Ordered for our first night in the city and it was INCREDIBLE !!! The baked penne and the rib/wing combo was the BEST I have ever had. Ribs were fall off the bone and the pasta was so cheesy and flavourful. We will be coming back!! Thank you so much for making a horrible day MUCH more delicious !

For starters, I don't like writing bad reviews. I will usually give a place a couple tries before making my decisions. However, tonight topped things off. With my first experience, I went with a couple friends. we got seated, and we got our food quickly, but there was a long hair in my friends pasta. They were very quick to fix the issue and all was well but towards the end, we were waiting for our bills and it seemed like they had forgotten about our table and it took a very long time to finish up and pay. We decided to give this place another chance because despite the issues before, the food was good. Around 6:45pm we called the restaurant to see if they had available seats for my two friends and myself because the parking lot looked busy. When we called they said there was lots of available seating and that we could be served. we got sat down inside, directly in the middle and we had no issues, we got our menus and everything was well. 10 minutes went by and no one came so we decided to wait a couple more minutes, countless servers walked by and no one was paying any attention to our table. we sat our menus towards the front of the table indicating that we were ready to order. we didn't want to be rude and flag down a server as we understood they were busy and decided to give it some more time. After half an hour, we got fed up and left. no one noticed us walking out and we took ourselves elsewhere for a good meal. I would love to give this place another chance because the food is remarkable and there are a lot of options no matter what you're craving, however the service is not acceptable in a place like this. If they didn't have room for us tonight, we could have been easily told that over the phone instead of wasting our time.

Food did not taste or look good at all. Was not satisfied. Ordered chicken pot pie but there was no pot or pie. It was a stale, flat pastry with chicken stew poured over it. And for my family members food, they were extremely stingy with the sides of fries and onion rings. Not worth it, not going back. I've had better food, for same price, elsewhere in the area.

Came here for the second time in a few years. Review as follows: Pros: -Staff are attentive and polite. It didn't take long to get a seat. It was an off time, but I still feel this is a pro. -There are many food choices, a whole menu 11 x 17 size with back and front options. -Food portions are huge, I could have taken food home, but that's explained in the con section. -Quality drinks. An actual decent long Island. I actually enjoyed this! -Fair price for the quantity that you recieve for food and drinks! Cons: -(minus 1.5 stars for this) Food quality suffers (partially due to the amount of food choices, understandably, a restaurant cannot have that amount of food fresh and so the quality suffers). I had chicken souvlaki - the Greek salad contained a good amount of ingredients. Cheese and olives were ample. Chicken was tender, however not flavourful. It actually just tasted boiled. Rice was the same, unflavourful and overcooked (veggies were from frozen, which is fine). - (minus 1.5 stars for this). There were some ?staff on break or friends of staff on break. They were near my table, but they were quite loud, using constant vulgar language. I understand ranting, but there should be some professionalism when customers are dining. If you're looking for a quick dine and cheap dine,this would be the place. I would have given higher if I hadn't experienced my second con listed.

Although it was pretty busy during or visit we were seated quickly. The food arrived sooner than I thought it would. Everything tasted great except the lobster that was on top of the lobster mac and cheese. It was overcooked and fishy tasting. The rest of the food was great though.

WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. - Three of us went for dinner last night. Since this restaurant is in a location of a former chain restaurant and the interior had not changed tooo much I had low expectations. After garlic bread and calamari, I ordered Butternut Squash Ravioli, my girlfriend the Louisiana Creole Pasta and her daughter Half Slab Rips. I have to say the Ravioli was fantastic and I tried a bit the Pasta. Loved the spice. The service was fast and friendly.

Decent place, really well lit, and seating is pretty comfortable. Food was decently priced, and tasted good. Serveice was a little slow, but they were quite busy when we were there. Servers were extremely friendly though, so thats a plus. Overall a decent restaurant and a good replacement for the Kelsey's that used to be where the Piper Arms is now. Recommmend giving it a try.

Wing nights on Tuesday are amazing, the best wings in Belleville hands down. Also worth trying is the Piper's Nacho platter, make sure you are hungry. This the Asian hot pot in photo. Another great dish ????

Service was terrible. We only saw our waiter teice then entire time we were there. Once to take our order and at the end of the evening. Never came to see if we needed a refill on our drinks or how the food was. When we asked for the bill, instead of asking if our dining party was together or separate, he just printed off three different receipts. My husband and I aren't from here and for a first impression that was just awful. Food was the only good part of the night. Won't be back.

This was our first dining out experience since restaurants re-opened in our area. There were lots of food choices on the menu that appealed to us. The meals were hot and tasty. The meal portions were good. The serving staff were pleasant. The meal prices were good. Recommend this restaurant.

Ordered delivery. They forgot to give Mayo chipotle sauce with sweet potato fries (fast food quality for $9). I called them, and they refused to fix it. Their Signature burger is not edible. You can have a better one literally at any fast food.

Fries were stingy on the fish and chips. Two orders and we got about the serving of 1 "Small Fries" you'd get from a fast food chain. So really one order didn't even come with fries. Chicken Pot Pie had no "Pot"/"Pie". It was a flat pastry with the innards served on the side looking microwaved. Fish was good though...

When in Belleville, we had supper @ Piper Arms Pub and loved it! Great food, lots of choices and loved the service. I had the curry mussels to start, delicious. Than had the butternut raviolis, yummy!

Food was good but service was extremely slow. It wasn't too busy, we had to wait 6 minutes for a greeting and drink order and we were there over two hours because of slow service. We had planned a quick stop on our drive home and couldn't believe the lack of attention or even communication. Informing us if it's going to be over an hour for food goes a long way... no one updated us or came by for us to even ask. Then we asked for bill and waited another 15minutes. Finally we got up and stood at exit door until someone came to let us know our bill was being printed.... terrible. Won't return and will advise others of the same.

