Had multiple issues across each visit and now on my most recent visit we inquired into two different meals they ruined that would be reimbursed at a later date that they said they put in their books. Neither of the meals were recorded and they refused to appropriately compensate for it. Secondrate food and third rate customer service equals no business from this family, we don't support liars and thieves

Rather dirty. The highchair had food stuck on the seat and the table. The waitress was not friendly and barely did the basics. The only good thing was the Big Dipper I had...the meat was fresh and not dried out like it usually is.

For Mother's Day my Husband took us our kids and his Mother out tonight, a special and rare treat for us. We all ordered our meals. I received mine (Mac and Cheese) and they didn't bring the bread. My husband ordered a beef sandwich which comes with a sauce but they forgot the sauce. We politely spoke to the sweet waitress and she brought the sauce and said bread would be out soon. However I was 3/4 done my meal by then as a took my time waiting to get my bread. By the time the bread came I took bit and tasted spaghetti sauce, it had spaghetti sauce on the underside. We brought this up to the waitress and she seemed puzzled and brought us the bill, in which we paid. We then waved down the manager to speak to (Paul) and brought our experience to his attention. He proceeded to let us know that it is "normal" to receive food off someone else plate and asked if we paid... and left. There was no apology or remedy for the situation or even a Happy Mother's day. Needless to say, poor customer service and we won't be back. EDITED to add this was not a full house, plenty of available seats.

Not much infuriates me more than being ignored at a place of business if I am their customer...and I was today at Boston Pizza in Brockville. There's an old expression in business, "the fish rots from the head down." The head office at Boston Pizza would be well advised to consider this true adage. I have found that Boston Pizza locations are hit or miss, having encountered a few that were good and many more that were not. In this case today, my wife and I stood at the greeter's desk for far more minutes than necessary. No one was in sight to show us our table. I finally had to show myself to the kitchen staff before a rather brusque lady showed us to our table. Then, we waited at our table for another long period of time. We were about to leave when a stressed out server appeared. It was clear that she was in a hurry and appeared a angry. Later, upon some snooping inside, we discovered that she was the ONLY server in the place. This is an example of incompetent or uncaring management. It was clear that the restaurant was grossly under-staffed and the only server hardly able to deal with the day's clientele. If the management/owners cannot adequately staff the floor and are left with overworked and frustrated servers, , then what might be happening in the kitchen? It's scary to consider. If you don't have the budget to hire an adequate staff, then close it down. We tipped the server well, as the slow service was not of her doing but that of her boss. We wont be back to this Boston Pizza. To the owners, I say ,"shape up or ship out!"

I got the MVB with fries. Burger was awesome but fries were not piping hot like I wanted. Waitress was busy with other duties and didn't get around to seeing if there was any issues but by the time she did, it was too late. Coffee and dessert were ok.

Server was slow this was a Monday around 6pm maby 6 tables ordered drink and food at the same time because that's how long she was gone kids drinks came right away our drinks took 20 more minutes to come the came with the appetizer no big deal orders 2 pasta dishes and tray of nachos kids food was dry and over cooked pasta was dry and the nachos had all the tipping right in the middle not once did the server come by the see if the food was ok or see if we wanted drinks. Got charged for dessert for the kids but menu said it was included combined total spent was right around 200 for trash food and service will not come again. Sad

I feel like nostalgia doesn't hold up. I remember as a kid, there were no wrong choices on the menu, atmosphere was great and lifted you up when you arrived, the pizza was among the best. Now, every time I go, the pizza is still very for the most part, but everything else is just feels... Lackluster.

Walked in at 7:30pm, place was almost empty. After the hostess greeted us, she took a 5 minute phone call before showing us to our seats. We asked for a booth (place was almost empty) and she informed us we would have to wait for her to clean one..... she seated us in the only clean booth in the place. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to take a drink order we got up and left. Probably took them another 10 minutes to even notice we were gone. At the Barley Mow down the street. Service is excellent and we are enjoying our dinner.

alright so there was maybe 5-10 people in the restaurant this day. Was seated at a table which took 5 minutes. 30 minutes go by, havnt been introduced or offered drinks from our server. So I just ended up leaving, very disappointing. Complete waste of time and would never recommend it to anyone, unless you have 3-5 hours to spare.

We had the bandera bread, Thai chicken and veggie pizza. Food was just ok. Nothing special. The bandera bread was the best part. The veggie pizza was quite small and the tomatoes were cold and thrown on as an afterthought. The average food would have been fine if it wasn't so expensive. Boston Pizza has become overpriced, unfortunately. We probably won't return. We used to eat there quite frequently but we were very disappointed today. I must say the service was very good. Host and server were friendly and helpful. Washrooms were clean, which we appreciated.

The newest Boston Pizza in Brandon, located just off Hwy 1 has the same environment as any Boston Pizza...maybe a little more modern. The food and drinks were as expected. However, it took a bit of time before we received cutlery or glasses of water. Otherwise, they had hockey playing in the lounge which is always nice.

