Their food is fantastic. Yes you have to order your rice on the side if you order a meat portion. If you order a combo it comes with rice and the things listed. Just like every other restraunt.

We have eaten at the Dumpling House several times since they opened. Prices are low, food is tasty, portions are large, and service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend their combo for 1 - lots of choices.
