If you are not known by the door person good luck. We left after 30 minutes. Plus we watched regulars make arrangements to get in. Then after the bar closed the noise was not acceptable. 2 fights that the staff had to intervene. I will not be coming back to this bar at all. Do bad I like the marina.

Best view in town! Food for from what I've ordered here, but my friends tonight had a less pleasant serving. When brought to the attention of our server though her manager replaced the item at no cost so that was good of them. I always love going here every summer when they're open and the set up they had this year due to COVID-19 was really nice, I hope it actually stays like this with seats along the water going forward too.

The view cannot be beat. We just passed by to watch the euro final and have some food before heading back to Toronto from Montreal. The food is decent and the drinks are on the pricier side but still good stuff. Friendly and attentive staff as well.

Great spot. My wife and I visited Belleville for a weekend. Found ourselves at this place every night. The food, music and staff are all amazing and the views are SPECTACULAR! We plan on making Belleville a regular weekend spot for us and the Pier Patio and Grill is our new favorite.

Four of us went there and were told there is one more party of two waiting ahead of us. I observed the two ladies get a table then approached staff to ask if I could have the next table which I observed being vacated. She said she would come right back. I then saw another staff give a table to a group of two then she proceeded to give another table to a group of four and never came to us. These two groups came after us. Will not go there again.

Visited from out of town and came as we were looking for live music. It's a decent space and the service is okay. Having musicians is a plus, it's your average expected pub type venue. No crazy fanfare but nothing disappointing either.

Great for a quick pub-style bite to eat and reasonable, refreshing drinks. Loved the patio, the scenery and the vibe. Feeling like you’re in the middle of a massive Lake is pretty cool. Definitely would go back for just the location but food/drinks were average (nothing spectacular). Service was great considering the long walks to our tables as it’s so spread out, so quite the workout for them.. ha ha.

Good service, friendly, decent prices. Food is ok, but you get a great view and breeze on a hot day. They need to do a good sweep of all the spider webs before opening each day and also should invest in nicer table and (more comfortable) chairs. Needs a facelift with some nice touches.

Average food but you go for the views; went in expecting burgers and fries and was not disappointed. Wouldnt be a bad thing to serve wine in glasses, or at least plastic lookalikes instead of the multicolour picnic variety. Service is pretty shabby when it's busy, but personable and much better when it isn't packed to capacity.

If I would got a chance to select no rating ,I must have chosen that option.I called them before getting there is there a waiting? The girl picked up the call and said no waiting all cleared.If there is a waiting as well then only 10 min usually.Within 5 min I reached and the other girl was making reservations and said there is 1 and half hour waiting.i was totally shocked and completely lost it she said I dont know who was on the phone,I showed her i called them 5 min before and someone said no waiting.She said yasuo called us but i dont know who spoke to you..How can these people play with someone time and can be so irresponsible and they dont have the right to destroy someone's evening.Also I was having my birthday which made me feel more sad, me and my boyfriend left the place instantly.

The good thing is it's the location... but be warned the sun is hitting hard if you want to sit closer to the water during daytime. Also seagal was flying inside at some point - that's was not very nice either... Menu pretty basic. Food is ok. Waiters are ok. The name of the restaurant should be "Lower expectations"... oh and no glass, wine in a plastic cup just seems kind of overpriced...

Ahhhhh this is where u can go and find me, im alittle biased but what i can say that this is by far one of the best places ive ever worked. Im the kitchen manager here and i love my job, there is a wonderful crew of regulars and neighbors that are awesome. Our menu consists of basically bar food and all things friedwe have the best deep fried cauliflower in the city along with in my humble opinion the best burgers. The staff make this place such a huge draw we have some awesome cooks and a team of servers that always know whats up. We also have an amazing General manager and Assistant GM that go above and beyond every single day. Come on in and lemme make u anything deep fried or try the new vegetarian beyond meat burger!

Great burgers! The titanic of bacon and the pirate both lived up to the names. Burgers were on the larger side. We shared a large order of fries among 4 people. The perch was also good! Great atmosphere, friendly service. Excellent location. People with mobility issues may want to do more research as the walk on the pier may be too long. We will definitely go back!

