My husband and I were looking for a quick lunch in East end of Belleville today and decided to try the Dugout. Service was very fast and efficient. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon so it wasn't very busy and there was no wait to get in. I had the 8 oz strip loin steak with a baked potato and chef salad and my husband had the third base burger. My husband said that his Burger was very good and even though the fries were of the frozen variety, they were not bad. My steak was just a tad overcooked, but was still edible. The baked potato was huge as was the chef salad. We also shared the deep fried curd appetizer and that was fantastic! It was a huge order for only $10. Overall, for the price it was a good meal and I would go again and try something else on the menu. I have heard that the Montreal smoked meat sandwich is good.

Food was pretty good, had the special of the day, which for that day was fish and chips. Hadn't had fsh and chips in quite a while and was pretty happy with what I got. A large fillet of haddock ot halibut (cant remember which off the top of my head) served with tartar sauce and a decent amount of fries. Service was good and the atmosphere was good. Recommend trying here if you havent before

whatever you do, don't order an extra piece of fish with the fish and chips. I did and without being told I was charged the 14.00 dollar fee for a single order x 2. That's right, they charged me 28.00 dollars because I ordered an extra piece of fish. restaurants have always traditionally offered fish and chips with 2 pieces of fish and lately offer one piece of fish with an additional piece for 7 or 8 dollars. When I asked about it I was told that it was a manager decision.. Apparently the manager must be new to restaurant business. although the food was good I would have a problem returning. they didn't even warn me before the brought the meal or I would have changed my selection. Bad business, not so smart management.

Large portions. Good selection. Reasonable prices. Montreal smoked meat sandwich was delish, and tons of smoked meat. Ribs were very tender. Had 1/2 chicken tortilla last time with cup of soup and side salad. Soup and tortilla were good, not the salad, alot of lettuce ribs. Go and try it, it's worth the drive.

Went for beer and deep fried pickles on Dec.16.2018 at 630pm. Waited 30 mins then went to the server to ask where the pickles were. She said she thought they were brought out. Then took another 10 to get them. Pricing was same as Montana's without the franchise name. Really busy at that time.

We were a group of 20 there for a birthday lunch. The place gets busy on a Sunday for breakfast. Our server did a great job looking after everyone. People ate a variety of food including reubens, pancakes, burgers, wings and and salads. The food was really good and everyone enjoyed their meals. On the day we went there was a breakfast and limited lunch menu which started at 11:30. Prices were great, which is probably why is was so busy. The menu is baseball themed, but it didn't really seem like a sports bar, although there were a few t.v.'s and some sports memorabilia. I would definatley go back if I was in the area again.

My sister-in-law took me here for lunch while I was in town for a visit. The food at the Dugout was a nice surprise. I had the lunch trio of caesar salad, half a club sandwich and sweet potato fries with chipotle ranch dip.The chicken in the club sandwich was slices of chicken breast and not just cold cuts. The lunch trio was tasty and affordable.

This review is based primarily on the food which is not good to down right bad. Had the beef dip which had the dryest roast beef you could imagine. The garlic mashed potatoes were good, though. GF's ribs where also dry like jerky dry, sad. Serving staff were very professional. Creemore on tap was cold. Inspite of the pluses will definitely not return.

The first time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger here it wasn't half bad. Now whenever I order one it is dry and unfortunately the last few times utterly and completely burnt. I don't just mean a little burnt either. The burger is burnt black which is completely unacceptable. Tastes like charcoal and is now going in the garbage because it is completely inedible. Very disappointed and won't be ordering here again.....

Had the brie and bacon burger and it was just ok with a lot of potential. The burger itself was tasty as was the bacon. The brie, though, just seemed to be an afterthought. It did cover the burger but the slivers were so thin it was pointless. I'd pay a buck more a burger to have the brie play more of a starring role.

This morning my wife and 2 friends attended your location hoping to have the all day breakfast. When told that breakfast was not served on the patio, they opted for another menu choice to allow them to sit on the patio. The reasons given as to why they could not sit on the patio and enjoy breakfast did not make sense. Personally on my 2 visits to your location I have never been satisfied. Put me in my wife's situation this morning and I would have walked. Consider who is paying you. In case you don't know, let me remind you that it is each and every customer. We will not come back.

It's pretty easy to drive past the place without knowing it's there, being a busy area and all. However if you want some comfort food, or home style meals this is a great spot to go, bring your family, why not. People off all ages frequent this spot so you'll be comfortable in the environment. The staff are very friendly without being over friendly. The food is priced well and it's good value for your dollar. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Went there with my buddies, I got wings, one got a massive burger and the other 3 went to the breakfast buffet they have on the first Sunday of every month from 9am to 1pm. My suicide wings tasted good and were pretty large the only thing I guess I would complain about is that the sauce itself could have been a little more flavourful. I ordered 15 but could only finish 12 and took the rest home. I may try the curry sunrise sauce next time. The burger my buddy got was some amazing looking bacon mushrooms swiss thing. It was huge and I'll probably try it in the future. The all you can eat breakfast has your breakfast staples. Scrambled eggs, toast, sausage and bacon, but it also had ham and eclairs. The bacon was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. All in all I would 100% go back and try something new.

We were seated quickly and asked our drink order within minutes of sitting down to our table. The owner actually came and took our food order welcoming us to the resturant. Great food but the service wasn't great. We didn't have our drinks refilled and was pretty much ignored after we got our food and it took forever to get our bill. The prices are a bit high but the portions are pretty big.

We were a group of 20 there for a birthday lunch. The place gets busy on a Sunday for breakfast. Our server did a great job looking after everyone. People ate a variety of food including reubens, pancakes, burgers, wings and and salads. The food was really good and everyone enjoyed their meals. On the day we went there was a breakfast and limited lunch menu which started at 11:30. Prices were great, which is probably why is was so busy. The menu is baseball themed, but it didn't really seem like a sports bar, although there were a few t.v.'s and some sports memorabilia. I would definatley go back if I was in the area again.

Had a family christmas get together. Food was good. Service was good. We had people coming from Kingston to Markham. We felt we were being rushed to leave as there was another group after us apparently. We had 18 people there for about 2 hours so I dont believe we were excessively long. Although I do like the place... we will probably look elsewhere to hold family get togethers in the future.

The prices are too much for the cheap quality and quantities of their food, anyone considering going here is better off going to a buffet (ouch).
