So disappointed! I orders two foot long subs one was a veggie sub! I had to ask for extra onions about ten times they only put 3 pieces of onions! Then I had to ask for more olives about 7 times and she turned around and said it only comes with 6 pieces per foot long! What????? This is a joke. Then they spoke there own language and took a picture of my sub. I will never come back here and head office needs to look at them! I will also be calling the city!

I came in and told the sub artist that I was allergic to shell fish. they are severing lobster right now, and the response I got was amazing. she did everything by the book and rewashed her hands and changed gloves, got a new knife, didnt touch anything unless she had a new paper to block any allergen from cross contaminating my sub. the artists name was princess and I'd like to give a big shout out to her and thank her for her above and beyond service. subway you got a keeper here make sure she knows how awesome she is.

Went onto this restaurant orderd a steak footlong sandwich. There was 2 men and one female speaking there own language and laughing at me? This should not be allowed! Last time I checked this is an English speaking country . Then on top of that I had to keep asking for extra topping as they are very stingy with. Will not be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch while on our road trip. Was very disappointed with my sub. Had ordered a steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese or whatever bun. The sandwich artist barely out any steak on the sandwich. I you could actually see bun through the steak, that's how little was on the sandwich, for real. I asked about it and was told that is how much is supposed to be on. It basically ended up being a veggie sub to make up for the lack of meat. Also, the bun felt like it had been sitting for a while. All in all, was very disappointed with the sandwich. I would avoid going here if you're ever in Bancroft. Look for somewhere else to eat, which is better value for your money.

Food was good fresh. Sub artist would not create the sub I wanted. He would not hear me out! I wanted an EGG WHITE sub! It was afternoon and there is a "special price on those", I don't want the special price! Charge me for a piece of chicken! I just want to EAT EGG WHITE! Chicken gas salt added to it and I hate the texture of other meat! Even the smell makes me gag! Every other subway WILL MAKE MY REQUEST! I tip very well. How hard is it to unthaw an egg white and make what I want to eat! Just charge me for egg salad! I eat egg white for also the fat content and 0 cholesterol! It's the small things that make a persons day! This subway doesn't get it!

I have eaten at a lot of Subways, from one end of this country to the other. This one is THE dirtiest, most horrible that I have ever been in. We were the second customers of the day, on a mid August weekday. The cambros were dirty. There were bits of meat and cheese mixed into veggies. The staff were slow, unprofessional, and did not follow proper food handling procedures.

Worst Subway EVER!!! My family and I travelled from Halifax to PEI for our family vacation on June 10th with plans for our lunch/supper to be at Subway. When we arrived to the Boardwalk, all the restaurants where open and seen people coming and going from Subway. When walking up the doors, a lady was holding the door open and I walked in “ we’re not open!! Do you see an open sign?!!!!” Completely rude and then said we open on Friday, if your looking for food go to Pizza Delight”. The lady who was holding the door open was dressed in regular clothes and so was the young man that was with her. I couldn’t believe we were in a tourist area with that type of attitude! I went back several times to get her name and after talking to several people was told to put a complaint in to head office!!!! Will not be back!! As what she says, go to pizza delight

Worst subway i’ve ever been to. The veggies were literally frozen, they put half the amount of chicken in my sub than the regular amount. I been eating subway for years. But this past year its been terrible. Twice I order the cold cut and both myself and my wife got sick. The first time we thought maybe it was something else and then we stayed away from it for a couple of weeks , but then decided to go back and ordered the same cold cut and we both got sick again.. so no more subway for us. I really wish I could do a 2.5 star. My husband and I went into this location over the weekend. We were served fast and the staff were friendly. We went to sit down and found only one or two tables clean in the restaurant, there were quite a few areas around tables where the floor was covered in food. I visited the washroom before leaving and was disappointed in the cleanliness. The sanitary napkin disposal was filled to overflowing, the toilet was broken and the other appeared to be backed up, when I sat on said toilet the entire thing shifted over and to top it all off there was no soap. My husband made a comment on the cleanliness of the men’s room as well.

Ate here with family of 5 over 4 months ago. No change station in bathroom for nb, wheat bread was only bread available when ordering, asked about bread fresh out of oven and was told not ready but then served to customer in line after us, needless to say bread was stale and fell apart when eating. Lady was nice and very helpful, but male employee was ignorant. Complaint to store manager regarding change table went unanswered. Will eat at Barry’s Bay or Peterborough Subway next time.

Them sandwich artists put together a delicious sammich. I was mega hung over... The sub of the day made me feel slightly better and less suicidal. My only complaint is that the washroom was poorly lit. I had trouble finding my pee pee.

The staff is totally ignorant. And we requested jalapenos in a cookie bag for the 3 SUVs we got and they would not. Never again will I step foot in that place. First time I went there one of the staff burped out loud and laughed.
