The food here is so amazing. I took my meat loving boyfriend here and even he was blown away! Definitely recommend the nachos! I was a little apprehensive when I first saw them, but the smorgasbord of ingredients go so well together! Each bite is a unique and delicious experience! Our server was also very helpful! Have been a few times here and still love the food. Enjoyed this time the blueberry cheesecake and as breakfast the jungle pancake. Both gluten-free. The only thing I don’t like is the coffee.

Mountains, hot springs, and nourish bistro are the top 3 reasons to go to Banff. The food here is absolutely amazing and they have the best cocktails I’ve ever experienced. My friend and I tried a few different menu items and each one was better than the last. This is definitely the best place to eat in all of Banff with very considerate staff who put in so much extra work in making everything completely allergen free for me. Definitely the best part of Banff !

Excellent cocktails, excellent food, and decently priced. The nachos cannot be beat and the burritos we are a fair size. Unique yet successful combinations. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms are not on location, they share a back corridor with the pizza place next door, and there are only 2 stalls, which can make for a long wait.

Giving this place five stars because the food was creative, delicious and beautifully plated. It was exactly what I wanted for my friend who really likes this sort of menu. We enjoyed a plate of nachos, very unconventionally served with strawberries, seeds and other interesting goods. I had the King Kong noodles, equally intriguing ingredients and a delicious peanut-y broth. It was also a huge portion that I was able to enjoy for two more days - it kept just fine and didn't give me any stomach problems even two days later. However, I had emailed this restaurant well in advance of our reservation to let them know I was organizing a bachelorette weekend and this lunch would be a quiet affair post-celebration with the bride and another bridesmaid. I didn't expect special treatment, but there was no mention of the occasion upon arrival, and the service was extremely slow. Although I had requested a table on the patio there wasn't one available when we got there, but we were promised to be moved once one was cleared. I think the host forgot about this offering and we spent a lot of time indoors just waiting for service - for initial greeting, for water, for our cocktails - and although the server was very nice when she finally made it to the table, and the drinks were made with GREAT care (we had a view of the bar), it was not quite the experience I expected. This being said, it was Banff in July. Even when service staff does not look like they're weeded, I'm sure they have plenty on the go and overall it was a nice time. Would recommend if only for the delicious food and bev.

We got the nachos, broccoli tempura, and the trio of hummus flavors. We enjoyed the drinks as well that they had to offer. Not sure we would get the nachos again but the other items were good. Will be back to try some of the desserts soon!

Not only was this some of the best plant-based food we’ve ever had, but the best service too. Caleb was awesome - super friendly and was able to recommend drinks and food that blew our minds. We had the beetroot bruschetta, dumplings and nachos. Who would have thought.. that fruit on nachos is AMAZING. Everyone will enjoy this place, vegan or not. Gluten-free options too. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing family meal for Mom's early birthday. We had a round table perfect for our group. Francois was an incredible server who was fun, honest, and wanted everyone to have the right amount of food. Spent time chatting with the Manager Caleb and he was also a gem! Everyone was fantastic and this was the best service we have all had in a long time. Drinks were delicious and original (even better they were a great deal of the evening). Only one person in our party is vegetarian and we mostly loved our meals (only small disappointment was the pizza). Great atmosphere and such a welcoming group. Wish we lived in Banff so we could visit more often! Thanks so much everyone for one most fun and fabulous family meal.

Good food, awful service. We are vegetarians and were very excited to try this place but left utterly disappointed. This was the WORST service we had ever received at a restaurant. Our waiter was so rude, unwelcoming and made us feel like a hindrance! He did not seem interested at all in ensuring we have a positive experience. He dropped the hummus on our table and then just picked it up without replacing it. Wanted lemon on the side and he gave it to us by hand not set on a plate (how unsanitary)! Silverware was not provided and we had to eat our appetizers by hand because no staff member was come near us to help. Had to wait for drinks for half and hour and waiter avoided eye contact when we tried to signal him. Waiter never came once to ask us if we needed anything. The hummus and bread was good, the nachos were ok, definitely not the “worlds best nachos.” I’d give this “restaurant” a 0 for cleanliness and 0 for customer service. Not worth it, will never visit again.

Much late review from last fall. Food was great, had mushroom ravioli. Service friendly as well. Hair found on food- mentioned to server & reply was that happens sometimes. Server did offer though replacement meal. But we didn't bother. Found it strange response for finding hair on food. Did initially try to let manager know with no response back.

Wow! This place is absolutely a hidden gem! Absolutely incredible, unique and inventive food with incomparable flavour bursting in every bite... As you can tell, I love it! The prices are cheap, considering the location. The morrocan cauliflower was my favorite! Light and healthy, such a great way to fuel your afternoon. The spices are outstanding on their own, but when combined with the mint chutney yogurt... WOW! We will definitely be back soon!

