Paparazzi Poutine Review: Best poutine I've had in town so far. Ordered online with curbside pickup. Came out exactly on time. The gravy is packed seperate for you to add after. The gravy was delicious. This is The Brad Pitt poutine with extra cheese. I could've ate two of these but my heart needs to work long term. Every morsel every bite was scrumptious and absolutely delicious. Every fry was golden crispy. Every curd perfect. There was much more sausage and cheese curds and mushrooms and onions below than what the photo shows. Can't wait to try another poutine here.

This is honestly the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant ever. The server was horrible, never even checked on us. It took an hour to get our food and after we did finally get it the burger was burnt and the fries tasted like they had been sitting on the counter for a very long time ( rubbery). I don't think I will be back unless I hear it's been completely revamped.

The restaurant is located at the Best Western Plus hotel. Ordered takeout and got the roadhouse burger. Good portion and condiments go well with the burger. Reminded me of The Works in Ontario, but patty could use a bit more flavour. Fries for the poutine was a bit overcooked, but still tasted good. Popcorn Chicken was excellent with variety of sauces. If you like KFC popcorn chicken, you'll like this. Strawberry Milkshake was excellent. One of the better burger joints in Bathurst area. Would eat here again.

Spinach dip was very watery, but tasted great. Roadhouse burger delivers what it promises. Service was terrible. No drink refills, got our order twice, no follow up after our meals were dropped off. Disappointing.

Me and my daughter went for lunch on a Tuesday. It was arround 12h30 and were starving. Heard good things about the restaurant and had to try it out. First of, all the parking were taken. And the restaurant was almost empty. I had a choice of a 3$/day parking, a meter parking, or to park on main st for 2h. Had to walk a little but found a place on Main. As I said, the restaurant was almost empty. The server came with the menus. Then came right away for drinks. The menu is huge and she came back i was only on page 2! So we order drinks and got back to it. But she was not back. She then served us drinks and said she would be back in just a minute. But wasnt. Finally she came back and took our orders. My daughter took mac and cheese bites (a starter) i took one of the many burgers and a side. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. The waitress was nice, apologizing, saying there was only 1 cook that day. Ok. But the restaurant was far from being even a tiny bit full!! I think we waited 1h for our food. The food was, well as expected, very good! There were healthier choices i could have taken so thats on me, but it was a bit heavy for the heart! But super duper good. My daughter really liked it. Even though they give her a super chilled-cold marinara sauce with it. My burger was excellent and side super good. At the end we had to go get the bill because i was scared to get a parking ticket. I left super thirsty too as they didnt offer refills. Its a good place to try, hoping you get a faster cook though.

My favorite burger place in town! Always good service by the staff! Usually go on mondays as they have burger for 10.99 with a drink and they have bottomless fries. Not that you need any more as they are really generous with the portion. Over all 10/10

Went there with my wife and my 2 year old daughter, waited 30 mins for our order to be taken when there was only 2 other tables of people. After our order was taken we waited an hour just for the waitress to come back and tell us they misplaced our order and asked us what we ordered again we got up and left. I asked if the manager was in and they started laughing and said sorry man its been a night. This was our second chance for thisplace after this experience we probably won't return and won't recommend it either. They have poor staff and management. The food can be good at times but I've seen raw burgers.

We ordered chili cheese dog which is good but its missing a sauce the chili is not a strong flavor chili kinda bland, the firehouse dog was ok the banana peppers we very mushy, it would of been nice if the hotdog buns were a bit toasted, then we had the roadhouse burger it's missing a sweet sauce or BBQ sauce was pretty bland too, maybe our expectation were to high I dont know but we won't be going again sadly we make better hotdogs and burger kind makes a good roadhouse.

Amazing! The portion sizes are huge and the food is great. I had curb side and they were waiting before I even pulled up. We had the chilli cheese fries as our sides and everyone needs to get in their cars and order some. Top notch.

If you want a special burger, this is the place for it! They have an incredibly large array of choice and even a make your own format. The place is nice and clean, food is good but not exceptional. Service was good every time we went.

I never take time to leave bad reviews as I have done customer service jobs before, and always try to be friendly compassionate towards staff and workers doing those kinds of jobs, but our customer service experience was so odd and frustrating that I have to leave this review... Went there with my wife and my toddler, waited 1h for our order to be served when there was only 3 other tables of people. When we asked the waitress the answer was that they had a big order for 4 people(?) so they were behind. After they forgot to bring us part of the my daughters order we had to ask again. No apologies or nothing... We won't return and won't recommend this place. They have bad staff and management.
