Alright. So the food tastes okay, but the waitress with the long braid said the table in the front corner was for groups of FOUR people. So we sat at another table. Turns out a group of TWO people ended up sitting at that table instead and she didn’t say nothing about that. Real nice to lie to your customers. Also i never got a water refill and they rarely picked out the used plates. But yeah. The lie is why I left ONE star. Maybe they can get more stars from the invisible customers that never showed up at the other table...

I had talked to the woman who said she was the owner about my bad experience while eating there last time .. she rudely told me no one complain you the only one to complain if you not happy dont eat here go somewhere else . Needless to say i , my family and my co- workers did indeed not go back to eat there . My problem was that we had to wait for 28minutes in line during our lunch time to get serve the buffet . When i asked for 3 eggrolls instead of the 2 i was given , they refused and told me that if i wanted more i could eat what was in my plate and then come back for more ... well no i couldnt .. because i barely had time to eat anything and had to go back to work because who has time to wait 28 minutes in line twice !?..

I love this place, I've been going there since I was a kid, the buffets are always great with many choices and the deserts are really cool. I also really like the ambiance of the restaurant, it's a very calming and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is also really friendly, I definitely recommend it!

The buffet is great, and although covid 19 has affected us in some ways, it has improved the buffet, knowing that not everyone is grabbing at the food in the buffet and only one person in charge of serving makes it all the better and I hope it remains this way after covid19

Probably one of the most, if not the most, popular restaurants in Bathurst. The staff are very friendly and quick to get to you. The buffet is hands down the best part of this place. It gets crowded very quickly during peak times. The food is always delicious. The biggest problem is usually that they run out of one dish too quickly (but are generally pretty good at replenishing it fast). This place is a must-go if you're visiting Bathurst.

My brother and I were craving Chinese food, and given he eats a lot, we decided to hit up House of Lee. It had been quite a long while since I've eaten there, but remembered it to be quite good. Boy, was I ever wrong! With the exception of the wonton soup, the food was incredibly greasy. I can't tell you the flavour of the egg roll, cause all I remember is dough being saturated in grease. 24hours later, and I'm still uneasy about eating anything containing grease or a slight amount of fat,the greasy egg roll feel still present in my stomach.

As a reply to shadow messenger's review.... I don't think that's fair! You don't know what the situation was. As a server myself, we see this a lot. The customer could have told the server they were waiting for more people to join in order to get a bigger table, OR, could have simply walked in without waiting to be seated by staff and took a table without asking. Most of the time, staff are not suppose to ask a customer to move once they are seated. Did you mention this to your server? Did you ask about it? If not, then I don't think giving the restaurant a bad review over something you don't know the whole story to is fair to either the server, or the restaurant's reputation.
