The food is phenomenal. The Kebab is real Iraqi one with authentic serving. It's just like home cooked food. The guys there are so friendly and nice. I liked it my family loved it and we definitely recommend it.

Sam's Gus on Fairlight Dr is a new spot try out for us Shawarma lovers. I got The Beef/Lamb Gus, it tasted great and fresh. I also got some Beef Boorek rolls which were delish and Potato Chaps.. I almost didnt get the potato chaps but the kind lady recommended I try them, Wow was she right. Those things were amazing and my favorite part. Maybe cause I've never had it befor but I want more of them right now. Service was top notch too! Cheers guys ill be back to try the rest of the menu.

First time trying middle eastern food! I’m impressive! Very good! The cooking station looks very clean as well. Recommend. I will def go back!

Recently discovoered the restaurant. I highly recommend the place , the food there is great and the staff is very friendly . I love their authentic dishes such as the tikka chicken and kebab . Their soup is top notch. Their very clean establishment and quality food really puts them in the top 10 restaurants in the city , not to mention their prices are very resonable .

Ordered beef donair and falafel. Food took a little longer than I was expecting, I wish I could've placed the order online for pickup. Maybe I could've and I just couldn't figure it out. But it was definitely worth the wait - delicious donair and fresh falafel with the best flavor I've ever had, both made fresh in front of me. Owner seemed like a great guy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Used to be Donair Time. New owners and food. Great little spot for a quick bite or sit down. They offer free tea. And they have unique Iraqi dishes. Got the beef and lamb shawarma. The veggies we're very fresh. Will definately come back for some of their more unique dishes.

Locally owned petite shawarma kebab and pita wrap joint. Excellent service, owner is very nice and the place is hospitable and welcoming. He offered us complementary tea and was very accommodating our requests. Very nice experience. Worth a try- we will be back. Delicious pita wraps stuffed full of your choice of toppings. Great lunch, good prices.

We ordered one kabob and one Gus beef. We found the kabob better because it was so tasty and well-cooked. Friendly employees and so respectful. The only issue that I had “no one was wearing a hair-mesh” while they were in kitchen and cooking. They treat their customers by offering free black tea. We bought some traditional home-made Arabic pastry and had them with our tea at the end. So yummy. They have delivery option as well.

First Place in Saskatoon doing barbecue on charcoals ????, Kabab, Burgers, Steak and chicken legs/ wings all are yummy and amazing, Also shawarma is different special flavour. Very clean and helpful staff, will definitely recommend giving them a visit.

Not sure what happened but ordered a chicken shawarma platter but somehow got a curried chicken wrap platter which was salty due to the number of pickles in the wrap. The pickles are different and good by themselves. The platter came with very saucy coleslaw, which was a strange thing, thought it should have been homus as I think that's what their menu picture shows. The garlic sauce was good. Nice young guy working, not wearing a mask.

Sam's Gus is one of the most wholsome tasting Gus's (Donair for those who don't know) I've ever had. It wasn't super greasy and all the veggies tasted super fresh. Sam and his wife are great people, friendly and very humble. I will be returning for another and to try what other tastey foods they have to offer!

I went there with my friends few times already and we ordered Gus Beef, Gus Chicken, Kabob and Tikka Beef it was sooo delicious and the way was cooked and the smell in the restaurant was amazing. Great people and fabulous service I like the Tea section just go and help your self :)
