I called for taking some information and I was looking for the manager. The person who received my call was saying he is the manager. That person was very rude and didnt answer my question properly and hanged me up on the phone. Such a horrible behavior I dont know how there customer service is.

Went to Burger King in Bathurst to grab a quick bite on the go would have been overcharged if i hadn't questioned the total and could not find a clean table and the place had 2 other customers in it ... picked the cleanest looking table and my arms stuck to it had to try and wash up before i left ....surprise surprise no paper towels and the air drier was 30 years old and not worth a damn, dried my hands in my jeans. I leave it to you to decide if you think I'll be going back there anytime soon !!!

Worst experience ever. I waited over 10 minutes for the manager whom was eating and checking Facebook on her phone a mere 10 feet from me. Once I was served I expected a half decent meal like usual, but oh was I wrong. My sister ordered chicken fries and 10 nuggets I ordered a whopper and onion rings with a sprite. The chicken fries were over cooked to the point of being sticks of deep fried batter, the nuggets were quite cold, the whopper was cold and lastly my sprite was watered down. Very terrible experience and I won't be returning.

I love burger king, especially the road house burgers. I dont mind waiting for there food. Sometimes the customer service lacks smiles but as long as my orders are correct and yummy then I'm happy! Fries are way better than mc donalds.

I ordered veggie Burger with onion rings combo, I wait for my order more than 10 minutes in drive through, it was around 8 Or 8:15, I didn’t understand the meaning of drive through if you have to wait for sooo long for your one order. And it will be still okay with me if I got my onion rings properly cooked, onion rings was not cooked properly, it looks like onion rings just dipped in batter and give it to me, I eat 2 pieces of that and I feel like to vomit ???? so you can imagine how bad it was!!

I have been here multiple times during covid 19 when employees should be wearing masks when they can't social distance. Everytime i go through the drive thru most have masks on there chin, including the general manager. He doesn't set a good example for his staff. Not impressed

I walked In to use the bathroom and it was filthy.... All of the stalls were dirty. The restruant was dirty as well... The counters, windows, and tables didn't look like they were washed. The Burger itself was good but I lost my appetite and didn't trust eating it because I felt really grossed out. However, on our way out one of the employees was starting to wash the tables. It did say hiring outside the restruant but I would make more of an effort to make sure things stay clean. We felt very uncomfortable ????

Just went to burgerking, had to repeat my order 10 times until they "heard" me. ordered a roadhouse crispy chicken and a poutine just to get a half frozen poutine and my burger was missing both the bacon and the onion rings? awesome service, thanks :)

This place is the slowest, if you go through the drive thru, it doesn't matter what you order, they will make you park your car and wait for them to run it out. I love whoppers and whopper jr but I can't stand the slow speed of service.

Very dirty restaurant . In bathurst new Brunswick anyway. I went there and all tables were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. I showed it to the owner and he did not say much about it. It looks that how he keep is restaurant. But very dirty and greasy.

Not impressed at all with the place right now. The owner and the Manager are very disrespectful towards the employees. Barking orders instead of just politely asking and being condiscending to staff is wrong...I feel for them. The manager(I'm assuming it's him) pushed his way by us, (he's not a small build to say the least) brushing against us, not excusing himself so we can move over and respecting the social distance of 6 feet is being rude. Our order was over-cooked and cold to boot. If there's no room at McDonalds, by the way, just go grab a table at Burger King...they won't mind at all! Very poor experience...not planning on returning anytime soon until maybe a respectful new owner takes over. This complaint is being forwarded to their head office as well.
