Ma casserole était sèche, probablement parce qu'elle a soit été trop longtemps au four ou trop longtemps sous le réchaud. Le fait d'avoir quelques groupes de plusieurs personnes ne devrais (par expérience) jamais ralentire le service en salle pour le restant des gens, c'est une mauvaise gestion et une mauvaise organisation.