Thank you to the bartender Who Was working Friday, August 7 at noon lunchtime. I drove in from Shilo to get a coffee from town and when I pulled up to where I was originally going- there was a lineup of probably 50 or more. I pulled into Boston pizza and the lovely bartender was glad to serve me a nice hot fresh cup of coffee! I’m glad I went in to this establishment. Even though it was for something so small it made my days so much better! A plus that she was friendly and glad to serve me!

Food was disappointing. I ordered gluten free pasta which was dry because it had barely any sauce on it. Cost me over $27 for that and an iced tea. No garlic bread or salad or dessert. I understand that the cost of everything has gone up but I won't be going back there any time soon.

This is an experience that my fiancé just went threw with this Boston Pizza location. "I phoned at 6:15pm to order and got there and paid at 6:30pm , the guy said they were just waiting on my calamari, and to just pull into one of the stalls outside and they will bring it out when it's ready which was totally fine! But... there was about 3 cars that pulled in after me and left before me.. 40 minutes later I called and asked if my food was ready and they said " oh yes! " and then I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. I've worked in this food industry before, so I know people get busy but over and hour just for a few things. Mostly apps, but to wait over 40 minutes for calamari is ridiculous. OH and to add that there was a family in there that got there food and left by the time I was about to leave."

We went Saturday night after the races to order to go. We took a drink at bar during they were making our order. It was my first time in a BP and i enjoyed it with all those screens every where. I have derated them after my last visit. They have changed the makeup of the Mediterranean pizza my wife and I loved so much, and yes, they completely ruined it. I came to Boston pizza today to eat some food and ordered some poutine. When I was finished eating it didn't taste too good, you should stop adding mushrooms. Anyways, I noticed an abnormally large strand of hair in my poutine. It could've been better if you added some actual cheese curds and not just pathetic shredded cheese. And even worse, someone in a table across from us had also found a hair in their poutine. So can your workers please stop shaving their heads (or whatever they do back there) in the place where people make food. I recommend to never go here unless you like eating people's hair.

This is maybe a handful, if I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered it and when I asked about this being kinda small for $8 the waitress said it's portioned and didn't even look to see how much was in the box.

I used to love Boston pizza in brockville. These days not so much. The last few visits there were not enjoyable. Slow service and bad food. Prime example of poor service was tonight dropped our food on the table and ran away very quickly, meanwhile we had no utensils or condiments on our table. Took 5 mins before I could get someone's attention to get those items for us. I understand if things are busy things happen. Tonight it was not one of those nights. I ordered the dipper combo which is usually good, tonight it was like chewing on cold rubber. Not happy. My family will no longer eat there as this has happened on more than one occasion. Bloody shame as brockville doesnt have very many decent family restaurants.

Dropped in on Saturday night cuz they had a DJ. The place was pretty quiet, no-one dancing or much going on, but we decided to have a drink. Guy tending bar got us served fast and friendly, but he appeared to be running around a lot, working the bar and waiting tables. When we finished our drinks, he wasn't at the bar and it took at least 10-15 minutes before he finally came back and we were able to pay. I don't blame him for that, that's the fault of management not having enough staff working - it shouldn't take me 15 minutes to pay my bill.

We used to love going to Boston pizza but our recent visits have only been sheer disappointment.. the booth seats were taped because of ripped material, service was terribly slow, the televisions were exceptionally loud. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff.. sad to see what was once a nice place..going down hill.. staff definitely makes a business and it is clear that they have had a huge change over in the last while. Makes one wonder how it’s been managed..

Just like any chain restaurant, you know exactly how the food will taste and the quality of the service. Everything was good, but the plates took a lot of time to be served after we ordered - the restaurant wasn't full at the time, so there was no reason to take that time.

The menu always has something for everyone and there is beer on tap. I just love the fact that they cater to all ages and do it well. It's not unusual to see a large table set for three or four generations. The washrooms are always clean. My daughter loves the Shirley Temples and refills rule the day. I've gone to Boston Pizza three provinces away and found the exact same standards. The only con.... One of their delivery drivers ran into my wife's car and no one had the decency to apologize. Nevertheless, the serving staff make up for the short comings of the management.

Three strikes...I'm done with this chain. Perhaps Boston Pizza and I don't agree, so I'll avoid them like the plague going forward. I had the MVB Burger...Even 100% Canadian beef tastes horrible when microwaved. The patty was a bland grey tasteless piece of meat that hasn't seen a griddle or grill in a decade. The cheese was cold and not even melted. Horrible, horrible meal. I suppose this is more the kinda place for beer nuts and fishbowls.

