There friendly here but they seem to forget to finish orders at times. So make sure you check your order before leaving (anyplace) to make sure it was completely properly. I believe if you pay for it you should get it!

Coffee is rarely consistent and I often wonder why I even bother. Drive thru leaves something to be desired. It cuts off the parking lot and when you pull away from the window you have to drive over 4 lids from the underground fuel tanks. If the pot holes don't get you the lids will. Great experience if you want to leave annoyed

Two days in a row, two different way's to make a Vanilla latte. Once without coffee. Once with whipped cream even if not requested. Ask for no wrapping in my tray for no pollution. They wrap every thing and put it to go as I mentionned for here. And then these kids are talking about pollution? Go on... keep the good pollution going on... maybe one day people will stop blabering and actually change the world. Impossible to add a picture to my comment.
