Food is always good. However. New woman they have working at the counter is horrible. Rude and constantly rushing you thru your order in the drive thru. Doesn’t listen either had to repeat my order 3 times and she still got it wrong. She’s actually the same woman from the tim hortons in Mville and we had issues with her there too. Super rude and doesn’t listen. Shoud NOT be working in customer service

My daughter and some of her friends bought Booster Juice and went to this A & W. All of the group ordered food and as they sat down, they were informed that they could not eat their A & W food in the restaurant and would have to go outside in -20 degree C temperatures due to having Booster Juice drink with them.

Avoid! Cold food in this chain that prides itself on the freshness of the food they serve. I usually love stopping at A&W for a quick bite on long drives. I'll find another place to stop in the future. This is the second time I stop here and both times was served cold rings, lukewarm burgers, only things served right were my glasses of root beer (ice cold.) This location is clearly not worthy of the usual standards of this chain. I gave it a second chance, shame on me, they won't have a third.

A&W has become our go-to spot when we want a fast food treat. Their burgers are great, especially the Beyond Meat burger as a healthier option. They are hands-down the best breakfast choice, with the best pancakes you'll find - and the staff at the Brockville location on Stewart are great, always friendly and efficient.

Ok, so last night, after a long-ish drive to the cottage right after work, without having had dinner and tired from a first week back at school we wanted to grab a quick bite and went into the drive-through at the A&W in Brockville. While there was a small line up, we did not expect having to wait quite as long as we ended up. Skip the dishes should be put in order of line up like other customers, because of a large order (we were told) the wait was a whopping 15 minutes after we got to the pick up window. Not exactly fast food. While I was getting hangry inside, I kept calm (maybe I just couldn't muster up any more energy after running around all day and not having eaten), because we are still in a pandemic after all; and the girl who served us was really nice. A long line started forming behind us, and you know you cannot get away once you are in a drive through lane. In the end our food was piping hot and delicious and for the unusually long wait ( and us patiently waiting and not getting angry at them) the manager threw in a couple of apple pies for my husband and I. A&W for the win! Disclaimer: Yes, I was compensated for this review with friendly service and a free apple pie. ????

They're always super friendly at this location, I've been going here for many years and never had any problems. I usually go in the mornings for breakfast and they are never busy. They'll have you park in front of the restaraunt while they make the food. Usually takes about 5 to 10 min but it's made well and fresh. I recommend the all Canadian. It's great that they're open 24 hours now too!

Swung by just to pick up some Onion Rings since we were in the area as we have always received great food from this location, done the way you expect. Lots of rings that are cooked just right (crispy, seasoned and not too oily with the batter falling off)

Sometimes, a fast food drive thru is just used for a fast convenient bite, however, We planned a trip to a&w as a family trip for an outing with our boys 8&10 years old. It was as if they knew that when we got there. The staff was very nice, and the owner was at the window with lollypops for the whole family. The food was made fresh and we had a very short wait. The owner then came out very friendly and brought our food with a smile. The way that we were talked to and treated was much better than we are used to with most drive thru experiences. It was a good family outing that was made better.

Went through the DT, and ordered 2, 5 piece chicken baskets. 1 with fries and 1 with onion rings. Food was out of this world. Never had such a delicious A&W experience. We stood at the counter for about 10 mins before we got helped, but I'm from the city so there is a bit of a different mindset, just would have been nice to be paid attention to over a friend, at least ask someone else to come help! All in all a good visit, the tables were a little dirty but this is hands down the best A&W I have ever been to.

Just had a beyond meat burger at this location. It was amazing..my daughter is vegetarian,and she has been raving about them. All the hype justified, they are delicious. Place super clean.service terrific and friendly, would recommend this location in Brockville!

Best or 2nd best fast-food burgers in town. Food is always fresh, especially the burger toppings. Great fries, great rings. Have to wait at the drive-thru for four or five minutes occasionally, but it's worth it. No complaints.

No one washed hand or used gloves Amy took out garbage and then put food in bags. Other older lady got upset with another customer for wanting the sauce that comes with his order. She was cusing and not able to find scissors to open bag. Train staff for customer service and wash your hands.

Wow just the worst experience I've ever had staff could care less about anything ordered 3 buddy burgers and a drink they forgot my drink and when I went back they seemed like they could care less about the mistake. Then I get back to my hotel to open the bag and there are only 2 burgers in it. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

Id give a 0 star if I could worst service I've ever dealt with and I been in restaurant service 4 yrs or so, 745 I go through drive thru get my order during curfew, when I get home they completely messed up my order, I ended up being charge 3 mozzarella and I got 1 with 3 teen called me back their smart remarks well come back we'll change it, knowing I couldn't as it wS after 8 now,ill never deal with this bunch of clowns here again, it won't last
