The only review that matters!.... small but nice and clean seating area. The order was ready within 5-10 mins. The owner is friendly and all about customer service. We ordered two sandwiches (big mary) and it lived to its big expectations. The chicken was tender and tasty, potatoe wedges were soft and crispy, the gravy was rich in taste. Popcorn chicken were nicely cooked and tasted great. Overall extremely satisfied.

The food is delicious but the customer service is bad, they make mistakes with the orders, and the price is high. Update to my first review. I sent a summary of the first bad customer service experience to the email address. Last week, I had a second bad customer service experience. I made an order on the app. I did this because I wanted to get points. When I arrived, they did not see my order in the system. I opened the app to check it and the app was not functional - freezing. I reinstalled the app, it didn't resolve the problem. The person at the location told me they have nothing to do with the app and can't help me. I had to order then without the app and as a result did not get the points. I understand that occasionally technology doesn't work. However, a good customer service experience would have been if I was offered points on my account or something to make up for the app failing. The prices have risen a lot. It is better to try one of the many other delicious chicken places in the area.

I've been coming here for a while now! Over the past few months, service has gone down hill! Today was my worst experience so far! Chicken was old and re-fried! It looked and tasted horribly! Fries were old and refried, and again looked and tasted horribly! Pop drink was warm on a very hot day (their fridge was broken, so can't blame them for that)! Overall, this was a horrible experience! I think I'll stick to Popeys from now on!

Today at around 2pm we ordered food, the man working the til instantly went on his phone after he handed my brother a can of pop, my brother asked if they had a different kind and he kept on his phone texting and didnt even hear him. Had a mix up on the order. (Which happens sometimes it was fixed) and we got home and they didnt even give us our side macaroni salad that we paid for. Food - Fries were decent. My snack wrap that was expensive for just chicken abd lettuce was meh. Chicken pieces were a bit greasy, moist, kinda bland on seasoning. The snack pop ins are not worth getting period. I dont think we will be returning, the bad service surely didnt didnt help.

These guys are a direct competitor to KFC, the chicken is less battered and greasy, the chicken flavor definitely comes through better, as for the salads they are similar in the way the're served but in my opinion just taste better. Reminicent of Korean fried chicken

They do have a drive through at the rear, but found it very slow to get your order. Price is a little high imo but meals are good quality.I am biased when it comes to southern fried chicken and apprehensive to even give it a try. Mary Brown's chicken is very tasty especially with hot sauce...... I've never had a bad experience as my food is always fresh and piping hot.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips with wedges because you can generally never go wrong with chicken strips... Or so I thought. The chicken strips were smaller then my wedges and very dry. The wedges were pretty terribleas well they were deep fried beyond life. My husband's gravy was also cold, like straight out of the fridge cold. Also pretty pricey for what you get. Chances are we won't be going back.

Last 3 times I went to Mary Browns I was missing stuff in my order. 1st time it was gravy and the 2nd and 3rd time it was coleslaw. Today again I was missing my coleslaw again and the big Mary spicy sandwich was tiny!! No bigger than a small cheeseburger from McDonald's. Won't be going here again. I just tried to call 3 times and Everytime I got an automated message saying this Magic Jack subscriber is unavailable.

I was there for the first time last night. My friend was working late and I know she likes there chicken. I have never tried it myself. However the customer service was terrible. The girl could not understand my order, it was a three piece order of the strips. I also ordered a small desert. Finally it was ready. I delivered it to her, only to find out they put in the wrong dipping sauce and no dessert.

You can see the kitchen through the window behind the cashier. The people, who work in the kitchen don't wear mask and gloves, while preparing the food, on top of that they also talk with each other. So I would not recommend buy from this place, unless they put better hygiene procedures.

Mary Brown's in GF-Windsor is one of the best on the Island. Good menu and food is always fresh and hot. The establishment is very clean, comfortable and has adequate seating for those who wish to dine-in. However, what is most obvious is that staff are so pleasant and friendly.. Good sign of contented employees! I am a frequent customer because I am a satisfied customer! I would highly recommend.

Walked in heard a bell for the staff. No one came to the front. I made note that the item I had come for was not stocked in the fridge. I thought about ordering dinner, but still no staff. I turned to leave, this is when the staff showed, I continued to walk out. This was my 3rd visit and they were out of stock all 3 times. Even if they make fantastic food, there is no excuse for no staff up front. I'll only return if they send me a free chicken for life card.