So rude and poor service. Requested to sit on the patio which was totally empty and the waiter/host - a man almost said no then grudgingly gave us a table. Food is nothing to write home about - salty and artificial tasting - vegan food is not meant to be full of salt! Will never go back. I don’t understand why there are some great reviews and other reviews are bad. I think there is some silent discrimination going on there, can’t put my finger on it but just a gut feeling.

Great service, amazing service by a team of passionate people and especially Ellie. The food is original, elaborate and delicious. Nachos are extremely surprising, combining various flavours such as fruits, pickles and beans. The vegan cheesy sauce is perfect Prices seem a bit expensive, but in a touristy area and great quality food, it is to be expected. Vegetarian with vegan options for every meal as well as a lot of gluten free options.

Excellent food! We had the Veggie Burger, and the King Kong noodles. The noodle bowl is large, and could probably feed two. Unfortunately, the restaurant was busy causing our service to be lacking. Would visit again, probably earlier in the evening to avoid the rush.

Good option for a vegan meal when in Banff. Their Hummus Trio is ideal and served with warm focaccia bread, quite filling without going over the top. So is their Falafel Salad, with crisp yet soft while fresh dumplings in a healthy bowl of other ingredients. Goes well with their Chili Hot Chocolate or selection of their other teas, and nothing like a Chocolate Raspberry Cup or a scoop (or three) of their Bourbon Vanilla Bean Gelato to round things off. Try them if in the area and looking for a healthy yet pleasantly filling meal.

This place was opened last 9pm so went to check it out. Ordered a falafel salad and the kimchi burgers with harissa fries. The falafel salad was delicious and very hearty - only thing I would change is that the broken up falafel balls be warmed up so that there's a nice contrast with the rest of the salas. The kimchi patty was also very flavorful and crispy which contrasted against the bun with sauces. Would recommend getting this for sure! As far as desserts go they ran out of the blueberry cheesecake and everything else except ice cream near closing time - just heads up.

My vegetarian friend and I did a trip to Banff a few months back. While looking for places with menu options she would enjoy we stumbled upon Nourish Bistro, and more specifically, their wild mushroom ravioli. When I tell you it was THE BEST ravioli I've EVER had, I'm not joking. I live in Edmonton and have genuinely weighed the pros and cons of driving to Banff for no other reason than to have this dish again. 10/10! 1000% recommend!

I went back there twice for their food, especially the Mac & squeeze, it had a variety of fresh ingredients and a healthy taste. I loved it so much I ordered them 2! There's also live singing on Tuesdays 730 - 930 and there were people dancing to the music, it had a great vibe!

I visited here in summer last year and I really liked it. Came back again tonight and I loved it! Great food, I ordered the Mac and squeeze dish which was delicious and warming on an unusually snowy mid September day! I also got the truffles for dessert. Would I drive 876km one way just to eat here? Absolutely! Would go there everyday while I was staying in Calgary even if it meant I had to drive extra to get home on the last day of my vacation? You bet! The food is unbelievable and the staff are the friendliest I've ever met. I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb, the owner, and he was so wonderful. If you want to dine at a place where the food and atmosphere are amazing and the owner and staff truly believe in what they are doing and are passionate about it, this is the place to go!

Look, I wanted to be excited about this place - truly. I'm a health conscious person who really appreciates finding quality food, so I searched best restaurants in Banff and this place came up. There is fruit on the nachos, pickles, strawberries,mandarin oranges, and other random , unnecessary ingredients. There was strawberries ... In our guacamole. Strawberries, in our ravioli .. None of these dishes needed fruit. As if they threw all the Ingredients into their dish to get rid of product. I am thoroughly disappointed . High price, low quality ingredients , and fruit. In. Every. ( Savoury) Dish.

A little bit of a wait but that’s everywhere in Banff. The decor is a little …..meh ???? The washrooms are shared so there was a bit of a line and not the cleanest. However, the food was amazing! The King Kong Noodles are so good and so much food. Try the house juice ???? it was my favourite and definitely worth the wait. If you want a healthy meal in Banff this is the place to go.

Amazing service and food! The staff at nourish were very friendly and accommodating with Bluey (puppy pictured) and even gave him some water when we sat down. The food was so good, my sister who is not vegetarian/vegan loved the burger, iced coffee, ravioli and the tempura broccoli. My sister hates mushrooms and ravioli and she loved the vegan ravioli from this restaurant! Food pictured was too good to wait and eat, so we did our best to capture what we hadn’t eaten yet.

A fantastic selection on healthy vegan and gluten free meals. Service was friendly and very helpful with the menu. The atmosphere was super laid back and relaxing. My GF had the gluten free/vegan mac and cheese which was amazing and flavorful. I had the Kimchi vegan burger with a side of cajun baked fries. The burger had so many flavors which were bursting with every bite.

