Goobies Big Stop is always my Family's stop on a road trip. We usually stop for a bathroom break (and a couple snack too!) Bathrooms are always clean, but I find that usually a soap dispenser or a faucet isn't working. Overall a well kept place. Definitely beats the competition surrounding!

Generally okay dinning... Service was slow, time from order to cheque greatly extended due to server... Food order was confused and we recieved the wrong entree but food tasted great regardless... All around not the worst... But only the great taste saved this dinning experience.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes to receive food. There was 3 tables at noon hour. I was asked at the end how the food was and I said not worth the wait. All she said was oh okay. Need some CS training there

Good prices for very home cook styles meals. Great tasting and always fills you up. $15 for two pork chops, vegetables, fries and gravy.....can't go wrong there.

Food was ok. We had to wait 30 minutes to get seated and then once ordered, we had to wait over an hour to get our food (some hamburgers, 2 breakfast plates and a club sandwich). Staff was super nice and pleasant but the service was so slow that it messed up our arrival time into st.johns.

I like this restaurant because the dishes are big and delicious. The soup of the day was a wonderful surprise, it tasted like the grand-mom soup! Very clean, and the people are nice.

Got poutine. The fries were clearly store bought, the ground beef was overcooked, would definitely avoid the burger I would imagine. The gravy wasn't homemade, but wasn't as bad as some pre-made gravies. My friends got hot turkey sandwiches and they came out luke-warm with pretty cold gravy as well.

The washrooms are always very clean. The convenience store is fantastic. Hot dogs are a must for any roadtrip! Great picnic areas, and space for dogs to stretch. The restaurant food is just ok. This is where they lost a star from me.

I had called about a truck being parked in front of the dog park gate so close I couldnt get in and was told by the women over the phone that this restaurant is meant for truckers and ot really general public so they can park wherever they like. I eat here Bout 4 to 6 times a month and wasnr aware they took priority so I'll get out of the way and go somewhere else.

I used to love their raisin bread. This is the second loaf I’ve had recently and I can count the raisins-if you are going to label your bread as raisin bread, please include more than a dozen raisins.