Ordered on their site, asked for extra well done fries...... Got soggy under cooked fries. 2 weeks later figured we would give them another chance for father's day and got let down again. Made a note during ordering about extra well done fries, got barely cooked limp fries and the chicken wasn't very crispy either. First time is an accident, second time means the care and attention to orders aren't there...... Super disappointed as my friends in other cities have nothing but good things to say about Mary Browns but I guess the Chilliwack location is a bomb.....

Chicken was pretty good but the fact that I had to wait 30mins while the one cook struggled to put out the orders and the manager stood at the till counting the change by dropping each coin into the cash register from a foot drop was more then I could bare to stand. If they had proper management that actually got their hands dirty to ensure food went out in good time I would definitely go back. Probably not in my life time.

Not happy, 1/6 of my gift cards I gave away was presented and was found to have a 0$ balance! 4/6 were checked and had 0 balances, 1 19$ and one was right at 25$. Their working on it for me. Will update when its done. 2 cards fixed. 4 to go. They have been cancelled. Still waiting for the four remaining card # to be refunded or reloaded to proper value. Not happy. Over a week now. Jan 15 now. I'm told a card was used. It was in a Province outside were I mailed it, and the day before my Canada Post receipt is dated. Come on! Refund my money. Jan. 22 now today I got a gift card with 45.44 on it not 100. Store employee says their head office is unresponsive, plus their store is out this money too! I've had no personal contact from Mary Browns head office, or this locations owner. Contacted by head office awesome rep Melaine Jan 23. Within a day my refund is coming plus some coupons. They were very sorry for my experience, sighting card fraud by someone else. The end!

I was already a big fan of Mary Brown's but the one in Grand Falls-Windsor takes it to a whole new level. The buns are incredibly soft, the chicken is super crispy yet juicy from the inside and the spicy mayo just perfectly seasoned. One of the best chicken sandwich in town hands down! Highly recommend!

When we have take out we usually always go to Mary Browns and get great service. But when I went there yesterday I got great service from the girl serving but the lady cooking the chicken was horrible. No other word to describe her. I was ordering a 12 piece meal and like always I told the girl I would pay extra to get ribs and breast for the white chicken. This was never a problem. She checked it in then the lady cooking the chicken started shaking her head and saying "no I I am not doing it. She is not getting all big pieces. And there is a nine minute wait for chicken". I told the girl serving me I dont mind waiting 9 minutes and paying extra. The girl serving me went into the kitchen and told her I was willing to wait and pay extra. And once again she was shaking her head saying "no I am not doing it. All these other people are waiting for their chicken and she is not getting all big pieces." I dont know where all the other people were waiting but it was only me and my nine year old nephew there. The girl that served me was very sorry and she really tried but this lady that was cooking needs help on working with her social skills and how to talk to coworkers and have some respect the customers. Would appricate an email or phone call from Rob. I didnt place my order after her attitude and went to another resturant ordered what I wanted and they filled my request. Because of this horrible staff person you have you resturant lost out on a $40.00 order and lost a family of customers.

Very clean inside, really friendly staff, and easy to understand menu. I ordered the big Mary combo, and it tasted great (and the complementary gravy was nice). However, the amount of chicken in the sandwich was not nearly what you would expect from the pictures, and the price paid. That is the only reason for the 4/5 stars. Thanks

Good chicken but horrible customer service. Called in to see if they had flash sales and the gentlemen on the phone told me they didn't have any. I go there later in the day and they do have flash sales but I guess they don't want to promote it. Update decided to go again today and they couldn't even give me a piece of chicken with skin. Had chicken there approximately two weeks ago.the chicken was totally dried out as well as the gators. I've eaten there before it's never been that bad. Went there today and told the lady behind the counter about it she said she was sorry. What else can you say. I order the gravy and coleslaw it's still the best,went well with the chicken I got elsewhere.

Good service, fair prices. Location isn't ideal for people closer to Vancouver. It's a bit above KFC, but the chicken has a tough time standing up to Popeyes.

I usually come to this place to eat and have a relaxing time...having said that.. .at the moment that I'm writing this message there are a bunch of loud teenage student in which the staff didn't ask to keep quiet...then the young boys started firing packages of katchup around the dining room and even into the kitchen....anf the staff said nothing!!! What is up with that??... then 2 of the boys decided to go behind the counter to help then selves to some pop...which they didn't pay for...food was excellent but surroundings are terrible! Very unprofessional...dissapointing!!
