I asked him if we could take a table available on the terrace. She replied: yes go ahead, I will go see you. The table was dirty but we knew she would come and clean it and give us the menus. At 8:00 p.m., she still hadn't come to see us, the table was dirty. As she worked around our table, we thought she would come eventually. But no, at 8:15 p.m. she was taking the order from a couple next to us. We got up to go see her and I asked her if she had forgotten us. She looked me straight in the eye and said nothing. I told him: We're going to have to go eat somewhere else. She replied: Well that's what going to eat elsewhere. Total disaster, lack of good manners. She does not pay the rent for sure because she would never have answered like that to a future client. I have been a restaurateur for 16 years and am wholeheartedly with the owner. We don't need someone like that on your staff. She should be your ambassador, not drive customers away. Il y avait 2 employés, un homme et une jeune serveuse. Nous avons attendus 10 min. devant la terrasse. Comme personne ne semblait vouloir venir nous accueillir, je me suis dirigé à l'intérieur pour m'adresser à la serveuse. Je lui ai demandé si nous pouvions prendre une table disponible sur la terrasse. Elle m'a répondu : oui allez-y, je vais aller vous voir. La table était sale mais on savait qu'elle viendrait la nettoyer et nous donner les menus. À 20h00, elle n'était toujours pas venu nous voir, la table était sale. Comme elle travaillait autour de notre table, nous pensions qu'elle finirait par venir. Mais non, à 20h15, elle prenait la commande d'un couple à côté de nous. On s'est levés pour aller la voir et je lui ai demandé si elle nous avait oublié. Elle m'a regardé droit dans les yeux et n'a rien dit. Je lui ai dit : On va devoir aller manger ailleurs. Elle m'a répondu: Ben c'est ça aller manger ailleurs. Désastre total, manque de savoir vivre. Elle ne paie pas le loyer c'est certain car elle n'aurait jamais répondu comme cela à un futur client. J'ai été restaurateur pendant 16 ans et je suis de tout cœur avec le propriétaire. Nous n'avez pas besoin d'une personne comme cela parmi votre personnel. Elle devrait être votre ambassadrice et non faire fuire les clients. Bonne chance