Very good burger, awesome sweet potato fries. I took some of them to go, and they were still crispy when reheated. Really good service, fast as well. Good place if you want to sit down for a meal and leave under 45 minutes. I will go again when I am in Belleville again

One of the best places to eat in Belleville. Food quality is excellent along with the prices and service. The steak and mushroom pie is one of my favorite dishes. 6 of us were there on Sat. night and everyone was well pleased. Can't wait to go back again.

Clean, bright and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised! The owner and the staff were lovely! Very kind and helpful staff. We ordered 6 items from both the regular and kids menu. The regular menu is extremely comprehensive with maybe the most menu items from one restaurant I have ever seen. The drink selection is vast so there will surely be something for everyone. Broken into several separate areas, Piper Arms boasts a large wraparound bar area, booth areas and table areas. The actual space is much larger than you would think. The washrooms were clean and well stocked. I will absolutely be coming back with the family!!

We ordered through Uber who they use for delivery and an hour and half goes by so we phone the restaurant only to find out Uber never sent them the order or so they say. So we go without a chance to oder dinner from somewhere else. I'll never order from Pipers Arms again or any Restaurant that uses Uber. This is totally unacceptable. I'd give them a zero if I could.

Usually this restaurant is the best lunch in town. I’ve never been disappointed in my lunch there. Today I had the pasta Mediterranean and whilst the ingredients were very tasty, the dish was literally floating in oil. Great flavour just far too much oil. The other meal was the club which was excellent! Also best fries in town! Definitely a two thumbs up!

The food was an hour to arrive through door dash, but was honestly disgusting. The lamb burger was charred black on the outside and completely raw on the inside. It was also cold. Fish and chips came with 6 French fries and two soggy, greasy pieces of undercooked fish. About the most repulsive meal I’ve ever attempted to eat. This is my third attempt at eating from this place. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered a variety of items from here this weekend and everything was delicious! The home made chicken pot pie was out of this world, so fresh and the pastry/crust was heavenly. Bangers and mash were awesome as well as the fajitas. The pricing and the portion sizes were great,noverall this was a really satisfying meal. We ordered takeout and 3 meals + 3 appetizers and everything was hot and ready to go in under half an hour. Thank you for the great food and service!

I would have to say of atleast the dozen times I've visited this establishment it has provided overall excellent food, service, atmosphere & price. However last night I was very disappointed, not sure if it's due to the new Co-vid measures or if they were short staffed or what but it was a terrible experience. A friend & I visited abt 6pm for a belated birthday dinner on the patio. My friend was left standing at the door for atleast 10 mins before even acknowledged to request a table. When she did finally come out alone we chose our own clean table sat down. There was only one other couple seated outside. There was atleast 4 empty tables all piled up with dishes that hadn't even been cleared. After seating ourselves we waited for half hour & nobody had still been out to see us, provide menus or offer us something to drink. We then ended up taking a menu off a dirty table to decide what we wanted when someone did finally serve us so we could order right away & prevent further delay. The waiter finally appeared to welcome us and ask us what we'd like to drink not even realizing that we hadn't even been provided a menu but yet stole one from the dirty table behind us. Anyways after ordering & eventually getting our food, we ate & it was great as usual, however throughout our entire meal not once did any staff visit our table to ask how it was or if we needed anything, another drink, nothing. When the waiter finally did come out we had been finished for over 10 mins & he said sorry he didn't want us to think he forgot about us lol. Well a little late for that. I just want to note we were there for a total of 2 hrs & when we were leaving at 8pm, by this time froze, the dirty tables around us were just starting to be cleaned off since we arrived at 6. I just want to say, this poor experience is in no way a reflection of our waiters service as I've had the same waiter everytime I've dined here coincidentally & he's always been fabulous. What should've been a nice, enjoyable dinner was significantly less. Although I would definitely eat here again based on several other previous experiences, I would sincerely hope that this was not another customers first time or I'm afraid they would not return. Level up guys, u can do better.

My fiancé and I came here today for a lunch date, expecting it to be really tasty because of all the good things we’ve heard. Well. Apparently all of our friends are liars? We ordered the potato skins for our app, and he had the Reuben and I had their “Pipers Signature Burger” The fries that came with each meal were tasty, as were the potato skins. But the Reuben was soggy after taking maybe 2 bites, and my burger smelled like old meat and when I tasted it, the texture was that of canned dog food. We figured that it was a bad sign when we got there and saw their menu, having a hundred things to order on it. (Meaning the majority of what they serve comes from slop bins or it comes frozen and they just heat it up.) Delightful. Our server also only came around once to see if we needed anything, and paid no mind to me as I ran to the washroom twice because of how nauseous my meal made me. Enjoy that $2 tip, don’t spend it all in one place. We won’t be returning and we certainly won’t be sending anyone their way.

The food was just ok but the service was pretty good. They didn't have indoor service due to pandemic protocols and it was raining quite heavily. Even with the pop up tent our table kept getting soaked. As far as the food my wife ordered a type of mango-roast chicken salad that was to have had mandarin oranges in it and then she asked for extra mango and mandarin to be added. The salad appeared to have lots of mango but didn't have any mandarin in it at all. I ordered the Lamb Shank. They served it in this bowl shaped dish which made for a different presentation but equally made consuming the Lamb difficult as it was almost impossible to cut the meat from the bone in the bowl. I also found the dish a bit salty. Between the salty taste and tomato based sauce dollopped on top, I couldn't taste the Lamb at all. My wife and I will likely try them again under better circumstances but for myself, who likes Lamb, I'll probably pass on the Lamb Shank in the future.