When i went there 2 yrs ago the food was good and the place was well clean but went back a few weeks ago and it was not busy at all most of his staff was just standing around the bar talking and they could have been cleaning up under the tables with a broom or whatever but it's not the way it was before for maintain and the food is gone downhill late even the gravy was lumpy and I said something to one of the staff and they said it's just the way it is it comes that way

We brought my father-in-law who can tire easily walking. The walk down the pier might have been an issue for him, but the very helpful staff offered to give him a ride in their golf cart, which they happened to have around for moving supplies and band gear out to the restaurant. Food, service and entertainment was great. At the end of the night they again drove us back down the pier, right to our car in the parking lot! My father-in-law very much appreciated the kind and generous service, and a night out he otherwise may not have been able to enjoy. Thanks!

Progressively worse - the only way to summarize my experience at this spot. I've been a regular customer for over 3 years and at first I was mesmerized by the view, vibe and value of this (price/quality of food). Things have quickly gotten worse - the pizza (one of their main dishes) is randomly available. The burgers and other options recently added are made with poor ingredients (my bun was stale and old, lettuce is chopped for horses). When mentioning this to server/staff, none seemed to care. They don't bother to make things right for their clientele which says a lot about how they feel about their patrons. Same owners as the Boat House in Belleville so what else can you expect? At least if some of the revenue went back into the maintenance/upkeep...but nope. Food, atmosphere, prices and value are getting worse with each season. Will not return until management steps up their game. I strongly discourage everyone from giving this business their time and money.

- Great location, our staff were friendly, wait time for food and drinks was quick. Caesar cocktail was really good but disappointed it came in plastic cup. Happy with all the food, salad, sweet pot fries, burger, poutine, samosas, except the flat bread of fish tacos was burnt and hard so difficult to eat. No plates, just plastic baskets, plastic forks, plastic cups, very casual, felt like fast food restaurant. If you are expecting that then you'll be happy.

Server Sebastion was super. But the food was not great. Got the jalapeno shirmp wrap was nothing but lettuce asked for no onions and it was full of onions. The grill was apparently not working so there were no burgers and they were out of chicken bites. Third time I've come here and they are always out of some sort of food. Drinks are good

My cousin (Belleville local) brought me here. I would have otherwise never found it myself. I had my first 'beyond-meat' burger here (with bacon of course) and it was really good. The sweet potato froes were perfect. I also has a taste of the deep fried coconut shrimp which was amazing.

It took 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table and ask what we wanted to drink, and then she gave off the vibe that we were inconveniencing her when we asked for menus. The food was mediocre, I was expecting a bit more considering the patio is in such a prime location. Cocktails were pretty tasty but barely have any alcohol in them for the price. The view is very nice though. Good for a very casual place to stop and have a drink by the water, but don't go for the food or service.

Food took 30-35 minutes on a monday afternoon when restaurant wasn't busy. server was nice Have an old time home fridge in the open kitchen which wasn't a good sign. Spiders in the hallway to the bathrooms. Cocktails came in a plastic cup, cutlery and drinks were plastic. Come on now. View was nice. Quesadillas were average, a little burnt. The fries were reheated because our food took so long to come out and they were trash. Quality was very subpar.

We went on a Saturday night recently. Waited for one hour STANDING in line. We saw 2 couples leave ahead of us because they weren't seated and they felt they had waited too long. So you lost money from 4 people and their potential referrals. Here's my issue with waiting long times. We could have EASILY spent more money than a larger group would of (but they kept seating larger groups ahead us of who got there much later). We had the money, wanted a good time and were willing to spend it. So if your gonna make people wait that long, the place and food better be worth it. And unfortunately it wasn't. We finally got a sit and we ordered 2 coconut shrimp entries. I wouldn't order them again. The shrimp were over saturated in coconut so it was as if we had ordered just coconut and not shrimp, and they were served with a very spicy hot sauce. So just because they are physically on a pier, doesn't mean they make decent shrimp. The big kicker though was that, we couldn't spend $100 worth of alcohol even though we tried our very best, and we were at a patio bar on a pier and here's why. We ordered a variety of "Specialty Cocktails" hoping to get a buzz going fast. We had 4 Neptunes, 2 Tropical Breezes, and 2 Sex on the Piers and all within 30 minutes of time and with a straw! They were served in small plastic cups, packed full of large ice cubes and were completely watered down, it was like searching for Gold in the Yukon, where was the alcohol at??? We gave up and left completely sober. It was very disappointing to have waited one hour standing in line, then pay for "speciality alcohol" drinks, and get nothing but FRUIT JUICE.

