensive for what you get. This is by no means a lower end pizza place, you can tell that the ingredients they use here are very high. A nice change to the typical pizza places around here, but too expensive to buy regularly. I dropped some stars because the service we recieved on our last visit wasn't great. We booked online with a specific pick up time of mid afternoon (ie not during a busy time). When we arrived at the time to pick up the pizza it looked like they were just starting to make it instead. They told us it was because they wanted to make sure it was fresh. Why set up a predetermined pick up time if you are just going to make us wait 15 minutes so you can make it after we arrive? That was disappointing, -2 Stars.

Remember three things @Red Swan Pizza and ask for Cheesy Pizza Pizza. Perfect Master Chef Mr. RAHUL 1) Never sit around and wait for someone unless they're delivering a pizza. 2) Every meal would be better if it were pizza. 3) Work hard, be nice, eat pizza. Awesome Dinner place and professional approach. Believe me you are doing best thing in the world, satisfying hungry stomach would be number one job in the universe. Been ordering from red swan every other Friday faithfully for 2 years now, and I gotta say their pizzas are hands down by far the BEST PIZZA in all of Martensville. Amazing staff, great service, customer service has been the best I've ever received from any take out place and the prices unbeatable anywhere else in town. I came for the sesame seed crust, and stayed for the service. I'll definitely be ordering for years to come :)

We ordered lunch for our shop last Friday. 26 walk in specials. Every pizza was correct, hot and super tasty! Not an easy feat but they did it again!!! We have ordered for our work lunches 3 or 4 times and have always been very impressed! PS Their gluten free cauliflower crust is AMAZING!!!

Red Swan should be the only pizza you consider ordering. Their walk in specials make it cheaper than even Domino's, but your walking out with high quality zza, instead of disappointment in a box.

The first time we ordered, which was opening weekend, the pizza was amazing!! But the last 2 times the toppings have been minimal. Love the pizza but would like more toppings for the price. The 1st time there was also cheese underneath and ontop of the pizza, was hoping that's has it would be the next time but was not.

Clean location with friendly staff, they have lots of options and toppings but I like to keep it classic. The dough is light and airy with a crispy crust, the sesame seeds add a great taste! The sauce is a little sweeter than most but still delicious, mozzarella was slightly crispy on top but remained stringy!! The walk in deals are unbeatable for the quality of pizza, give them a try.

Fast delivery, I have never received a warm pizza every time I’ve ordered and they’re almost too hot to eat right away which is awesome! If you haven’t tried them yet you should because the service is incredible. They’re my only go to in town now. I have no doubt they will continue to provide such good service. Great jobs guys.

Ordered three pizzas here. They took it on their own to substitute one pizza with a smaller one. I was floored by this performance. I had ordered here three times prior and was given none of the extra toppings that I PAID for. After three strikes at my possible loyalty as a customer they failed profusely. I would order from Swan Pizza again but not from this location. Get it from Saskatoon.