Everytime we come to Banff we stop and eat here. It is a fabulous place to eat. Service is always great. The vegan nachos and vegan poutine are absolutely stellar! We have had everything on the menu and I can't say anything bad about a single thing. Highly reccomend this eatery, it is very well run and delicious.

Called in this place to make reservations, but they stated that they don’t take reservations and it’s first come first serve. So we decided to go there and the wait was 25min. So rather than waiting we decided to sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks. The drinks were good and stiff. The bartender that was serving us also said he can take our dinner order. So to save time we thought why not. We ordered the nachos and mushroom ravioli. Once we ordered we were given seats. But what ended up happening was that the bartender was too busy serving drinks that he kind of forgot about us. So we weren’t impressed with the service, as the food too to long to come out. And if we needed anything I needed to stand up and ask for it. Overall food was good, the nachos were a bit burnt, and the service was poor.

The food are wonderful and allowing our dog to be in patio it great but the server is very awful when she come to us , first the guy with lot of tattoos in his arms told us to just pick a table we can seat he even pet my big , but the table available is so hot and luckily the couple setting beside us left. Me and my boyfriend Decided to move to there spot knowing that the table still dirty but I didn’t seat down because I want to inform the server that we want to move . But she come and yapping not even listen to my boyfriend explanation I know that is busy and may be she was tired but boy oh ! boy ! you choice to be in the hospitality business hold your temper girl and may be look different job. I really didn’t want to ruined our day off so we ignored her and still give a tip hopefully it will end up to the cook not her !!!!???? she’s wearing a sleeveless and long pants today. ☝️

Vegetarian or not, Nourish has incredible food of high quality and care. Grand selection of drinks that you order 3 different ones during the evening. The Nachos are just out of this world and the house vegan cheese is better than normal cheese. Best place to get comfort food, an exotic new favorite beverage, and to eat good healthy food. I am currently experiencing the transcendental intimacy that is the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. I can say without a doubt after 7 years of veganism, no dish has compared even remotely to the sophistication and almost cosmic allure of this pastas gentle yet audacious flavour profile. How dare it ruin every other pasta for me! Beautifully crusted garlic toast, lovely wine and a chic yet relaxed atmosphere. I am so genuinely impressed. For goodness sake, visit this restaurant and order this dish. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has a great, relaxed atmosphere. Came here after dinner for drinks, but would come for dinner next time. The bartender knows how to make a good cocktail, the dedication to each crafted cocktail is highly noticeable. The staff were really nice and kind. To be honest we didn’t even know it’s a vegetarian restaurant and we are not vegetarians to begin with. But! This restaurant was great! The food was amazing, they had a great selections of awesome ciders and the service was to match. Great experience overall!

Anytime I stop in Banff I always come here for dinner or lunch and it is ALWAYS so good. It is hands down my fav vegan joint in Banff. The staff are welcoming and the vegan options are beyond delicious! This place is a gem!

I would love to give this place 5 stars, I really would. I cannot express how good the food is, it's truly amazing, and the server was spectacular and enthusiastic- in the beginning. After we received our food our server left and none of the other servers checked in on us. We would have ordered much more in the way of cocktails had we gotten the time of day, but it was after sitting there with our plates stacked for 30-45 minutes we had someone walk over, and by then we were beyond ready to leave. Great food, the service would have been great as well if it carried on like the beginning.

We are here twice in two nights! Food is great, service is fantastic and they can make everything on the menu, totally vegan. Kimchi Burger is the best thing on the menu.

Not a vegan or vegetarian, but the food here was fire. Went a few times, both burgers, the gyoza, the mushroom ravioli. Everything we tried was excellent !

My wife and I have been Vegan now for 2 months and we have already discovered how hard it can be to eat out. I cannot express through words how refreshing it felt to dine at this astounding bistro when I could view the menu as confidently as a non-vegan. We spent the weekend in Banff and ended up eating here for every meal. Each dish we ordered was artfully crafted, flavorful and well balanced. You can tell that every detail of your dining experience was carefully thought out by a true lover of food and the environment. The decor and music combined with the charismatic staff makes this a great spot to chill out while tasting some of the most innovative vegetarian and vegan cuisine ever! #WhereVegansBringTheirNonVeganFriends

I’ve been traveling through Banff for years on solo snowboard and paddle board trips and nourish bistro makes me feel right at home . I had the King Kong noodle bowl with some bread on the side and the back from revy cocktail ( it was delicious and One of the most unique cocktails I’ve had and I work in the industry ) Tyler and Sam were very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! They didn’t rush me even though I was the last person in the restaurant and they were doing their closing duties . I appreciate them making me feel like part of the nourish family . I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years and I can’t wait to go back …… 10/5 stars if I could !