You want to know what great service looks like on a busy night? Look no further than Mary and her sister at this restaurant. They were so accommodating to our group last night! We showed up on our boat and found out there was a HUGE waiting list for a table. They offered to serve us food to our boat which was a blessing as we were STARVING. What better seating than that?? Mary was cheerful, quick and clearly was a veteran at her serving trade! We were able to hop off the boat to stand at the bar to get our drinks and enjoy the live music. The margaritas were so good! What a great visit.

I’m surprised this place has as good as reviews as it does. I don’t write reviews usually but this place was full of cob webs and spiders, no upkeep to it at all. Everything was disposable (cutlery, cups, etc.) Washrooms were disgusting. The food wasn’t even that good, The chicken tasted fake and gross. The only reason we stayed was because everything else in Belleville was closed by 8/9pm. We came in at the marina just passing through, really wish we didn’t.

People love this place! The reviews from friends are always excellent. I wish I could say I love it, but I don't. It is all just ok. The food is ok. The drinks are ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Because it's a pier, the parking is farther away than some can manage. One must park in a designated lot, walk past the moored boats, turn onto the pier itself, then walk the length until you reach the building. I had to reconsider a lunch there with a friend with mobility issues. The washrooms are shared with all people using the marina and are generally well kept. I enjoy the staff and general vibe, but if I never went back, I wouldn't be missing anything.

The location cannot be beat! A great place to enjoy open air eating by the water. Food is good, although service is a little slow. Servers are friendly. Don't expect luxury, as every is served in plastic, including the utensils, which may be an issue for environmentalist. Prices are a little high, but you are ultimately paying for the location, which can't be beat.

NO SERVICE!!! food took forever, once food did come waiter NEVER came back to refill our drinks or check on the food. We had NO NAPKINS, NO CONDIMENTS and NO DRINKS with our meal. I find it beyond “distasteful” as well as wasteful that they are using plastic cups, forks, spoons, etc at this restaurant. I know it is COVID, but this is the only restaurant that I have been to that is doing this. It is so beyond wasteful. There’s no reason that they shouldn’t be able to properly clean their regular cutlery and cups (and if there is an issue with that, they shouldn’t be operating at all). This is pure lazyness. You do not need to use single serve plastic to be “hygienic”. Cut out the disposable cutlery and cups, there’s no excuse for this, especially in 2021.... it left a bad taste in my mouth (which is too bad because the food was really good). Time to step up the common sense at the management level. I won’t be returning.

First things first. I've been here dozens of times. It's my favorite place for oysters in The Valley.Guiness was the daily special on this particular day. It was acceptable. Unfortunately all pasterized Guiness served in America pales when compared to drinking the real unaltered deal in Ireland. This was no exception.

It makes me sad to only put 3 stars, but there are some things of our experience that don’t give me the choice to only put 3 stars. Let start with the positive: - The cocktails are AMAZING (strawberry daiquiri was my favorite) - The food is pretty good. - The location is amazing. Now the negative points: - It was freezing cold on the patio. For this point, maybe it’s our fault because we just didn’t expect the temperature to be that cold. - The service was VERY long. We receive our food more than 1 hour after we order it. Our waitress was in a rush. She was apologizing for it.

Phase one of reopening. June 2021. Multiple tables of more than 4. One Table of 10!!! What the? Bartender wearing mask on his forearm! HIS FOREARM. Nothing on his face. The other bartender- no mask at all on her face. Come on. This isn’t a new concept. Super disappointing considering how other restaurants in Belleville are doing their best to follow the guidelines. Grubby. Windows to the water dirty. Looks run down. For such a beautiful spot in Belleville you’d think they would be trying a little harder. Who’s managing this place? ????????????????

Great place to gather. Wish they had more seating though, or at least used the upstairs of the pier as well for better views and on nice sunny days to get some sun. But instead the city uses it for nothing but storage. What a waste of taxpayer money that could be used for this seasonal restaurant.
