Fresco Kitchen is by far the best food you’ll have in Bathurst. The portions are generous and everything is absolutely delicious. The service is friendly, quick & attentive. We sat at the bar and loved watching Joel cook and chatting with him. If it’s still on the menu, try the homemade bucatini with seafood. ????

Amazing experience! My wife had dietary restrictions due to breastfeeding and the owner/chef Joel personally met us to arrange alternatives to his menu. The service was great and the all the staff were friendly and offered services in both French and English. Best sit down restaurant in Bathurst by far!

Had dinner last night! Love seeing that crew working as a team. Always a Highlight. From platting to timing they had it going on. The food was awesome, made from scratch, fresh ingredients and this place even makes their own pasta. One of the more pricy places to eat in the area. But you get what you pay for. Definitely going back.

We had the Steak Tartare and the soup for an appetizer, the Seafood Pasta and the Striploin steak for the main course. Everything was amazing. The shrimp and the scallops in the pasta were cooked to perfection, by far the best we've ever had! The restaurant is modern and beautiful and the service is great. We will definitely be returning.

Love Fresco Kitchen. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious. Priced very well. I recommend the Tar Tar as an appetizer, and either the Arctic Char or Lamb for a main.

Only restaurant open on Tuesday evening end of August in Bathurst, but what a surprise. Few choices on the menu but great flavours and quality. We surely recommend the PIE musles with safran sauce and the lamb racks for main course. Price level matches with high quality of the dishes