Food was good as usual. Typically the server is great but was lacking this time. An older lady was working the front counter and was not wearing her mask properly, and took about 20 minutes to seat me and my 3 friends in the mostly empty restaurant. Our waitress looked like she hated her life. She wasnt mean or rude or anything, we just all got the sense that she really didn't want to be there. Then when we told her it was our friends birthday, she came out alone with the birthday treat and forgot whose birthday it was. We got a new waitress around the end of our meal and she was a lot better. 7.5 out of 10. Typically my rating for here would be higher, they just had an off night.

Ordered take out for my family, the order was delivered 20 mins late. I can live with this, I understand how busy deliver can get. The issue was the delivery driver tried to give me someone else's food. He didn't have a clue what was going on and told me "I best get back at it" and left. I called the restaurant, they did apologize and told me they would send the driver back out with my order that was sitting there when he got back. More waiting! A short while later the driver comes back, drops the food off and leaves, meanwhile my wife is checking the bags and half of the food is missing. Yet again I call them and get told it will be another 30 - 40 minutes for the rest of the food as the driver is now busy. The manager ended up bringing the rest of the food, she offered us a credit which was nice. But as it stands I have 2 charges on my credit card and no refund. So I've paid twice for terrible service and average food. There are plenty of great restaurants in Brockville, do not waste your time in this Boston Pizza like I did.

The service sucks. We got greeted and seated when we got there. The waitress handed us menus and took our drink order. She came back with drinks and thats the last time we saw the waitress. We waited 20 minutes with our menus. She never returned to take our order. We saw 3 other waitresses and staff walk by and no one came and checked on us. We decided to go somewhere else. We will never return to that BP or recommend it to anyone. It was the worst pathetic service I have ever had in a restaurant. We were the only ones there for 10 minutes. Another group comes in and got waited on for drinks, menus and orders taken while we still waited. There was absolutly no excuse for the poor service. I wouldnt even rate them 1 star. Id give them a -10 star for there service.

So went to Boston Pizza tonight in Brockville which we do frequently for dinner. At the front door is a sign that saies $5 Corona. So my husband asked the server if it is still on sale. She said yes for another 2 weeks. So he enjoyed 2 with his dinner. At the end of our dinner we got the bill and the beer was almost $6.60 each. So my husband asked the manager about the price. He said well that sale has been over for awhile now I guess I forgot that sign. The sign was also in the bathroom. The manager just stood there with a grin on his face and did nothing. It's not the money it's the way he was treated that was wrong. So I guess with the sign right in your face your still a liar at Boston Pizza.

Alot can be said about the cookie cutter franchises but when you're one of the only places still open at 10:00pm on a sunday with full menu options, good service and choice of any live sport.. then I applaud. Most times I get my favorite perogi pizza or the 7 cheese ravioli but for those with a sweet tooth I suggest the warm brownies with ice cream and chocolate caramel drizzle. Solid points across the board minus one for lack of the unique. Don't let that stop you though, you'll miss out!

I had purchased 2 large pizzas. I didn't know they had a seperate pickup entrance so the hostess had walked us through the restaurant to the pickup side. She was very nice about it. Pizza was great and so was the service. First time being at the Brandon location. It's kinda tucked away. I used the app to pre-order the food while on the highway. Picked up the food and left real quick. I really enjoyed that as it was quicker and way better then subway or any other option:)

Dear Management, Had the pleasure of having Deena as our server. She was VERY attentive and friendly. I would recommend having her train all new (and maybe even existing) staff, and that she be given a handsome bonus. To long didn't read: Wonderful change of atmosphere for a BP, food was just how you'd expect it so that's always good. Would recommend this one. Came in for their soft opening to see a BP style I personally have not seen. Nice and modernized had a fresh smell of new restaurant, like new car but better. The service was also pleasing, fast on drink refills, orders, all the good stuff. New booth style too booths feel much more comfortable, but that might be because they are new. It was a nice modern take on an old style restaurant, I'll be returning and I'd suggest you give this one a try as well.

Won't be ordering from Belleville location ever again. I treated the family to what I thought was going to be a nice meal on the Tuesday witch I thought was pasta day but still got charged full price for all 3 meals to get home and was disappointed very much wasn't much sauce at all pasta was bit dry and under cooked called the store back and questioned them and Courtney answered the phone and was bit rude so needless to say we won't be returning.

The service was sub-par. Not sure what the blonde ladies name is but she took so long to even come back and ask us how our food was. Before that, every time I asked her for something she would just walk away. She would get it, however it would be nice to at least get some acknowledgement and politeness. It wasn't even busy at 10pm in the evening.

Ordered the meteor pizza, for about the 20th time, so I'm sure I know what it tastes like... this time it came with a meat sauce on it instead of a pizza sauce. I called the restaurant and I was told that it was a bolognese sauce and that they hadn't changed anything. A bolognese sauce does not have meat in it, this was a spaghetti meat sauce on my pizza, the meat sauce makes for a very soggy crust, there was no offer for a refund or a replacement, I was just basically told that I was wrong... I am very unhappy
